Made appt on short notice without a problem. I have been having my vehicle serviced here since I purchased it. Service is excellent and service reps professional and courteous. Will call you for update if any additional service issues needed. I rate their service #1.

2017 Tundra 4x4 oil change went great. However I inquired about having rear sway bar and TRD dual exhaust installed.My service writer had to check on price call me back later in day. Month later no call back guess they make enough on their $200 oil changes don t need extra work.

Went in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation then when I drive off the lot all my lights in the car went on. My check engine, tire pressure every light possible. On my screen it told me I had malfunctions breaks and not safe to drive. I took it back & they reset the lights and told me if it happens again it ll be $230 to run a diagnostic. I m just confused because my car was perfectly fine before I brought it in.then I was told there was a car in there for the exact same thing, they came in for a oil change & that happened to me. They said it has nothing to do with the service I got today. It s funny that I m not the only one this has happened to in a week. The only reason I give this a 3 is because Sheila was super helpful she took care of the issue right away but of course she doesn t make the rules so I know she did all she can.

They were supposed to do tire rotation which they didn t worst part is that supposedly they check my brake pad life and the size of thread on all tires make me believe they just invent any numbers

I trusted my whole life doing or fixing my car, in Hanlees Hilltop Toyota, I didn t even go to other Shops because I thought that Toyota in Hanless Hilltop was doing excellent job but that is a lie not until I found out that they never checked my back or rear brakes, I found out only when, they told me that they don t have Tire available, so I decided to go to Goodyear and they showed me that there was a lot of problems, such as leaking on both side where the wheels attached into brakes, I just can t recall the word but I saw it leaking on both sides at rear back, I was so disappointed, because as I ve said I been there since I was started getting my Toyota Car which is Sienna Van and Tav 4, I think the mechanic doesn t do there job well, because I trusted Michael ever since , He s a good guy he s been helping me out a lot ever since, sorry to say that I am not going to Hanlees Toyota Shop anymore because of bad experience that I ve found out recently.

After shopping around in my local area, I realize I need to broaden my search regardless of the drive. So being from Yuba City area, the bay would be an extremely long drive. But I found a vehicle I would consider. So after hours of negotiating over the phone, I came to an agreeable price and financing. They assured me that the vehicle did not have any dents. Upon arrival, I was astonished to see how badly damaged the hood was (the photos on the internet were cleverly taken at an angle where you could not see them). The dent shown was only a very small fraction of the damage. The salesman had the audacity to tell me he did not notice it. But that was nothing compared to the sales manager Zach who did everything he could to weasel out of any responsibility for his employees actions. He even tried to make me feel bad because he had his wisdom teeth pulled that morning. I am truly baffled at the extent of the unprofessionalism I've experienced at this place!

Not a good time to go here for servicing your car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for 10:40am, I was received at 11am. All the non-appointments were booked before me somehow. I figured mine was an oil change and it's often been a minimal wait (usually come here and service was great before - yes, even during the pandemic). The representative asked if I would wait for it, I said yes; there was communication on this point. 2.5 hrs later I discover they didn't even started the work. They could've said something about delays. But they didn't.

Good personalities, but bad attention to detail.Customer service was polite and cheerful.However, whoever did the work on my car overfilled my oil by more than 3/4 a quart--the overfill is a waste of their money and a possible danger to customers' cars.Also, the parts department picked out and sold me the wrong windshield wiper, which I didn't find out until after I got home. Shame on me for not double-checking, but it's another example of poor attention to detail.Customer support took care of the issues, but I'm not going there again.

Service advisor Allan Yee very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! He charged me $210 and didn t even tell me what s the issue! He called me couple hours after I drop off the car and ask they needs additional $525 on top of $210 just to find out the issue! Made me late to work 2 days in a row. This guy is champion of making trap and ripped off people be careful. He doesn t care nothing and doesn t know what s he talking about. I ll talk to manager and if they didn t reimburse me that illegal charge will take legal action.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, but like most dealerships they try to charge you for every test, part and labor that could.possibly be needed. So my advice if your on a budget. Learn the basics about your car maintenance. When paying for a diagnostic, ask questions! I saved myself about $500 by turning down tests that were not necessary.

Last week I brought my Camry in for an oil change and to fix the driver side windshield washer which could not spray water.CONS1. Did not call me when done. Fortunately I called them before they closed early due to covid-19.2. Charged me $95 to examine and attempt to clean the 'T-piece' (washer valve). It was still clogged but a little water did come out. I was told I could replace it myself which I did. I ordered a 2-pack from Amazon for $9 and fixed it myself 2-days later. I do not know why they did not replace it (or call me) when they were cleaning the small plastic valve. Appears to be a common point of failure per Amazon reviews.3. The engine cowl which sits under the hood was removed to get to the washer valve was not secured properly and was sitting loose. There are two openings in the cowl which metal hooks from the hood should have been placed after they finished their work.PROS1. Did not charge me the full $200 for the 1-hour inspection to look at the washer valve.2. Did give me the web site advertised oil change sale price.I was disappointed at their lack of detail and thoroughness. I needed their help to keep my windshield clean and they failed to fix an easy issue.

