Very good service first time ever going there,and let me tell you they did a excellent job great service and good price went there for a gas pump issue and they explain the problem and fix it,you are not going to find better price, I went all around Richmond and every other place would give me a extream over charge quote a this place they won't take advantage of your situation I highly recommend it :)

Richmond auto shop is not cool I put my car in that shop my car went I'm quiet came out loud it's not fix they charge me a 1000 the first time for a clutch and a week later I had to take it back and they said I burn the clutch he was lying all together they got me for 2400 just to fix a clutch I'm taking them to court I want all my money back cause I'm a woman you think you going to get me for all that money and my car ain't fix they made my car worst you ask me don't go to that shop there are no good they try to play woman out there money .

My car broke down and I had my car towed here because of the reviews, they diagnosed my car within a day. Even though I decided to repair myself, the owner and his son were very honest and helpful, highly recommend.

I had taken my car to richmond auto repair for a simple starter repair. Upon them doing my starter they broke pieces of my engine block off and sabotaged numerous other parts when car was left there overnight. DO NOT go to them for service they are a bunch of immigrants working underhand. NOW I am out of $4,000 having to buy a new motor for my car

Great shop mechanics get the job done, they are commutative and don't want to change parts that won't FIX your car. I appreciate them!!!

First of all the staff is great the prices are reasonable and they get your car/truck etc. fixed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place ask for The owner Alnesemo
