I never write reviews but this place was so wonderful I had to! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. I ve never had an enjoyable experience with any mechanic or shop and this place was amazing. Affordable, detail oriented, and friendly. They were about a 40 min drive from me and it was well worth it. Thank you!

10 stars I can't say enough good things about my visit today. John is so nice and very funny I learned a couple things about my car I didn't even know I went for a lamp and brake inspection for a salvaged title. Ron is very nice and helpful. Lisa the best I received a beautiful hug as I was crying from my Accident PTSD!! I was very touched by such warmth and kindness sometimes it pays to go the distance to get the best job. And treated with such awesomeness clean shop so cool with the Nascar whoop whoop

I needed a lamp and brake inspection done same day after putting it off for months and trying to get it handled same day at the DMV.Getting any of the certified places to actually pick up the phone and answer questions and quote me a price was impossible.I found Wilkes on google and called and spoke to John (the owner). He s a breath of fresh air. Kind and cordial and very funny. He fit me right in to his schedule.I was in and out in under 30 min. No waiting. Very pleased.While I hope to never need this service again, I hope this review assures anyone who does to come here.He s VERY reasonably priced for this service

I went in for a brake and light inspection because my car was vandalized and my insurance company gave me a salvage title even though all repairs were done. The were very informative and very courteous as well as very professional. Very friendly and treated me with respect. Very nice people.

Probably the most welcoming and sweetest and polite people I ve met doing my berate and light inspection. Also they do it all in a really good price compared to most places. I will tell my friends and family about this place. I was having a rough two weeks and they really made my day. If you re reading this, I promise you that you won t find a better place than this one. It s kinda hidden so just be on the lookout.

I just went to Wilkes to do a safety and light inspection. It was a long drive, it took me more than an hour to get there and almost two hours to come back, but it was all worth it.Very nice and professional staff.John is very knowledgeable. No B.S. straight to the point. Very good customer service and best price in town. I had a very good experience. I highly recommend this place.

I can t say enough about this business! From phone call to the service itself, the experience was amazing! They have the best price and best service, if you need break and light certificate for DMV, don t think twice, just give these guys a call! They have great costumer service and they re so funny! If I ever need the service again, I will go back to their shop, no doubt!

I recently called to schedule a brake inspection but didn't end up making it to the appointment and had to cancel because my car broke down at my mechanic's shop. John was very understanding and flexible with my situation. He is the nicest guy I've met in this line of work. I highly recommend him!

Saved me in the clutch: when registering my vehicle (out of state), I needed a brake and light inspection. They told me to come right in - great price, friendly, and extremely fast. Not the 1 hour plus I was told by another shop. Worth the travel & thank you again

The best service ever! I took my vehicle for a brake and light inspection a few minutes before closing time, and they still assisted me even though they were about to close. After they conducted the inspection, we come to find out some of my lights were not working. My car needed some lights fixed, one of the headlamps required was out of stock, and the owner sent someone to buy it to replace and repair my vehicle. These gentlemen are very nice and went out of their way to help me. They are very good at what they do, and the prices are very affordable. If I could give them ten stars, I would as the service and experience were excellent.

I brought my 2020 Kona today Aug 2nd to check the brakes. These guys inspected the vehicle and told me I didn't need anything. They showed me and explained that everything was fine. I asked to pay for the service and there was no charge. Very honest guys.Off course they will have me as a customer for the future and I already recomended this place to my son and daughter.Look no further, come here. Excellent customer service.

What a amazing experience from beginning to end. I was calling around for a great rate on a light and brake inspection. I was quoted pretty farout prices from $105 to $185. I called this shop and John said I can do it for $80 which seemed more reasonable plus he had great reviews. I took a chance I'm glad I did. Honest, Fair and respectable. I would refer to anyone!!

Highly recommended they do an awesome job. They are super friendly and so willing to help you. I came in form an 1hr away and love how they attended and help us With our needs. Will be Recommending to family and friends :) If you need there Service don t hesitate. Go see them!

The best of the best customer service I ever had, John the owner and Ron the helper I could give them 100 but I can t, they have great service and the cheapest price in The Valley, they make sure you are comfortable in the shop while they do the inspection, wow I was very impressed, both are very friendly, I highly recommend this automotive service place, I will go back again! Thanks a lot John and Ron both of you are the best! I love ur red corvette and ur Racing car John, they look good in the shop!! Lots of blessings!!

John and Ron both get 5 stars from me. I ve been around cars all my life and know how to work on them only because an honest mechanic is hard to find. I came here for a brake and light inspection (ca requirement). First off, they have the lowest prices in town. Only was charged 79.00 and John even said if you find a better price we will beat it. I didn t bother shoppong as I knew most shops charge 100-150 for the inspection. They are so nice and even adjusted one headlight for free. It s something I could have done but most shops would have failed you and told you to have it fixed and brought back. Not John, honest and went the extra mile! Don t hesitate to come here.John is a local legend! If your a NASCAR fan he Lives it, raced it and can tell you all about it. He has his record setting car in the shop too.

This place is extremely professional very great customer service they treat you like family when you come in and he charges the LOWEST PRICES in the area I called several other places before I found this place and I could not believe the prices everywhere I called it was double what this places charged for brake and light inspection I honestly would 1000% recommend them to anyone that needs any type of automotive service or just brake and lights inspection !!!
