This morning at 8AM, I witnessed the driver of the Broadway Auto tow truck almost cause an accident at Broadway and Woodside. The driver broke the California Safety Act by failing to give 3ft of room to a cyclist. The driver overtook the cyclist, pinning her between the truck and the curb, just so he could cut her off to make a right turn into the Smart and Final parking lot. It would have delayed him only 5 seconds to wait for the cyclist to pass the driveway he was so desperate to get into. I wouldn't trust these reckless self-oriented people with my car or my business.
