Brought my truck in for an alignment, they said they couldn't do it because the steering knuckle was bent and they would be happy to replace it for 1500 dollars. They then charged me for the expert "diagnosis". This sounded nuts to me, so I bought a steering knuckle for 180 bucks and spent an hour of my time taking it out. Once I got it out it was identical to the new one, it wasn't bent at all. Even if it was bent, it took nothing to replace it, certainly not 1500 dollars worth of effort. These guys are either scammers, or incompetent, either way it's completely unacceptable and they can't be trusted.

Brought my F150 in for left front tire repair. Got me in and out in a timely manner. Two days later the same tire was losing air. Brought it back. The first repair held found a bad valve stem. It was repaired and sensors were reset. I asked for the bill and was told no charge! They went above and beyond my expectations. Couldn t have had better service. Will definitely recommend them.

Had the best experience here, this morning! I've never had a good experience at a tire shop before this (Always felt like they were taking advantage). They were so nice and honest. Able to patch our rental tire up for us super quickly!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Only wish we had one back home in SC. Highly recommend!

I've been to this shop twice and both times they provided a free service when they didn't have to. The next time I need tires, I know where I'm going. Besides that, they provide a comfortable place to wait, and entertainment in the form of a cute shop dog.

This place was a lifesaver! Got us patched and back on the road to enjoy camping this weekend after a rogue highway stick stuck our all terrain. Marco and his crew were amazing, polite, and helpful. Everyone there was courteous and worked to ensure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend this shop/crew to anyone in need of emergency assistance, tires, brakes...you name it! These guys have you covered

A&L tire came through for my Wife and I, Big Time! We had a tire blow out on the 395, 30 minutes north of of Ridgecrest,Ca. I called them at 7:01am when they opened. I told them where we were and that I needed 2 travel trailer tires and 2 rims. They came to our rescue, brought 2 tires and 2 new rims they mounted both of them and we were out of there at 8:30 am. I Highly recommended A&L Tire. After spending the night, stuck on the side of the 395 they were prompt and Professional. Thanks Justinfor coming to our rescue!

After being stuck for more than 3 hours on Highway 395 with a blown back tire on our small RV in 100+ degree weather with our 10-year-old grandson and after being epically failed by Good Sam RV roadside service, A & L Tires and service Center saved us. We limped 40 miles into Ridgecrest at 20 mph on 3 of our 4 back tires. A&L ordered 4 tires for us that came in the next morning and we were on our way by 9:30 am the next day. Way cheaper than I expected and super-efficient. Thank you Justin who was extremely helpful on the phone to a sweaty, frustrated Grandma.

Huge shout out to the guys at A&L, went in for service and found out my tires were all bad. And i mean bad bad ... all the guys were so helpful, sweet and honest with me ...we were able to get all 4 replaced at a super reasonable price. Definitely will be a repeat customer after this experience. Thanks again A&L for working with me and keeping me and my babies safe on the road:)

Awesome experience. See my tire down below was able to apply for snap credit minutes before walking in and using it to pay for four brand new tires. They were so professional in the process as well helping me with all my questions about my new tires and even mechanical issues. Hands down one of the best if not the best in the city.

A&L was great in a time of need. In Death Valley, a rock pierced my tire and rim requiring both to be replaced. My Mercedes SUV's rim, however was not in stock in any of the dealerships and there were no aftermarket rolls that fit. Brian at A&L went above and beyond and hunted down a rim, finding one just outside LA. He sent a tech to get it and replaced my wheel. Life. Saver. Go there, they will treat you right!

I am very happy with the service here. I work in Lemoore and travel every week. Hit something in the road that destroyed my wheel. Had to get a late night tow to A&L. They had me out the door the next day and on the road in no time. There was an issue with the valve stem causing a slow leak, I brought it back the next week and they were very apologetic. Fixed it fast with no charge. Every time I go in they are very upfront about what my car needs, what exactly it will cost, and how long it will take.

These guys went out of their way to help me with a serious problem with no wait time, and then let me store my trailer in their yard for a few days. They were also the only ones in town to have what should be an easy to find wheel.Excellent service.

A&L taking such good care of us! Called them when we were 30 mins away and they had exactly what we needed and told us what we needed to do when we arrived. Immediately came to the car and started providing service before we exited the vehicle. They explained in detail what was the problem and how to fix it to get back on the road quickly. This is picture of our trailer within 5 mins of arriving at A&L.