Somewhat unprofessional. Shouting match between two employees in the service waiting area! An employee wearing mask around his neck rather than his face. Had to ask him to put his mask on while talking to me. Next day same guy, still not wearing it properly. First day we were here for hours. Didn't have the right parts and had to come back today. 2 hours in today and still waiting. Bring a good book!

It should not take 1.25 hours to drop off a car for service and wait for the shuttle home. It was 30 mins before I was even acknowledged. Ended up having to take a Lyft home because the 2 hour turnaround for the shuttle would have made me miss too much work.

I was cheated by this dealership one and half years ago. I was a first time buyer and was not aware of the lease and finance stuff much so I believed what ever they said. I am paying $433 a month for two years with 2000 down. But this is not what I was worried about. Its okay I got the car with low credit.The worst part I was charged $2424 extra. They made me sign optional insurance and products with bunch of paperwork. I kept signing and the finance guy did not explain me anything. He should have told me that this was optional and made me aware.I realize now that I was so screwed.

Waiting outside for half an hour no one is ready to help and ignored. Never go there in the future. I went to the Berkerley Toyota just within 5 minutes someone came to me and helped out right away. Hanless Hilltop Toyota Service is very Bad. This is not first time

Called 4 times to get information /appointment. Left two messages with the woman that answered the phone and the other two times she tried putting me through to service and no one ever answered. Still 2 days later no call back. Ended up going to Burroughs and sons for service. Good people and timely service. Also they had someone who answered the phone and got you someone to answer your questions.

I had Very very bad experience with them. Trust me they didn t do anything on my car and gave me a paper with all done. Hold my car for 3.5 hrs for just to rotate my wheels isn t it jock? They don t value your times and money. If possible avoid this idiotic service center.

I would normally not rate dealerships highly. But hanlees surpassed my expectations by honoring a warranty that was muddy.I had a throw out bearing fail, it's a 50 dollar part, but requires dropping the transmission. When you go that far, you might as well replace the clutch.At the end, warranty paid for the labor, I paid for the clutch. I left happy. Still expensive, but they did me right.

I've been to this dealership for service several times over the past year. Here's what I think of their terrible service:1. Even with an appointment for service, you need to sit in your car for at least 20 minutes until someone takes your car if you come between 7:30-8:30 in the morning. You are made to feel like a sheep. This last time (yesterday), the person checking me in didn't even have me on the appointment list, even thought I made it over a week ago.2. After having my car serviced, I received one phone call on my cell telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. Nothing to indicate anything was wrong with the car.3. When you go to pick up your car, you are directed to the cashier. The cashier found my paperwork and my car keys. She was ready to call for my car and send me on my way. I looked at the paperwork, and noticed several problems that were found on the service, including worn tires and leaking spark plugs. And, a battery that needs to be replaced even though it is only 4 years old and was purchased and replaced through another Toyota dealership. Nothing was said to me about needing to speak with the service rep about any of this, either by the cashier or the service rep.4. When I dropped off the car, I asked the service rep to have the tires checked--particularly the spare, which has a low-pressure sensor-- because the tire warning light was on even thought I had checked the tires myself. When I picked up the car and drove away, the sensor was still on. I called him immediately to see if the spare was checked (not wanting to go back), and haven't received a return phone call more than 15 hours later.5. Perhaps the most disturbing thing that happened to me at this dealership involved one of the courtesy van drivers. She is white. I am white. Conversationally, she told me that she used to be a process server for a company that handled disability claims. She then told me that she asked her employer there why so many claims seemed to come from Hispanics, and then told me that "Hispanics know how to play the disability game". I was stunned at her racism. We were just getting to my destination, and I still regret not calling her on her ignorance. At the end of the day, she represents Hanlee Toyota as long as she is driving their van, and working for them. Perhaps this observation doesn't belong here, but the fact is that I associate her with Hanlee Toyota for hiring someone as ignorant as she is.Hanlee has a monopoly on Toyota service in the NW East Bay, and they know it. That doesn't excuse horrific customer service and putting customer safety at risk by not pointing out problems found during the service. I'll fight traffic to another dealership if I have to until my pre-paid service warranty expires next year--this dealership has seen the last of me.

Poor staffing!! I made an appt at 1130, waited in the bay in my car for 30min before being seen! When i called to complain to service manager, the front desk left me on hold for over 5 min. Then when i called back, the phone kept ringing. Very poor customer service!! Unacceptable. Needs new manager!!
