Eddie C really helped me out today my battery died and he replaced it super fast! I let him know i was in a rush and he was really good about helping me get back on the road! He is awesome!

I witnessed my friend return an alternator he purchased at this store because it wasn't compatible with his vehicle. Thanks to the warranty, he received another alternator that worked successfully. I was impressed how smoothly the exchange went.

Went there to have them check my battery to see if it's still good. My truck battery died there right at the moment they went to check it. They brought out a battery charger to get my battery going and there charger was dead!! Just left us standing there. Luckily I have AAA !! Poor service!

Very professional store they should know Everything when it comes to cars Motorcycles and 2 stroke Engines they work at AutoZone and should know Everything about that kind of stuff the lines and wait time can be long as well they are under staff it should be at least 5 people working at the store to Assist customers 3 stars is where I feel they are at

Jacob is always on point. He make sure I leave out with the right part and recommends everything that s needed. He doesn t try to upsell me on unnecessary things that I didn t come in the store for.

Majority of the time I'm able to get what I need w/o any problems. The employees are ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY WITH US and that's the main reason why we choose to return to this location.

Went in to get a part and 3 different people had no idea how to help me find the part I was looking for. They refused to look the part up when showing a photo of the part and also refused to call other stores to help locate the part. I have been to many other autozones and they have been very helpful, I don t know why this one was the polar opposite

The manager Franky I think is his name not sure but he works at night shift 9:30 chubby, bold and tattoos very very helpful and humble Although he was able to find a part at another store in Riverside and Valley and they refused to swap my part and kick me out. Franky gladly Refund my money back and was very apologetic on behalf of the other store and from him as well .... he felt bad that I had to go through all that. Very friendly guy knowledgeable professional and humble AutoZone needs more employees like him.

For being memorial day weekend they should of stock the store was very disappointed shelfs were empty salesmen had little knowledge of when they were going to get new stock delivered really bad service this was my main auto zone part stores to go to will not ever recommend that particular store it was a very bad auto parts shopping experience had to wait to pay when there was only one other customer being served and four associates standing around talking hope management see's the video camera recordings and make the proper changes

Terrible service. The cashier was worried about ordering her drink order from a co worker more than she was about helping us. And when called on it gave the excuse, well she is leaving right now .

Great service. All the part you would want. Great selection of LED lights. That's what I was looking at when I was there. Employees observed social distancing. Fast service. Great prices. Place was clean.

The guy who work there were very rude, he wouldn't take a 100.00 bill when buying 30.00 worth of stuff,had to return a item gave me a different item then what was on receipt with in 30min of purchase. The manager came on duty, he was very nice and helpful he was able to return the item

When I arrived there was a line of about 8 (understandable).. when my turn came up I asked for a battery check. I was told by the girl at the counter I'd have to wait longer cause other people are waiting to pay.Basically went back in line behind 3 more people.Finally got to the counter (again) and the guy was able to check my battery and we found it was bad... so I bought a brand new one for $214 on the spot.Now I thought autozone had a battery replacement service. On my car it was litterly 4 bolts to remove and reinstall. I was out of town at the time and really needed it changed for the trip back.I was basically told we don't have the tools to change it. I thought that was crazy... I mean...its AUTOZONE. Were they have the tools to fix cars right?!?! Said he didn't have pliers or a working rachet wrench... sooooo I went to the tools aside and bought...you guessed it pliers and a rachet wrench.I'm a long time AZ customer and will continue to be... just a bad experience at that location.

I always get great service there. As soon as you walk in someone greets you. Steven D helped me get the parts i needed. His customer service is excellent. I'd go out of my way to go to this AutoZone. People like that make you want to come back.

AutoZone is one of my favorite places to get my auto parts from. They always have good weekly ads and on their website you can sign up for text coupons as well. I've restored my classic car using a lot of AutoZone parts. A lot of their parts have lifetime warranties as well. The prices are very competitive. The employees are super friendly and professional. Definitely my top choice for buying my auto parts.

Rude and very disrespectful.Multiple managers on the floor at once and not a single person could accommodate. Very poor customer service. I would advise driving 15/30 minutes out of your way to go to a different spot

I walked in the door and said good morning nicely to both of the employees at the front desk they both ignored me as they carried on with their conversation and didn't respond didn't even look at me as I stood directly in front of them it wasn't until I started to walk out of the store did she say how can I help you. Keep in mind I'm the only customer in the store at 10 am today horrible customer service I won't come back