The owner of this place is incredible. We got a flat tire and needed an emergency tow after hours. The owner drove from his house to the shop to make sure he had the tire before we were towed. He unfortunately didn t have the tire but can t thank him enough for getting up in the middle of the night to try to help us. Incredible customer service. Thank you

Justin and his staff are so helpful. I needed a full set of tires for a rare size and they got it in store and put on within 24 hours AND they gave me an amazing deal. I had a trip planned this weekend and they just saved me a huge headache. I don t have to cancel now.I will go to them for any future tire issues and maintenance from here on out. There s no reason to go anywhere else imo

This is my go-to place in Ridgecrest for anything tire-related. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and professional every time I ve been there. Also very fast and efficient! They patched my spare tire in less than 10 minutes. There s also a nice waiting room inside with comfy sofas and nice air conditioning. I highly recommend coming here if you need assistance or maintenance with your car s tires.

Had a great experience at the shop. Called on a monday set an appointment for thursday at 8:30. I arrived they greeted me by name. called when the truck was ready. and explained how the new tow air bags work and how to use them

I popped my tire pretty badly and immediately had to call for help because my wheel was touching the pavement. I'm not from the area and saw A & L already had great reviews so we gave them a call. They sent someone out right away and helped me work through my options afterwards. Quick, kind and fair pricing - definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience. We had a trailer loaded with mules and horses when we had a blow out close to pearsonville. We called them and they brought us 2 tires and changed them very quickly. It was like 110 out so them being so timely was great. They also were extremely cautious and courteous with that fact that we had 9 head of stock in the trailer. We will most definitely use them again. It also was very very affordable!! Great company!

On our recent visit to town one of my tires picked up a souvenir. Drove in and out in less than 30 minutes with the tire properly patched.Clean restroom. Comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff.

Our boat trailer's tire decided to shred on our way back from June Lake. What an awful ending to a fantastic camping trip...we thought! We figured we'd be working on this problem all afternoon and get home at 11pm. Nope! We called in and Justin set us up with a new tire, and even sent a spare if we needed it for the other side. We were quoted 28 minutes, and behold! Twenty-eight minutes later, the amazing technician pulled up. He was upfront about possible damage to the lug (which did end up broken, no fault of his) He did not deem it necessary to change the good tire, and did not try to upsell us. He had us back on the road in 35 minutes. Just over an hour all said and done, and looks like we'll make it home in time for baseball practice,...most importantly- safely!

Staff is great and always ready to help whenever I tow vehicles in. If they don t have what you need in stock they are great about ordering and getting them quickly.

I have never planned or wished to visit this just a place for a tire service because I was on a long road trip and was on a rental car. But thing happened, my tire got nailed. Having no choice and did not want to take my safety for granted, I brought the car here for a patch before I head to Mono Lake. All it took was less than 10 minute from paperwork to service and to check out. The older boss (could be owner) was super nice, just as his crew was. Bottom line, I feel confident the next time I visit 395, if anything happen to my vehicle, this would be the first place comes in my thought.

I took my 2013 Chevy Impala in because my front end was trashed! The shake in the front end when braking was getting dangerous. We called at 9a.m. in desperate need for repairs. Philip took our call and got us in within the hour. Picked my car up several hours later and now it drives like the day I bought it! Thanks A&L Tire and Philip for all the help. You may have saved lives! Also the price was extremely fair! Keep up the good work guys!

I go here regularly to get my services done (Oil, tire change, repairs, etc.). Rob is phenomenal at fixing my car.Everyone here is also extremely helpful and accommodating!

My boyfriend and I got a flat tire coming back from a camping trip. Not wanting to drive another 120 miles on a spare, we decided to get it patched. Fortunately, we came across A & L. They patched it up and had the wheel back on in under 15 minutes for a fair price. Great service and honest assessment of the damage. I would definitely come back if ever in the area and need quality tire service.

I'm sorry for the lateness of this review - I should have written this up a couple of months ago.Marco and the A&L Service team truly helped me out in a time of need. My car broke down in the middle of Death Valley, probably one of the worst places in the country to have your alternator die... I was able to get my car towed to Ridgecrest, and after frantically calling every repair shop in town (on a Saturday evening no less), A&L was not only still open but gladly accepted my car into their shop. Marco went above and beyond by letting my girlfriend and I hang out well into the evening in the front office while I waited on a ride back to Los Angeles. He stayed with us after-hours to make sure that we were comfortable and safe.The service done to my car was impeccable and it has been running smoothly ever since. His prices are more than fair. It is nice to know that there are still repair shops that pride themselves on taking care of not just the vehicles, but the people as well.I wish I would give you 6 stars, but I'll have to settle for 5/5. Thank you all again and Marco - you're the man!
