Had to post this review about an employee that went above and beyond to help me. He came out and not only fixed my problem but saved me money and taught me something new! If you go to Auto Zone ask for James, he will go above and beyond to help you. You re guaranteed to leave with a smile.

I had to go to AutoZone yesterday I spent 25 minutes in their competitors waiting to get run up. Finally gave up went over to AutoZone the young man that helped me was very nice he took very good care of me and help me with the decision about LED tail lights versus normal bulbs. I can't tell you how quickly I got in and out of there. And I think this kid was even working off the clock because he saw the store had a few customers. And there was only one guy behind the counter I cannot speak highly enough of this young man very tall probably about 20 something. But very respectful and help me again make a decision about LED lighting for my turn signals. Because my car was older he pointed out that some older vehicles are not equipped wiring wise to handle the LED. Which made my decision a lot easier considering LED replacement bulbs for $22 for a pair. Versus 6 or $7 for the bulbs too. He didn't have to go through all that but he helped me and as I said his customer service was excellent I highly recommend AutoZone

I needed a battery for my car. I called first and spoke with a very helpful man who said they had several batteries to choose from. When I went to the store, Chris was extremely friendly, helped me choose the proper battery, and he even installed it in my car. Thanks for the excellent service!

Our windshield wipers were toast so got new ones and the young lad was kind enough to put them on. Excellent help with senior disabled people.

The manger Heather was very helpful and friendly. She took time to research the part for my problem and lent me tools to make my repair. Highly recommend this store.

I went to the Ridgecrest CA Auto Zone today for windshield wiper blades. Paul M. was awesome. He figured out the blades I needed and even installed them. He was so pleasant and helpful I will definitely go back!

Went in here, spoke with Ashley three times, and found out my battery warranty expired only 5 days ago, after being told several times on the phone that it was still valid, and that I could get a new battery. They gave me a discount after returning the defective battery, so I ended up paying roughly $160, instead of $230, but I am disappointed that they didn't have an override system in place for when their employees give false information multiple times. Other than that, Ashley and the Manager were very understanding, and they offered me a lot of help with my situation to the best of their ability. I recommend this store for its friendliness and great service, but I don't recommend getting any warranty from them, that isn't the maximum plus 5 year+ warranty.

I went to buy wiper yesterday and Heather served me the best. She went extra mile by offering me to refill the fluid too which was really necessary. She is also spot on on the membership which in the future I will hopefully benefit from. Keep up the good job Heather.

Great environment. Everyone is friendly and great. They ll make sure that you leave with the best possible outcome always. The staff does everything they can to go above and beyond for the customer over the business.. all these people leaving bad reviews are the same weirdo that got over 100 reviews on things lol. Get off the internet and go get a real job

The workers just stand around. When asked if they could help me find an item, he didn't even try to help me. I told him I seen it online and if he could help me order it and I pay at the store, he turned me away by saying he couldn't. I've done so at other locations, has that changed?? If so I apologize for the rant , if not, they're very unprofessional and lazy in my opinion

Cheap prices. Every time I go here Chris K. Is amazing help. Goes above and beyond. If you can t find something they can order it within a timely manner. Clean store with a lot to choose from. Parking lot is spacious and lit up for late night needs.

The staff is friendly when they finally pay attention to you. They are often busy chatting between themselves. There are a lot of empty spaces on the shelves. I don't know if it's a supply chain issue or what. The prices are decent though, which is why I continue to do business with them.

Today I went in to purchase a new headlight for my car. Not only was the service friendly and fast, but Heather took the time to come out and replace both headlights for me. Would definitely recommend them.

This place was a godsend. My husband and I are both elderly and were stranded in Ridgecrest. The time that we spent in the parking lot at this AutoZone is not something that I would ever wish on anyone but if you're ever in this type of a situation this is the AutoZone you want to be stranded at. An associate there named Fred went above and beyond and I mean Way beyond what could ever be expected. He did everything imaginable to help us and we are forever grateful. It wasn't just Fred there were others a man named Chris also was extremely helpful everyone there was pleasant and friendly. The service we received at this place was like I said above and beyond. Thank you so much for hiring these people especially Fred who is definitely the most amazing asset to any AutoZone but I have ever seen.

I ve always had good experiences with AutoZone but my latest one deserves a review.I was having some issues with my car starting up slow and someone suggested I come here and get my battery tested. So I went yesterday and I was helped by Travis. He checked my battery and alternator and long story short, figured out my battery was bad. He helped me pick out a new battery and installed it for me right there at no cost (other than the battery cost itself). He was so helpful and explained everything very well. I was very thankful for his help and that it was something as simple as a battery. Now my car runs smooth again. And my new battery came with a great warranty! Thanks again Travis!

The store manager Jose Garcia checked out my purchases, he was awesome! I don't know why people would complain. I asked a bunch of questions. Told him what was wrong and he got everything I needed. Some parts had store warranty so I can return to autozone which makes it easy. Some don't have in store warranty. Get what I can take though. Other employees working seemed to be in great moods despite this heat. Thank you all for being so helpful with all of my questions

Very helpful once they get off their phones. Had one lady talk to her friends for 10 minutes about her previous evening restaurant experience while 4 people waited in line for her to finish so they could checkout.

Called ahead of time to find a battery. They had one set aside for me when I showed up 15 mins later. Fred helped us get it installed and even gave my husband and me a quick run down on how/where to put the battery lubricant. Really awesome service

Alex was extremely helpful in replacing my headlight bulb. It wouldn't come out initially but he went above and beyond by removing the battery to reach the bulb and replaced it at no charge.
