Outstanding, I had an issue with a nail in my tire a month ago. The past week I noticed that the tire was still not holding air. I took it back and Pacific Tire repaired the tire and when I said how much, their reply was "It may have been a bad patch no charge". Yes, I know maybe it would be 5 stars if I didn't have to come back, but the fact that they were honest about it earn it even more, but I wouldn't have rated 5 stars just for a fixed tire... These guys have done 4 of our families cars and always happy with the results.Service: Tires

I had a wonderful experience with this company! Dave, the manager, did a 5 minute repair (blinker light) that I was unable to do because of a disabled right arm. It was a big deal to me and I left feeling grateful. Now I get to pay it forward when the opportunity arises. This shop is amazing. All the positive reviews about this place are true. The people working here are very nice, they remember who you are, and are very honest. I had the pleasure of working with Craig, and he is such a nice guy! Tried to help me out as much as possible to actually save me money, which can be hard to find these days in the car world. I highly recommend this place and will return here for my future car needs.

Wonderful experience with my Audi this week. They are so thorough, professional, ethical and went way out of their way to accommodate my schedule and budget. The manager Jamie is fantastic! She explains everything with tremendous patience, kindness and helps plan the very best options, in a no pressure, thoughtful manner. I rarely leave reviews but this place is exceptional in both customer relations and mechanical excellence.

I researched auto shops prior to choosing this one. I chose Osborn's because they had great reviews, many of which mentioned the fair pricing. I brought my car in to have a new battery put in and t0 have a brake check and new brakes put in. I was impressed with the customer service. Each person I dealt with was very nice and very accommodating. I later got a call with an update on my car. The front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. My quote? $645.00!!!! $45 for just replacing the battery (I brought my own in) and $600 just for the front brake pads and rotors. Being that the price was out of this world I declined the brake replacement. Other shops quoted $350-400 all with good reviews as well. I am disappointed that I wasted a whole day at this shop. I was hopeful to have a shop that I could rely on for future services but since it is unaffordable I will not be able to use Osborn's Automotive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been going to Osborne s for the past five years for both of our cars. Osborne s is professional, honest, reasonable, extremely helpful and their just all around great mechanics! We are always so thankful for there incredible team! *Ok you know your loyal mechanic/owner are good when they remember how many cars of yours they worked on and you had forgotten! Haha, yes Scott that s right we had three cars you all worked on of ours! Thanks for keeping all of our cars in tip top shape and again for all the great hard work you all do!

Only dealt with Shirley (sp) who was great. They were very fast, very straight forward about pricing and such. My repair was a bit pricey, but I called to dealerships to get a sense of cost and they were right in the ballpark. I felt like they were on the up and up and I guess that s all you can ask for. I d recommend and will probably use them in the future.

Over 15+ years we exclusively used PTMS for all our family cars (Ford, BMW, Audi Hybrid) - tires, alignments, brakes (drum & disc), starters, oil changes, wiper blades, batteries, replace window motors, radiators & hoses, transmission, and the list goes on. Very kind and honest people that do great work. They do more than tires and brakes - ask them if they will do it.

Osborn's Auto really helped figure out an issue that was causing us a headache trying to figure out. Joe at the front desk was very patient and reassuring of the tech's capabilities and was able to find the issue quickly. I usually don't trust auto repair but I will definitely come back to Osborn's. Very reliable and made me feel very stressed free! Thanks Osborn's Automotive you guys ROCK!!!

Great shop with friendly employees. Their work is top notch and I never get the feeling of an up sell like I m at a the dealership. The service on my Honda was stellar!!!! My baby runs like a brand new car, I felt the difference as soon as I turned the key and drove out of your lot. All the repairs done resulted in an immediate dramatic difference, in addition, to my happy surprise, Shane repaired my air conditioner. In this latest heat wave, a nice relief.

We had a flat and he stopped on his way by. Was so helpful! Towed my truck and my trailer to his shop, the woman behind the front counter was so nice and helpful. The service was impeccable, he was knowledgable, and courteous and it made a stressful situation seem ok. Would highly recommend

Osborn's did a great job, as usual. They took the time to explain the problem, and gave me an accurate estimate, finished ahead of the time promised. Whenever I have a potential problem I know that I can trust Osborn's to give me an honest answer, good advice, and a fair price if/when repairs are needed.

Taking a vehicle here for a pre purchase inspection saved me a lot of headaches in the future. As much as I was hoping the Audi S3 that I was going to purchase didn't have any problems, it did. The lady at the counter was very helpful and accommodating with my questions. I would be glad to do business with Osborne's Automotive in the future.

Absolutely the best service I've ever had for my car. Jaime and Mykel went above and beyond all expectations. Jaime made me feel like I was part of her family with how she thoughtfully explained what was going on with my vehicle; not to mention, the price for the parts and service was a third less than the other mechanics around the area. Jaime was incredibly generous with her time; she completely answered any questions I had over the phone and text. The cherry on top was when Osborn's Automotive made sure to take me to and from wherever I needed while my car was under repair thanks to Mykel. If that wasn't enough, when I got my car back it looked like I got an exterior wash, they put in santizer wipes, and even gave me a little scratcher after my payment. The little things go a long way in my book, and I couldn't be more pleased with my service.

Very disappointed in the customer service i received over the phone called earlier in the morning to see how much it would be to put a tire on a rim and was quoted 35$ called back later in the day to see if he could just balance my wheel and he quotes me 40$ just to balance i have come here multiple times and never have they tried to rip a fast one on me def will not be coming back in the future if you need a place just tires amazing mechanics 15$ in and outService: Tires

They serviced and repaired my car nicely. They even serviced fluids that my dealers and one other independent didn't for ten years. Osborn is the only sane repairman in the South Bay; everyone else is out to lunch, on basics

Fast friendly service with reasonable prices! Recommended repairs were backed up with pictures of the parts in question. Estimate for recommended repairs was sent via email, no pressure from staff.
