Went in for an oil change and alignment. No complaints, car came out perfect. Customer service was great. They communicate about other issues but aren't pushy. I'd definitely take my car for future services here. Bonus...they have coffee

Absolute nightmare. When I got there for a walk-in service, the people didn t even greet me and had me wait for at least 20 minutes before someone came and helped me. I got helped by Alex Ruiz who was a very nice gentleman and explained everything to me and gave me a great customer service till that point. Then when the service was done they called me and informed me that the car was ready for pickup. I had already scheduled an after hour pickup and that I would be coming later to pickup my car. Then I asked about the wash that they usually give after the service and they said that they didn t do it but they could, so they did. After the car wash I get a phone call saying that there is a nail in my tires saying that it was leaking air. Funny thing is that when I brought my car in, there wasn t anything of sort and my car panel didn t inform me of a tire leakage. I have had a nail in my tire before and I know it tells me that the tire pressure is off on my panel. Then Alex tells me that it is $25 to fix it as if it was already there before I came in, which wasn t. I was very upset and disappointed at the time since I knew that it wasn t my mistake at all and it may very likely been their mistake while managing the vehicle in the shop. It s funny how they didn t notice that during the tire rotation but they did in the car wash. Then I tell him that I ll take care of that nail myself and he says that he talked to the manager and he said that they d do it for me for free which I thought they should since it s probably their fault to begin with. When I arrive to pickup my car, they didn t know it was scheduled for after hour pickup and so they kept running around to find my keys, and then after 10 minutes, someone finally finds it and brings me my car. Upon entering my car, I notice:#1: the wash is a poorly done job#2: they went through my stuff in the glove box since I had mask bags in there and when I was in my car somehow they just appeared in my back seat, meaning that someone probably was going through my belongings looking for something valuable.#3: my tire pressure is all over the place. I had 1 tire that had more pressure than all othersOverall a horrible experience and a very unprofessional crew. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated, and how everything ended up unfolding. I d recommend taking your Toyota anywhere else for a service but this location. They need some serious training in their crew on how to treat customers and make sure their satisfaction comes first. In addition to hiring some honest workers who won t go through your stuff. If management is seeing this review, please do something about it, because you guys are gonna lose business and credibility by not taking action at all.

I absolutely loved this experience! It was a little intimidating at first since it was my first time purchasing my own car but Rosie, Brandon and Zach really made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am super grateful and happy with my brand new Toyota Corolla Hybrid! I will never forget that day, and I will be coming back to this location always and forever whenever maintenance is required, thank you!!

Redlands Toyota service dept. Is great! The wait time is fair, plenty of places to sit and wait, snacks, coffee available. When service is complete staff comes out to waiting room and finds you. Nice touch.

It's quite easy to write a positive review in the face of good "news" but I had two visits with the first one not so "good". However, the perceived negativity had nothing to do with the service/personnel at Redlands Toyota. Actually, I received exceptional service despite the epic failures of Toyota certified warranty. On my next visit, my car was not only superbly serviced but also washed and vacuumed! I have been to multiple dealerships, they tried but not as much as here. I understand it took a team effort to accomplish this, but I have to credit service manager Tanner for being an exemplary gentleman keen on making sure customers are content.

I always service my car here for oil changes. They are always friendly and helpful. Their place is always clean. There are comfy seats, free WiFi, vending machines, televisions to watch, free water and coffee and shuttle services to nearby stores.

I had brought my car in 3 times to fix the clicking sound in the door, I used to love toyotas but now I hate them more than anything I have never hated a company so much. This is the worst company every created and they do not care for any of their customers, how many more times must I bring my car in 4, 5 times!? I hate that this company doesn't even care enough to fix a car the right way even the one they made if you want a car that doesn't give you any problems your better off with buying a Honda but don't buy a toyota and don't bring it here to be fixed I promise you it will never get fixed and you will always leave with a car that got barley looked at and full of disappointment. Worst car company ever.

