I LOVE THIS AUTO SHOP!!! I called as a panicked mom of a college student who had a dead car in the parking lot of his dorm with no way to get it to an auto shop. I called Hector and he sent someone to tow it, diagnosed a faulty alternator, replaced it same day, stayed open late to finish it up AND drove the car back to campus so my son had it in time for work. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this before. I will be a customer for life. I am so grateful to Hector and the absolute professionalism and kindness he showed this out-of-state panicked mom. 10+!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

It may not look very inspiring but the people there: Hector and Wilson are great mechanics. Also they prefer to use original factory parts. As far as customer service goes, no one treats her customers better than Delila. She is very professional and caring. Great place to get your car serviced.

My alternator went out on me in my jeep I called my insurance company, and I also had mechanical Breakdown Protection on my policy. I gave them a called, and told them my issue they said I was covered, I got my car towed to hector, told hector my issue and it s a insurance claim, hector knew exactly what too do. Hector was friendly and professional. I drop my car off, he told me it s gonna take a day to fix once he got the parts. Also he offered me a ride back to my hotel that I was staying at, that was awesome. Hector called later that day and gave me an estimate on how much the repairs were gonna cost, he told me 675 with labor included to replace. Now here comes the kicker, since I have mechanical Breakdown Protection I m covered. My insurance covered the 675 dollar repair, I paid 55 dollars for the serptine belt. Wow awesome service oh by the way I have mercury insurance.

Came in to fix my transmission. U got it covered by my warranty but this guy try to tell me the insurance company wouldn't cover the transmission. Even though the insurance company would send him a CERTIFIED REBUILD ONE. And he told me he doesn't do rebuilds. And wants a new tranny in. Then he said it was gonna cost 3k. And the insurance company would only if lucky would cover the labor. But they might not. And that's just the quick summary of the story. Very shady place. Would recommend everyone to stay away if you have a carmax warranty. These people are just gonna try and hustle extra cash out of you..

My engines belt broke and I had a major power steering leak. I pulled into Hector Auto and it was Sunday and they were open, great I am thinking, I can get this leak fixed so it will stop damaging and breaking my belt. Well I ask the mechanics for some help they were rude and not at all helpful. They did explain there were several other cars inline before me. So I back out of the garage and into the parking lot to try to get my belt fixed so I can try driving somewhere else as the belt literally broke right in front of their garage. They told me I could not even put my belt back on (takes no time at all, just need to use a ratchet to loosen the tension pulley nor could they take the time to put my belt on. Very rude and not at all helpful staff at this auto shop, I would never come here again.
