Have been coming to the location on Foothill Boulevard for well over a decade, approx 14 yrs, but no more. When Jose, the owner / manager is there, no problems. But unfortunately he's not always there, and when he isn't, service suffers immensely. His workers walk around completely ignoring you, there's nobody in the office, you're looking around for somebody to help you, and you are ignored. Fri.March 8 went there for a replacement new tire. They had none in stock for a Toyota Camry.Was told they would order one, and call me the following morning. They did not. Monday 11, 9:00 a m.I went back to check, as they didn't even answer their phone. Only 2 guys there, one hadn't yet started to work on a van that pulled in front of me. The owners relative walked around ignoring me and left in a car, leaving only the oneguy. I waited, then asked if my tire had come in. He said hold on, and I did for 15 min. Then asked one more time with no answer, then informed him I was leaving which I did. I went across the street to their competitor, California Tires, and had a tire on my car in 10 minutes, for the same price. No ordering or waiting. This was a small job, but I have several other cars, many of them classics, and I have had all their work done at this shop. Tires and brake work. My tire that I had brought in on my new car had a leak on the side of the tire that could not be fixed and I spent the weekend putting air in it every morning to avoid the tire going flat, waiting for A1 tires, out of loyalty. This would not have happened if Jose was there, as when I brought my other cars in, the same type of problems of poor service would sometimes occur when Jose is absent. Perhaps A1 tires doesn't care about this review, but I suggest they take heed, as poor service, means less customers, and in the long run soon business will definitely suffer. But maybe it already has. Across the street had a dozen workers, against the 1-2 at A-1. They informed me many former A-1 tire customers are now coming to their shop. Also had my replacement tire in stock. A-1 not! I say Beware of this establishment, as service is poor, & there is no continuity. As for me, I have a new tire service company I'm going to from now on, California Tires. Prompt, friendly, & competitive prices!

This place is awesome. The staff is nice and they work hard. They have the machine for oversized wheels from 22 to 30 inch rims and tires which is rare in the area.

Been coming to A1 Tires since I got my mom-van lol back in 2011 and brought my newest car for the tire&rim hookup - wouldn't want it any other way nor go any other place - Love it here... Jose and the guys are top-notch at what they do.

Got my 24inch tires put on my rims with no problem and good price..everyone else would tell me that they dont garantee they would scratch them..Good service and am taking my dually to fix my lift kit..Dually life 3500 4x4

Had a great experience! purchased rims for my vehicle, Richie attended us, gave us our options. Because I was unsure what they'd look like, he was nice enough to place a couple of rims in front of my tires so I could have an idea. I highly recommend A1 Tires to anyone needing their services. Have to say all employees we ran across @ A1 Tires were nice!

Great place to get what you need done. They are very knowledgeable and they guide you on what is actually needed at the moment and what can wait. Jose and Richie will go out of their way to make sure your car is running like it's suppose to be. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good job A-1 Tires!.

This is one place I always recommend to friends and family even people I dont know. I've been coming to this place for more than 10 years. The only place I bring my rides. They do it all from putting air in your tires to putting on full suspension and changing out the whole ride. Just put it this way I started going there first now all my brother and friends go to this place. Now let's get to the real stuff. There prices are just right. They always charge way cheaper than any other place does and they do the job better. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They take care of it all from A to Z I will always recommend this place to people simply because they do the jobs right and the professionally with the right prices

Please if you have any issues see Jose on Foothill or Carlos on Valley...they make you feel like Family...I've been dealing with them over a decade,and the service and making you feel special along with quality work hasn't changed...A1 is the best you can tell them Big Lou's comment made you come over for service satisfaction...Facts

Jose and his crew have always taken care of me. Whether it be for new brakes, tires, tint, or my stereo system they always get the job done in a timely manner and very affordable rates. I highly recommend A1 tires. Ask for Jose, he will take care of your problem.

My experince with A1 Tires and Wheels has been an obsolutly horrible and after this experince I will never in life get anything done to any vehicle I own I will not refer anyone to A1 tires and wheels I just bought a 2015 nissan altima s took it to A1 tires and wheels to have them do my brakes rotors and brand new tires all the way around and a wheel alignment tire and wheel balance and mounts only to pick my car back up and have my wheel alignment completely off and my rotors grinding to complete and total annoyance my brakes squeaking constantly and my tires looked used not to mention my back passenger wheel now wobbles uncontrollably and I'm afraid to reach a certain speed due to this tire I have went back to them now 5 times as of today when I go to pick up my car it would want to come back in better condition then when I bought it on 8/8/20 from the car lot if not I'll proceed with the to take necessary action and follow the chain of command I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a compliant against A1 Tires and wheels and to file a claim against the business to make and insure that I get a full and complete refund of my money I will also be suing for lost wages and time and for inconvenient's and all the lost time and pain and suffering for all those days that I had to leave my car and could not run my daily errands or attend to the basic needs of my children's and family's daily life

Been in the market for these particular wheels for a while. Found these guys through offerup. I was on a timeline to pick them up, was dealing with them, they has everything I requested when I arrived. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys for all the hard work

I was sopping for some rim and tire for my truck. around for I few weeks...and basically I don't found I good deal ..till I goin this place ..I lot of variety ....great price great service..definitely I will recommend this place to my friends..thanks verry much

After searching for rims and tires from about 20 different places I was about to give up. Then my son found A-1 in Rialto, Ca and I bought custom rims and off road tires for his 2013 Toyota Tacoma prerunner at a great price. This place is by far the best place in the I.E. I would give this place 10 stars if it was available. I recommend A1 to everyone.

I took my wheels here to have them flip my tires around and rebalance the wheels since the tires came off the rims.My tires were perfectly balanced before I went here because I had just paid another place to balance my wheels. My wheels did not shake at all before I took them in to this place. I paid their service to have my tires balanced and they couldn't get them balanced. I took it back to have it rebalanced and they did not remove all the weights before rebalancing.I've worked at mechanic and tire shops and I know how to balance tires.The first time they balanced my tires they had 4 weights on the inside of the rim only in different spotsI paid for their service and brought back my tires 3 times to get rebalanced. The 3rd time I watched them closely. They did not remove all the weights from the rim before rebalancing but the machine showed balanced. However, while driving it it was very unbalanced.I called and told them I want it rebalanced with all the weights removed first and they told me "I am not wasting any more time on you."I paid for balanced tires and they do not know how to balance tires.I do not recommend this shop.