I took in a car previously purchased at this dealership, to have an inspection performed. The service advisor was not friendly and had a bad attitude for my entire service experience. Not only did it take forever, yes I had an appointment, the advisor did not call me when it was ready and the diagnostic ended up being incorrect after another shop checked the vehicle. I ve been coming here since getting my Toyota Prius (2018) and the service has always been so outstanding and wonderful that I ve moved 3 times since then and still continue to schedule services here (even though I now live in La Puente Ca.) Visilios helped me with my 100,000 mile check up and he went above and beyond and is the most friendly, informative, knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate person. He helped explain why it was a big check up and what was going to be done and made sure I received my car back same day. The whole team there is always so courteous, sweet and kind as well. I found out that I could take a nap there and sleep like a baby and that they re dog friendly since I had to have my dog dropped off to me there. They are always busy and there s a reason. Wonderful services and even more wonderful staff is why I will continue to go here. Highly recommend anyone go here.

These guys are great! I am always going to the parts department. They can always get the parts I need. But what amazes me is that if it is a bit pricy, they have an alternative source for you. Great guys and VERY knowledgeable!

Went for a service maintenance job. Everything was great! Customer service is amazing! My keys got locked inside as I was dropping off my car, and my service tech Danny made me feel calm when he offered to make me a spare to get it open. Free of charge! My vehicle was returned pretty quickly. I used the shuttle to take me back to work. Mike the driver was awesome!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Front driver side Breaks is squeaking real bad. I provided them a live Video of the problem. Dropped it off Monday 915a morning and picked it up on Tuesday late afternoon 4pm and they didn t make the repairs. They said everything was ok but they could hear the problem. This is my second successive disappointment with Toyota of Redlands service department. The representative at the service desk said that they would call me at 2:00 pm. It is way past 2 and the representative has not called back. I do not as of yet know what the nature of repair is, how long it will take or how much it will cost. My prior experience was terrible as well. I had to escalate 3 or 4 times. But the rep still did not call back. I had to hunt for them and finally 4 calls later they picked my call and answered me. Didn't purchase the car here but have been using them for scheduled maintenance service since buying the car. Never had any problems. All of the staff have been very courteous. The hours and location is convenient. It was cool to be able to get my oil change here. Although, I was never informed on how long it would take or what resulted in the outcome of the multipoint inspection. The waiting room has plenty of space to lounge around and the free coffee is great. Not sure if I ll come back. There s no complimentary wash.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got a regular 5,000 mile multi-point inspection and tire rotation. Had an issue with my tire pressure light coming on. They got my tires up to spec and found no other issues! Got a call within an hour of dropping off that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Friendly service, fast, and easy to work with!Service: TiresService: Tires

Our 2017 Sienna had an issue with the water pump and overheating of the engine, we took it to Toyota of Redlands and the service we got was outstanding. Cassandra was amazing at explaining the process of the repair and accelerating the process of getting as rental vehicle and everything was just so much better than we could ve imagined. Their prices for oil changes and tire rotations aren t different from everyone in the area so we ll be faithful customers for as long as we own a Toyota car. Highly recommend this place

The service associates are always professional, friendly, and helpful. It is always easy and a pleasure to get my car worked on. There are clean tables, counters, and chairs available if you need to get work done while your car is in the service bay. I get all of my preventative maintenance done by TOR. Their commitment to quality is why I will continue to buy from them and use their certified mechanics. Hands down, TOR is the best Toyota dealership in the region.

Every time I come to Toyota of Redlands, I have such a great experience. The workers are all nice from dropping the car off and checking it in to paying the bill. Even getting parts is stress-free! There is a woman that works in the billing area with glasses and was so sweet and so nice just overall great customer service. Also, Mario in check in, he was exceptional and really patient with the questions I was asking and even let me know that I am able to buy my windshield wipers There! Every time I come here it s just such a great experience and it s the only reason I keep coming back. I even stopped going to the San Bernardino location because of how rude and unprofessional they were! So happy with the service and experience with the team.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had an 10 am appointment, my wife took the car in. She got there and saw service people just passing and never ask her anything. She qas there's for almost 45 minutes and no one came to her. I had to call and let them know that she was there for the 10 am appointment. I wonder if I haven't call how much longer she would of have waited until someone came her. Service is good but I think they can improve on customer serviceService: Oil change

I took my 4Runner in for its first 5k maintenance appointment. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They arranged a Lyft ride to work for me, then called me when the service was complete.
