I recently went for brake service - typical service request for sqeaky brakes. I was blown away by the level of attention and excellent customer service that I experienced at the Pep Boys in Reseda.This is my second time going to the shop, and I am committed to being a Pep Boys return customer because of the Care and attention that I am consistently shown by the staff. I went in for a late appointment and not only did staff go over and above to explain to me everything that was going on with my car but they stayed after closing just to make sure that the issue could be resolved. They were truly concerned about my safety and stayed late to make sure that I left satisfied. They were committed to doing everything to the best of their ability to make sure that when I did get back on the road that I could do so with peace of mind. I have to give a special shout out to Natalie who sat with me and made sure I was okay as we waited on the service to be completed. Nelson was also incredible as he stayed to help make sure that I understood the parts that I was selecting and the warranty. This team was incredible!Natalie made the entire experience so much better - what an asset to the company! I think it is important to mention the fact that they were assisting me and fixing a problem created by another mechanic at a different shop. They were happy to correct the situation even though they did not cause the problem - that is huge in my book! They just wanted to make sure that I left satisfied and my vehicle was in perfect shape. I am forever grateful to them! If you have any concerns about your vehicle and know how hard it is to find a good shop then I hands down 100% recommend you take a trip to this store to have Nelson and Natalie assist you - you will not regret it! They are absolute game changers!

I just wanted to give this places 5 out of 5 for having great customer service very informative it was my first time getting my oil changed and he made it real simple and fair price if you bring your own products but overall stores is closing and I just remember I used to come here with my dad hope people can come and give these guys some support and get brand new tires if needed on the spot

I came into Pep Boys with an emergency. My tire was going flat and I was not going to make it home. I was also coming in at the end of the night. I was greeted by Natalie who was so kind and generous. She calmed me down and reassured me that they will not close until my car was ready. As it turned out I needed 4 new tires. She helped me find the best deal and price since I had not expected such a large purchase. In one hour the team got me on the way home safely. I am so grateful I made the right choice and pulled in to Pep Boys. I was treated like a VIP by the entire staff.

I had an oil change and tranmission work done. I hardly drive the car so I never really checked the work done. I checked the car in February only to find the engine cover missing. I returned to the Pep Boys as it had been the last place I brought the car and told the manager. I was told tough luck and sent on my way.The attention to detail at this Pep Boys is terrible. I am never bringing my car here again.

Made appointment Friday afternoon and was able to be seen by 5 pm. Explained everything needed, and performed in the time the estimated. Very good service and friendly staff.

They are all accommodating and helpful. Definitely service was good. The store manager LEO gave me a ride home instead of waiting for hours to complete the tire installation and alignment.

My recent experience at Pep Boys was truly disastrous. I arrived at the shop to have a tire patched first thing when it opened, I was the first customer, but it took an excruciating 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence and initiate the service. Despite being promised a 20-minute wait for the tire patch, I was left waiting for over an hour and a half an astonishing delay considering I was the only customer attended to.To add insult to injury, upon the return of my Jeep, they failed to return the valve cap to my tire and neglected to give back the lock for my rims prior to my departure. Multiple trips inside their establishment were necessary to simply retrieve my own belongings. The height of unprofessionalism was reached when the manager, or whoever was in charge that day, scavenged a valve cap off a random tire in the back and hastily placed it on my vehicle. This haphazard and irresponsible handling is inexcusable.As an owner of my Jeep for eight years, I maintain meticulous records of every aspect of its maintenance. This episode was not only a gross display of incompetence but also an outright disregard for a loyal customer. The lack of basic courtesy and inability to fulfill the simplest service requests showcases the appalling standards at Pep Boys.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider patronizing this establishment. The blatant lack of customer service, respect for time, and professionalism displayed at Pep Boys is a stark reminder of how some businesses prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. A disappointing and frustrating ordeal indeed.

This review is for NATALY at RESEDA PEP BOYS.I ve been coming to this Reseda Pep Boys for years. I recently had a poor experience here and left with a bad taste in my mouth, but I returned because they re close and convenient to my residence.Nataly was relocated to this location, and now I m loyal to this location again because NATALY IS THE SHARPEST, NICEST, WARMEST, MOST ATTENTIVE.I will come back just to say hi to Nataly. THANK YOU NATALY!!!

I recently had 4 tires changed at this location. I ran over a mail the other day and took my car back to have them repair the tire. It was not repairable but they replaced my tire free of charge. They were so kind, you just don t get service like this anymore. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends. Stellar service.

Leo was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions that I had about purchasing new tires. I ended up getting four new tires for a great price. I even got 1 year with no interest after being approved for the Pep Boys credit card. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Dropped my car off cause it was making a squealing noise when I would drive with the A/C on. From the start the man who helped me was rude to me when I tried to tell him what was wrong. I was told they d give me a call in a hour with an estimate. Two hours went by with no call back so I called and asked what was going on with my car. They told me they couldn t find anything wrong with my car. I went down there to pick my car up and of course right when I start driving I hear the noise from my A/C. I go back in to tell them and the same man who helped me in the morning was rude and told me I didn t do a good enough job telling him what was wrong. He was extremely rude and condescending. He told me my car makes that sound cause I drive it wrong. Complete waste of time coming here. Went down to RKC Auto repair and they told me I needed a new timing belt and he could get everything fixed in ONE HOUR. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. The staff over there is actually helpful, they won t overcharge you, and they won t be rude to you.
