H-Autorepair was hassle free, gave me the best price as well. Came out the next morning and the Mechanic went straight to work replacing my Starter. I was very impressed on how he handled the job and left my car running again as if nothing was wrong with it. I keep coming back anytime I have a car problem. I love that they are so helpful and quick to same day appointments. They are well priced and extremely thorough. I love that that they come to you. It takes the hassle out of drop offs and pick ups. I have full trust in handing over my keys and always knowing I can TRUST the work that is being done on my car. 12/10 recommend.

I was having problems with my vehicle and I found a auto repair on Google. I saw a lot of good reviews so I decided to give him a chance and I'm glad I did. They are very professional and quick and the mechanic that they sent Edward knew what he was doing. I will definitely refer this company to everyone that I know.

We were very disappointed in the service that was provided to us.. First visit, the car wouldn t start, They thought it was the battery, The mechanic took the battery out that was 2 months old and said it needed to be replaced. He came back with a new battery and replaced it with the old battery And my husband wanted his old battery back so he could take it back to the place he bought it from.. And he was told he would get a receipt and warranty and he got neither.. And he went to the store and to put gas in the car came back home.. And the next day when he went out to out to start his car it wouldn t start He noticed that the car was running hot.So he called the company back to come back out , because he was told it was the battery and he was told that you gave him a new battery and his car wouldn t start.. Then he was told that he had done something to the car.. Very unprofessional.. You didn t offer any explanation, You just said it was something he did.. Not good customer service.. He had a hard time communicating with the mechanic, because he didn t speak English.. Then the mechanic came back out and checked the car and he said it needed a water pump and oil change He agreed upon the oil change and water pump to be replaced and then as the mechanic was taking a look something popped as he was pushing on the gas.. My husband was very upset about what was going on..The mechanic came out and replaced the manifold.. Then my husband went out to ran some errands and now he s car has stopped running again.. we have put money into fixing the car for it to stop again and left with the battery dead and left stuck on the side of the road The thing that upset him was that the mechanic never tested drove the car after he was done to check and make sure the car was running properly We put money into getting the car fixed and working with money we really didn t have But we knew we had to get it fixed.. We continue to ask for a receipt and warranty paperwork.. All we want is our car to be fixed and working.. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service and customer service you provide..

My car stalled on me yesterday and it ended up being the alternator that needed to be changed as it was draining my battery.I was so frustrated as it happened on a weekend and my mechanic is not open. I found this company and it was so easy to chat with someone live, get an appointment the next morning and received my services in the comfort of my home. Tony was great! Although there was a language barrier, he went straight to work and completed a large task including all brakes being changed. I would recommend to friends and family and will use again!

Discovered I had a dead car battery one night and contacted H-Auto Repair. They had a mechanic at my apartment replacing the battery first thing the very next morning! Their team is incredibly nice, they work very quickly, and their prices are extremely affordable. Very highly recommend!

With a busy schedule it s so hard to go to the mechanic and drop off your car. These guys make it so easy and they are easy to contact. I appreciate their hard work and efficiency!I have gotten my oil changed, sparks plugs replaced and brake fluid flushed.

They were EXACTLY what I needed. While other mechanics were trying to take advantage and scam me. Very professional and courteous. Fixed my issue with my steering wheel within an hours time. technician who seemed to have difficulty coitially his mechanic broke something in my vehicle and displayed a blatant disregard for proper vehicle inspection procedures. To my horror, after the second visit, my car's engine started shaking violently, indicating that further damage had been done the very next day.I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by this Company . Not only did the technician fail to conduct a thorough diagnosis, but the subsequent actions taken worsened the condition of my vehicle. Despite charging me $670 for a repair that was inaccurately attributed to a battery issue, the technician refused to provide a receipt, a warranty for the replacement, or return my original battery. He then insulted my intelligence by telling me that the car started before the technician left so whatever I did that day I must ve messed up the car again. It haven t even been out for 24 hours since he repaired my vehicle..It is evident that the service provided by H Auto Repair was not only substandard but also deceptive. The deliberate misdiagnosis, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer satisfaction have significantly tarnished my perception of that establishment.I demand immediate reimbursement for the unnecessary charges incurred, as well as compensation for the damages caused to my vehicle as a result of the technician's negligence. I also expect a formal apology and a written assurance that such unprofessional conduct will not be repeated with any future customers.Me and My Wife had to ask him over 30 times to send us the receipt in the warranty to what he did and he still haven t did it and when he did send the receipt. He said he only charged $400 which is a complete lie, and my wife will verify it. The vehicle was running hot. He claim he changed a water pump and a oil cellar the very next day after the third time he came out because initially his mechanic broke something in my vehicle and he sent him out to fix that in that only not the initial problem which he charged me to $1000 and my vehicle currently right now is in the city of Long Beach because the engine overheated and it blew my engine so I ve been stuck out here in Long Beach since the so called repairs.In the ideal outcome scenario regarding the actions of H Auto Repair, the following resolutions are desired:1. Refund of $270: H Auto Repair must refund the $270 charged for the unnecessary battery replacement that did not address the initial vehicle issue.2. Compensation for engine damage: Given that the real source of overheating was incorrectly diagnosed and subsequently led to engine failure while driving to Long Beach, H Auto Repair should fully compensate for the damages caused, including the blown engine.3. Reimbursement for lost time and expenses: H Auto Repair is expected to reimburse all expenses incurred as a result of their negligence, including missed important meetings, accommodation costs for three days of sleeping in the vehicle, and any other associated expenses due to the breakdown caused by their inadequate repairs.4. Termination of unprofessional staff: The individual name Henry who refused to address the situation, falsely accused me of threats to his family, and failed to provide adequate service should be terminated to prevent such unprofessional behavior in the future.It is essential for H Auto Repair to take full responsibility for their actions and provide the necessary compensations and corrective measures to restore faith in their services. Instead of him fixing the problem, he s claiming he did work for free?! My vehicle been on the side of the rode stranded ever since they touched it 2 weeks ago. Now he s lying saying I threatened him but yet he never called Police or anything because he knows it s a lie.He basically robbed me and My Wife out of $900 and threaten to call the police on us if we complained about it it. If he gives warranty why I didn t get one for my battery or service? Your website is very deceptive.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY FRONT CAR SEAT. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT IN THE RAIN AND FIXED THE ISSUE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COMMUNICATED WELL. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL REFER THEM AS MUCH AS I CAN. THEY WERE ALSO AFFORDABLE. No COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

My car stopped running on the 405 N. I contacted the company and they came out immediately. The price to fix it was awesome. I was able to get to the nearest Autozone to pick up my part. It had a lifetime warranty. The mechanic arrived on time, and was very nice, and professional. He replaced my alternator, an had my car running within an hour. I m very happy with this company, and will use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.Service: Electrical repair

I had trouble with my trunk closing & I had gone to someone s place and they couldn t do the job. Then I called these guys & Vik came to my house within hour of call and got the job done in less than 15 minutes! I was surprised! Excellent service. Contacted the company and they responded immediately. A serviceman Sargis came out the next day (which was a Sunday with the threat of rain) to repair the driver power window in the car and did a good job for us. The charge was reasonable.
