We have been coming to Precision Auto Body Shop for about 7 years already. I ve used them for all my vehicles From Porsche to BMW they never disappoint. Immaculate quality and exceptional customer service. I deal with Juan his on top of his game to get your vehicle back to its original condition. I definitely recommend them

Absolute stellar work the people at Precision Auto Body do. Highly recommended. I had a water leak on my BMW from an Insurance claim that happened a while back. They put me in a rental car, repaired the leak made everything right hassle free at no cost on my end. They even retouched the hood of my car that had sun damage. The people at precision Auto Body really do stand behind their work and honor their warranty. No wonder the cars they work on exceed six figures and above. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and colleagues. Thanks guys.

I am very impressed with the quality of work performed in my BMW X3. Their shop is very well organized, from front desk to office & inside the repair shop doing their excellent job, especially Clara & Jose, who have helped me explained the detailed process of repair. Just be patient a little while & you will get the best treatment in your car. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body for their dedicated expertise in all high end cars. I was referred here by the foreman of Mercedes Benz Encino. Brought my car in for body repairs due to an accident. The staff and owner Juan were very friendly and always in good energy. I did not have to bring in my car until the parts arrived, which was great because it was still drive-able. Juan was very detailed about all the work that would be done and It stayed at the shop for an adequate amount of time. Juan made sure to only use Subaru parts and not after-market, so as to make sure the work would last lift-time, but I still got a life-time warranty which is a weight of the shoulders. My car looked brand-new after I picked it up! Amazing work. Thank you for your service! I would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Juan the manager was very nice, honest and trustworthy. He provided excellent advice not just on the technical aspects of car repair and paint but on a very personal level. I ended up not doing a massive repair to my brand new X7 and instead accepted his advice for a smaller fix. He could have done it for the money; but he chose to help me and advised me for the best best for me even when he made less money. His honestly and trustworthy is rare nowadays. And i truly appreciate for that.This is the place i will come to for all my future needs.

I took my car in for body work after someone backed into me. From the minute I walked in it felt good. I was greeted with a smile. Jose Zamora talked to me, looked at my car and walked me through the process. He told me how long it would take to repair and he was spot on. I picked up my car and it looked beautiful. Picked them to fix my truck based on current reviews. Seemed to be the best in my area! The repair took 6 1/2 weeks to complete which is why I m giving them 4 stars and not 5! The repair turned out amazing and I can tell they put in a lot of effort to make it flawless! They worked well with my insurance company and even gave me a rental after my insurance wouldn t cover past 30 days! Communication could be better but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of body repair! Ask for Jose and he ll take care of you!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This is the best body shop you could possibly find in the LA area! The customer service here is absolutely, mind-blowingly, amazing. I had my challenger towed in here, and from the get go I was treated with amazing respect and kindness. My repairs are guaranteed for life, I can come back with any questions or concerns. My car looks better than when she was brand new, and the minor issues i've experienced were handled right away. I genuinely will never go to another shop ever again. The people at this shop are great, they actually care about you and your time! They are honest and ethical, I love it here. As a woman in world of cars, they made me feel very heard and respected. Strongly recommend Precision Auto Body for getting your car repaired after an accident. Jos� Z and the Manager helped to get my car back to its original state in the most timely manner possible. I was waiting to get my car back to head out for a family road trip and they helped get it back in time which saved me a car rental over the holidays. The day of pick up the battery died and they went ti pick up one from the dealer for me to and installed it which helped get me on the road right after work. After the intense rainstorms we had, a leak began in the cabin from the windshield, which they helped coordinate with AAA to have repaired as it popped up after the initial assessment. They are truly a great group of professionals dedicated to the customers they serve. Jos� even waited for me to receive my car before they closed for the day and give me a ride home. Precision Auto Body restored my Audi to it's prior condition after it was hit in a parking lot. The shop used genuine Audi parts and completed the repair in a timely manner. Juan had my best interest in mind when dealing with the responsible party's insurance. Luis ensured all the work was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend this shop to Audi owners if they need their car repaired.

I had to get my car fix due to an accident to my back bumper. Let me be the first to tell you, the customer service and quality of Precision Auto Body is amazing! Right from the beginning they greeted me with kindness and helped my mom and I out in understanding the process of getting my car fixed. This was my first car accident, so I was so thankful they were able to guide me through that process. They explain everything very thoroughly, which I appreciate so much.Once they took in my car to the shop, they had arrange a ride for me to go my car rental place. They kept weekly communications with me to let me know the status of my car. During the repairs, they personally reached out to the insurance company to help advocate for me to get more parts for the internal damages. I am so thankful they were looking out for me.When I got back my car, it was polished and shined to perfection. It felt like a new car. It was so clean and I was amazed! Thank you so much!With that said, big shoutout to Clara & Jose for being so patient, understanding, and thorough during my time with Precision Auto Body. I had too bring my truck back twice and they still did not get it right I have scratches all over my door around the seal of the window also my back tail gates not even lined up right and electrical hanging out it was a rush job and the guy was bragging about how much they got from my insurance very unprofessional they got taking care of I did not. I dont have the extra time too keep bringing it back what a waste of time .

