Everything was explained before, during and after the body work. Professional, thorough and super friendly customer service. Great communication via phone call, text and email. JP works closely with a local rental car agency to provide the best deal. Aaron works very well with my insurance company to make a smooth process for me. Aaron showed me pictures of before during and after of the perfection work on my vehicle.I highly recommend JP Auto Body South San Francisco.

A little background:A few months ago, I brought my Tesla Model 3 here after an incident on the freeway regarding a rolling tire that hit 6 other cars. Pretty major damage to the underside and coolant leaked which resulted in the car shutting completely down. Mind you, car was fairly new. Did some digging as I don t think I can trust just any body shop. (Have you seen some of the reviews out there?) Found JP and gave them a call. Aaron answered the line and gave me step by step instructions and reassured me that I will be taken care of. They re professionals after all. And I am glad I did. They work with urgency and no fluff. They updated me via email/phone constantly. Due to the nature of the car and Tesla parts shortage (not their fault as Tesla is the only one producing the parts), the car finally finished after 2 months (give or take).These guys are welcoming and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with a Tesla. Even if you don t have one, that s fine too! They ll take care of you and accommodate you!One small downside is that they don t really do mods on Teslas, so things like spoilers or diffusers, etc., are out of the question. I had an aluminum panel installed underneath by them to shield the coolant lines to avoid another disaster like this but aside from that they try to steer away from mods.

The quality of their work is awesome!The service was spectacular! The staff is all very nice and attentive. Peter was beyond helpful and did even more than I expected! I highly recommend JP Auto!

I had an absolutely pleasure working with Ray and team to repair my Model X. They were always professional, courteous, and provided me updates with all updates on the status of the repair. Repair came out great, thanks guys!
