Just came back from Vince Auto Repair shop with my Range Rover. Immediately checked in my car and told me they will work on it as soon as they can. In an 1 1/2 hr my car was done. I got to know Vince and Carlos. Very accommodating people and will not intimidate you. Honest, real people. Just met them and as if I am family. Thats how they make you feel. Will recommend this shop to my church and anyone who needs an honest mechanic and repair shop. Thank you Vince and Carlos. See you again. Problems, give them a chance. God Bless.

Don't use Vince's Automotive!! He'll make promises and then won't come through. I agree with another customer's Google post, I believe they definitely have " FAKE GOOD REVIEWS"

I never thought I would be so compelled to write a review for an automotive repair shop, but here I go with Vince's Automotive. Let me first say that the service was beyond expectations. Either Carlos or Vince called me every day to provide an update on my engine rebuild. The were helpful in providing details of the work being performed along with when I could expect the car to be operable again. The job took three days longer than I was told, but they offered to provide me with a rental at their cost. Also, I live near Santa Barbara. They offered to help me pick up my car by having one of their guys drive over 100 miles to pick me up and bring me to my car. I got the car last Monday and it drives like I don't ever remember it driving. It's got amazing power now. My only regret is that I don't live near Reseda because Vince's would be my mechanic of choice from now on.

Vince's Automotive is a very honest shop! I knew going in that my 99 Explorer needed a major amount of work, they worked with me in regards to what was urgent and what could wait. My car is running better than it has in years and the prices were very reasonable. I will be taking my car there from now on.

I took my car in because it was making loud noises. It sounded like my car was going off like fireworks. I thought it was going to be expensive to fix and was upset about it. I took my car in and Vince told me it would be $55 to turn off a my ac that was making the noise. I was so grateful for that because I wouldn't have been able to afford a large problem. I want to thank Vince for your honesty and professionalism. There are not too many people that I trust, especially with my car. But I am very happy that I have a trustworthy mechanic.

My car was towed to Vince s by aaa as I was told they were able to work on mini coopers. When I brought it in the customer service was good I spoke with Carlos. I had it diagnosed and they told me I had a cracked coolent tube and I would be able to get my car back within 6hrs long story short it took 6 days to get my car back original price was 1050 by the time I got it back they found more issues and it went up to 1400 . When I got it back they told me my windows and blinkers didn t work. They did before I brought it in. They seemed surprised I wasn t impressed by the explanation from Vince but he offered to do a diagnostic for free, I thought they would have already done that?. I needed my car and I was told my car was drivable so I took it home but within a day my engine was acting up again. I brought it back and they diagnosed it for free and found a couple other problems which amounted to 840 I declined due to my recent experiences. I was also able to fix the main issue myself. My car was finally running smoothly. My engine then fails me again 5 days later. This time I bring the car to a specialist and they inform me all the repairs that they had done was Mickey moused that the repairs they did had my oil and coolent mixing together into my engine and that this should of been caught by the Mechanic. Now I need a new engine which I cannot afford, now I have to find another means of transportation . I would not refer anyone to this shop nor should you ask aaa for their recommendation.

I had a fuel pump and filter installed a couple months. All was good until I noticed a grinding noise coming from under my van. Evidently one of his mechanics forgot to tighten two bolts that support straps that hold my gas tank to the undercarriage of the vehicle, creating a very dangerous situation. Thank God I fixed the problem before my gas tank fell off of my van doing 70 on the freeway. Not good!

My fuel sensor was acting up and I ran out of gas. AAA dropped me off at Vince's. First, they told me that they'd have to change my oil in order to diagnose the problem which didn't make sense. Then Carlos told me I'd have to replace the fuel pump for a total of $1100. I looked up prices and declined the recommendation. Right away Eagle Rock Import figured out that I was just out of gas. They're either incredibly shady or don't know what they're doing!

I bought a ford explorer limited 2002 two weeks back, and there is a noise like the front and rear hub razors have worn out.. cannot guess what exactly the sound is.I have taken it to so many places and those guys gave me sky rocketing estimates.. I was no where... Then I start to search google, and I found Vince Automotive.When I went through the comments I thought I might get in to this place and check it out.my guess is correct. I went on a trial with Mr.VINCE and less than a mile he rectify the problem.He gave a labour charge and the cost for the spares which need for the repair. I couldn't believe my eyes.. it is very very worth and fair prices.within 3hrs Job have done and we went on a trial. Excellent.....Vince's Automotive is a excellent shop and great people works with him.Good service.If I am having a problem with my SUV, I definitely go to Vince's Automotive.....I recommend Vince's Automotive If any body looking for vehicle repairs.Sachi Dasanayake

I am not in the business of writing bad things about any one or any thing. I did however look for reviews before I actually had my car towed into Vince's Automotive, and all the reviews I read were surprisingly Good! Not sure if they are for-real. I could do two things, I can write a bunch of bull or I can write the truth.... Put it like this ... too many excuses were giving by Vince. I will probably never go back. I must say Vince has a worker by the name of Edward. This guy gives GREAT customer service. too bad its not his shop....

I took my 2011 Ford Fusion to Vince's shop with an obnoxious front end noise and a few warning lights on the dash telling me the brake system, AdvnanceTrac, and ABS were not working properly. They replaced the front pads and rotors and told me the struts needed to be replaced to eliminate the noise. After the brakes were done the warning lights were still on. Vince told me the ABS module needed to be replaced. A costly repair. I took the car home, unconvinced of the diagnosis, crawled under the car to look for myself. I found that the caliper mounting bracket was missing a bolt. $7.00 bolts from the local parts store and the noise is gone along with the warning lights.Customer service was good but I think the diagnosis was done too quickly and the fact that technicians were installing pads/rotors, they definitely should have noticed the caliper was loose and the bolt was missing.

My daughter's car broke down on the freeway and the Triple AAA tow truck driver suggested Vince's Automotive. I dealt with Edward on the phone and he gave me a update on my car almost immediately. I had put a new transmission in two years ago and it was out of warranty four months ago. He told me that his shop would honor the warranty even though the warranty was expired and that the shop that put the transmission in should too Armed with that information I talked to my previous mechanic and we worked out a deal. Edward is an honest guy, I was surprised that he wasn't the owner of the shop! He is one of a kind and I will be taking all four of our cars there as ling as he is there. This guy is one in a million! He even handed the towing service so I didn't have to come in. You don't get customer service like this anymore.

There s Vince's grandson he is young but my god is this kid sharp when he gets done working on your car or truck you feel good knowing he is young smart BUT has old school value where he stands behind his work also if you have any questions ask him he will stop what he is doing explain it to so you understand it the kid talks to you NOT down to you and when it's time to pay and leave vince and his grandson make you feel that you just made new friends AND you did look how many years vince been there

I had my car towed here when it broke down. They tried to overcharge me 5x the cost of repair because they thought I had no other option. Do not go here unless you love spending money.

This company writes fake reviews on their competitors advertising for their own shop. If their willing to lie on platforms, I bet their willing to lie to their clients! Beware!