I just picked up my vehicle today from the shop. Overall they did a good job on my truck. My review is going based on the Customer service , Jose was the person in charge on my process. He did tell my husband it would take 6-7 weeks for my truck to be readyYet again when I called he said he would have it ready by the 5th week , then he extended it by the 17th and said he would give me a call to let me know if he would have it ready or notI never received a call or any sort of update unless I personally called. I ended up paying an extra 2 1/2 weeks for my rental since they couldn t make up their mind of when they would have my vehicle ready. Will be my last time coming here, I wouldn t recommend this shop due to the lack of communication and poor service .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DISHONEST! I never leave reviews but I agree with the other reviews that Precision Auto Body and Juan are dishonest and pull the bait and switch.I got a quote from them to repair my car. I told them I would be a cash paying customer and that they were not to deal with the insurance company of the lady who hit my car. Farmer's Insurance was specifying non-BMW parts.I reminded them several times but instead of honoring my wishes, they agreed to Farmer's rates and non-BMW parts. DISHONEST!With so many other great auto body shops, why risk it with Precision and Juan?

I usually do not post reviews, but I need to share my experience with Precision Auto Body. Beware of this repair facility! Juan "General Manager" is fantastic in convincing you to bring your vehicle to them, toting and referencing his credentials that are predominantly posted at the front desk. He will explain to you how "he is the best in the area" and "highly favored by the manufacturer" (Porsche). Once you get it there that tone and demeanor changes to extremely condescending, rude, & disrespectful. He will practice tactics to delay tasks pertaining to repair so he can bill $145 per day in storage fees. He will tell you tales about how "the insurance company is not calling him back", "he is doing everything he can", & my favorite "your car is not the only one I am working on". When I asked him to continue through our insurance instead of the insurance company of the vehicle that hit us, he updated the repair invoice and added over $3,000 for "items he missed when he wrote the original estimate", keep in mind the teardown was never done, as we did not get to that point in the 34 days my vehicle sat in the outdoor storage area at $145 per day. Today, I picked up my vehicle and took it to a more reputable facility. I will be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and any other governing agency available to consumers. This is solely my experience, and I wish to share it with others so a more conscious decision can be made. BEWARE!

I had to get my rear hatchback window replaced after vandalism completely destroyed it. AAA named Precision as one of their approved body shops. I liked that they were women owned, so I chose it from among the 4 others on the list. Wonderful, friendly front staff. Scott was communicative every step of the way, and was very professional. Fair pricing. I am so happy to recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Precision was a great experience to an experience that no one ever wants to be involved in, a car accident. Unfortunately, I was rear ended and was provided with Precision's information as an option to repair my vehicle. I did not bother to read any reviews, but because it was conveniently 2 miles from my home, I selected this as my shop of choice. Boy, am I glad I did. Precision took care of everything for me from the moment I stepped into the door to drop off my vehicle. The ladies at the front desk, Jessica and a sweet lady that answers the phones and runs the front were so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure the process went as smooth as possible for me. And let's not forget the customer service from my estimator, Scott. Scott was so attentive, honest, and took his time to really assess the damage to my vehicle and most importantly, kept me up to date with every day that went on. He called consistently and made sure I was up to date for every day that I did not have my vehicle. Thank you, thank you for making this experience great, aside from it being a traumatic experience. I highly recommend Precision for all your needs.

I repaired my car here after an accident.After being directed to them by AAA.They did a phenomenal job in every way.Scott took the time to explain what was needed.And was very precise in documenting everything.So it would be completed correctly.And the insurance would approve it quickly.I got my car back looking almost better than new!In short:I highly recommend Precision Auto Body for any repairs. I would have to say Precision Auto Body by far has earned a 5 star review. George was outstanding in constantly keeping me updated on any issues and progress of our repair.and always courteous Everyone is very professional and responsive.From the moment I walked in I had a good feeling just by the clean and organized appearance of the office, waiting area. A first impression is very important and makes a positive statement.I couldn't be more pleased on the quality of the workmanship. You get what you pay for. Our Maserati was restored to a brand new condition and looks flawless. You can imagine how distressed I was when I was rear ended at a stop light and we only had 5000 miles on the car.Thank you Precision, I would highly recommend anyone that wants a high quality end product utilize your services

Getting rear ended is never a fun thing. But Precision Auto Body took great care of me and my car. They were all very nice and helpful, from the front desk to Juan who fixed my car. He got the job done quickly even given the bad weather that was happening. Got my car taken care of and looking like new in two weeks! Worked with the insurance and had no problems.
