I very much appreciate the company s free windshield wipers installation offer. And the cost of the wipers was very competitive. Carlos was extremely helpful, and wrestled the old, corroded wipers off with good humor. He made sure all my questions were answered, and made sure I got the right product at the best price, fully installed and working.

Hey just want to give a shout out to Advance Auto Parts store number 08966 located in Redondo Beach California for doing such an outstanding job in my time of need. A big thank you too Ruben F for his patients an expertise. I was looking for graphite yesterday and none of the other auto parts stores in the area had any so I went to Advance Auto parts. They didn't have exactly what I needed either but Ruben F wasn't going to let me get out of there without accommodating me in some way. So he did some research on the computer and found an alternative product for me . I went to 3 other auto parts stores before I went to Advance Auto & none of the employee's workig at those stores did that for me . Shame on them for being lazy and a HUGE thank you to Rueben F for ......well....for caring and taking the time to help me!!! Its as simple as that. I haven't shopped at this location for many years. But after my experience yesterday I will be shopping at this location from now on. If you like to be treated with respect and excellent customer service tell your family and friends to shop at Advance Auto and ask for Ruben F. Thank you Lisa Postert

% recommend this place! Great customer service! Ruben Fuentes, the store manager at this location saved me a good amount of money by helping to fix a small mark on my car that other places wanted to charge me around $150. I'm so glad I stopped here to ask for advice. Thanks agai, Ruben! Your help is much appreciated!

Just thinking about all the mistakes I was about to make if you didn t intervene is well . Let s just say THANK GOD Trung was there! One morning, I noticed the gas cap wasn't on my Jeep. The day before I had driven through a car wash. I was afraid water got into the gas tank. I panicked. I was thinking a gas additive would help. I looked up the closest Auto Parts Store to me in Manhattan Beach; Advanced Auto Parts.I got there 5 minutes before opening. The employee saw me and he came to the door. His customer service was above and beyond expected. He settled me down and found the products I needed for my peace of mind.. I learned that his name is Ruben. The world would be a better place if more people had a work ethic like Ruben.Thank you!

Have been able to source specific, legit OEM parts very quickly (often same day) at close enough to online prices that speed perks often makes up the gap. Staff are also super helpful and make an effort to source what I need. Really can t complain!
