I was very impressed by the service at Firestone yesterday. I was greeted when I entered the office. I was given a choice between a higher priced product that was recommended and a cheaper option. (I went for the more expensive one.) The quote came through to my email and I was able to get my car in a timely fashion. Overall, I was delighted and I thank Jason for his extremely professional experience.

Wonderful service today! Cesar fit us into an obviously busy day, they were very transparent and the mechanic Bo even showed me the issues with front suspension so I could understand what was going on. They got the work done same day and the pricing was totally fair. Also Bo went the extra mile fixing our front windshield washer. Previously a different repair business had repaired a leak with the washer, and told me it just doesn t work anymore and we needed to replace the whole washer system. The car is 19 years old so I accepted the issue rather than dump money into a whole new washer system (old cars have quirks!). Today at Firestone Bo thought it was just a hose so I agreed to repair that, and again the washer still didn t work, but he didn t give up! He found the problem, the button wiring had failed, he got it working again because he thought it was important for safety. Much appreciated!

I was needing an oil change and tire check fairly quickly. Manny was kind and professional and scheduled an appointment immediately. I was in and out in an hour. Well done! I've also purchased 4 tires from Firestone Manhattan Beach two years ago. Also, excellent experience. So far so good Firestone! Thank you!

This is the first time I ve gone into google to search to leave a review.I ve been to this location twice and each time so impressed by their honesty and zero upsell.1. Had a slow leak in my tire. They told me it would be an easy repair as it was a nail in the center of my tire. Could have easily told me I needed a new tire. $40 repair2. Was told I would need a full diagnostic when my engine light went on. They did the check and when it was related to a Nissan specific problem that only Nissan could fix - waived the charge.Seriously I will be using this location for everything in the future.Highly trustworthy. Restored my faith in car mechanics

I had a great experience at Firestone Redondo Beach. Cesar, Manny, and Jason were all very friendly and helpful when I needed new tires and service for my car. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for car repair or maintenance.

My boyfriend had a terrible mishap with his newly bought tires. He was smart and bought the insurance on his tires(didn't know that was a thing) and was able to get a replacement of the tires very quickly. Thank you for making what could have been an otherwise stressful situation somewhat less stressful

Manny was super helpful with everything from the beginning! Made an appointment and the whole experience was seamless. I was nervous to see what was needed to be done, but never felt pressured or over-sold to do anything. Instead I was informed and well educated on what I needed to do for my car, especially because I m planning a long cross country road trip. Coupons were added without me asking and the service was great! Manny answered all my questions and was informative. I will definitely be coming back again if I ever have any issues!There s also a poke place across the street if you have to end up waiting a bit, but the chairs in the waiting room are quite comfortable. Also, they have basically every phone charger available for you in addition to magazines.

Bo, the master mechanic, is exactly that. It is rare to find people that know what they are doing and are good at their job (these days). That said, Bo knows . Ask for him by name, and tell the management he needs a raise.

Please note that this is my first and only 1 star review.Had a flat repaired by Firestone and a few days later our tire pressure sensor light came on and we realized there was a slow leak coming from Firestone s patchI came to RB Firestone and the technician confirmed that the leak is from their failed patch, and that I d need a replacement. He got Manny, who seemed to be the acting manager at the time? Manny told me that since it s a Continental tire, not Firestone, he cannot do anything besides air it up and send me on my way. I thought this was weird since they botched the repair and also sell Continental tires so I asked his name - Manny got super uncomfortable and told me he won t tell me his name, and asked me to leave the store. He ended up actually storming out of his own store, and slamming the glass doors behind him - a quick search let me know he s MannyJason, the original tire tech, came in to deescalate the situation. He ended up sending us to the Manhattan Beach Firestone who was way more helpful.If you re reading this, they are only a few min away from each other and a world more helpful. Skip over this location and keep cruising up PCH to Manhattan Beach Firestone and save a hassle

Had a flat tire this morning. Drove in to get it fixed before 8am. The front desk guy walked around and was doing paper work for 10 mins before he even asked what I was there for (I was the Only one there).After I told him I had a nail in my tire and that I need a patch, he told me that it would be at the end of day or possibly tomorrow.I told him it shouldn t take more than 10 mins right? And he said yeah but we have cars that are here that are before you.Mind you those cars where getting actual work done. Anytime I go to a TIRE shop, they just do a quick patch and I m on my way.He didn t even look at it. He was the most sluggish guy with no care in the world.When I went to a different mechanic, with 15 cars to do, they came right out and fixed it. They also couldn t believe this Firestone guy would make me drop off my car to fix a simple patch.What a joke. Wasted time. Never will I ever think of going to this place again.

Manny and Diego hooked me up on short notice - took a fat bolt in my tire which I found at 4:15pm on a Wednesday rush hour afternoon. I drove 1 mile to Firestone, and they had me out of there with a patched tire, topped off fluids and pressures, and out by 5:15pm. Great service. Reliable for me for years.1 week later: another nail. Straight to Firestone again where Manny hooked me up again. Very fast immediate service great price; reliable once again!

LAZIEST employees on the planet!I called this location Monday and scheduled a tire inspection for Noon on Wednesday.I arrived early and told them I wanted the tires fully inspected. They said they could do the inspection with the tires on.I told them I wanted the tires OFF, so nothing would be missed or overlooked.They told me that would take 2-3 hours, which is a LIE!It takes 5 minutes to remove 4 tires and another 20 minutes to THOROUGHLY inspect and measure.They're lazy and pr�judiced, so they concocted a lame excuse to make me leave.BOTH of the a_holes should be fired.One was dark and tall, the other one was short and light with dark brown hair.

Manny and Hector are great guys and did great work. We had trouble finding my Lifetime Tire Alignment that I purchased from another location about a year ago and they made sure to track it down and correct it in the system. 100% would recommend these guys.

Great service and communication. Definitely helped scheduling ahead for an appointment but they got my vehicle in, took care of the tires and alignment. My BUICK S U V had a complex electrical problem." Robert " the Customer Rep. was courteous and very helpful explaining how they would diagnose the issue. . " BO " the extremely professional, knowledgeable technician found the problem , reconditioned the area and thus provided a remedy. I recommend this location because it has an outstanding professional staff

The Firestone team was great to work with. I had my tires shipped to them from Tire Rack and was able to easily get an appointment scheduled. Even though they said it could be between one an two hours to mount my tires, I was in and out in just about an hour.

Purchased a new-to-me used vehicle mid December 2022. Haven't had a chance to have anyone look at it until now. Called at 12:30pm and was told I could bring in my vehicle right away. Drove down and Manny met me at the front. He was friendly and knowledable and answered my questions. Began my requested services of a full vehicle inspection and oil change around 1:00pm.After services were complete (1:45pm) I spoke with Charlie. He informed me that my alignment was crooked but other than that and the recommended fuel service (regular mantenance), the vehicle looks great! I explained that the car seems to wobble slightly as I press the break and he said that could be the rotars. I'm not TOO car savvy and Charlie took the time to explain with photographs how the brakes work and what part the rotar is. He let me ask all my questions and even showed me different pricing options for services to be rendered. There was no pressure and I felt completely comfortable saying no to the fuel service that was recommended as maintanance to my vehicle.I left with $50 off my lifetime warranty on the alignment (including parts and labor), alignment corrected, inspection complete, and oil changed. I was estimated 2h15m total time but was out of there by 2:45pm. Start to finish was only 1h45m. Easy! Thank you Charlie and Manny for being so helpful, kind, informative, and patient with me. I will be back for my regularly scheduled auto maintenance!Service: Oil change
