Great service, from check in to check out, all communication and interaction has been positive. Chad was amazing at communicating with us every step of the process. It was easy dropping off the car, the gal at the front desk was so helpful and patient answering our questions. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

This place sucks. I don t understand why everyone here is so rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car off to have some work done to the front bumper/hood, 4 days go by I call to check on the vehicle, service technician (Bob) isn t available. Never get a call back. Call a second time the next day, still isn t available and I never get a call back. I wait a couple more days and call a third time and the man on the phone was rude, said they didn t have my number which is odd. It should be in their system. I don t think any of these positive reviews are legitimate. If I ever have to have any work done on any of my vehicles I d rather go somewhere else even if it s a lot further.

History:I've had work done with Tom Bell in the past and have been very pleased. Two vehicles have been repaired on time and in budget. My most recent experience was very different.Pros:The quality of the work was good. The vehicle looks and runs as expected.Cons:Was quoted three weeks to complete work on my vehicle. It took over 6 weeks to complete. I understand a small delay in getting parts or unexpected issues that arise, but not 2x the quoted time.The person working the front desk was very rude over the phone and in person.I discovered items missing from my vehicle after it was returned to me.Summary:I cannot trust this company anymore and would not recommend working with them to my friends or colleagues.

Bob was the one who helped me. Very professional and helpful whenever I had questions. I recommend him specifically for his splendid service. It was a long wait but the result was very worth it. My truck looked even better than when I bought it. When one shop says they will total my car over a bumped bumper, Tom Bell got it repaired. Working with the team there is super easy which is so wonderful when everything else about a collision is not. They work with local car rental companies which makes the drop off and pick up able to be completed by one person instead of two. They did a great job on my repair and if I need to then they will get my service again.

(UPDATE) i had to return my car to mechanic at no fault of shop and the manager took my call and worked qith me in the best of ways. I did have a poor experince but this is more than making up for it. I will return to this shop in the future. Excellent managemnt. (End of update)BOB is ignoring my calls and not returning them. 6 weeks of delays without a single notice. I had to take time off work to puck up my car only to find out my car was not ready. Due to the fact that BOB neglected to do his job at all. Worst experience and very unprofessional. I understand parts shortage but terrible customer service has nothing to do with parts. Be cautious of these upcharging scammers filled with lies. The manager yelled at my wife after I exited the office, claiming it was in retaliation for my arguing with him. There is a huge sign posted for everyone to see they have a lifetime warranty, yet upon reading the fine print provided at the end said "limited warranty". Ask of any undeclared additional charges in writing prior to leaving you vehicle there and have the manager sign it. The written quote I received included replacing/painting damaged fender with a new OEM Ford part, removing the front bumper and removing/polishing the headlights. The employee gave me a written estimate of $1,290 for the repair, stating "it would take about one week". During the longer than stated wait, I visually inspected my car regularly and saw they never did remove the front bumper or headlights as stated in the quote and Iwas charged me for in the labor portion of the quote. Finally after three weeks the job was finished, then I was informed of a $500 upcharge they planned to send to my insurance company. The manager verbally argued, raising his voice, claiming the original estimate was not an accurate quote because the employee was new. The manager claimed of additional charges, so I inquired as to why and he said "they had to remove the hood and had underestimated the job because there could have been more broken parts". I asked if there were more broken parts and he said "no". In the end, they held my car hostage until I paid more than originally quoted. The paint job did turn out very nice, but I'd burn a $100 bill before using them again and I really like $100's.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This collision center was really good! My car was really bad when I took it in and they fixed it up really well! Practically looks brand new! I really appreciate everyone who works there and it was good that they truly cared about getting my car done, it was not about the money to them, they truly enjoy what they do! The only minor issue was not getting calls when the parts for my car were in, but that is understandable because they wanted to get my car back to me as soon as possible! Really happy with their work and customer service. I really highly recommend going here!

My car had to go in for tail gate repair!! I was greeted by Chad Michael. Very nice and personable!!! Dropped my car off and it was ready on time!!!! Looks like a new car off the show room floor!!! If any issues arrive in the future, that is where I will take my car!!!! They are Great!!!

For starters, I received discourteous, curt treatment from Michael on more than one visit to this place of business. In addition to this, it also appears I was cheated out of $414.03. A fender was needed to repair my vehicle and it appears Tom Bell reps weren t able to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe. I was able to obtain a fender within a couple days and was told if I purchased the fender with my own money, it would be taken off my deductible balance. Well, upon reviewing documents sent to my insurance company, it appears Allstate was charged for the same part I purchased! I did not receive a refund! This smells like fraud! I m calling Tom Bell Collision Center to chat about this as soon as this business opens! Let s get this resolved ASAP. Allstate needs to know about this so I ll upload my receipt as proof of MY purchase, and start the conversation so they are made aware of this shady practice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Apparently I hit something and it messed with my engine sensor. So my engine light was on. Took it to Tom Bell Auto Services first. They suggested I take it here because they thought the dent would need to be repaired before they can fix the sensor. So I took it here I got there 30 minutes before it opened. Chad came out to help me. I explained to him what was going on. He snapped the part to the sensor back on. Ran it through the computer and said everything checked out fine. So grateful because I was really worried I would be paying an arm and a leg.

They really helped me out with my truck. I hit some rocks and it messed up my skid plate which in turned pushed my frame. I tried to get help in a number of collision centers in the area but they all flat out refused to help because of the lift kit on the truck. Since the beginning Bob was able to help me get the paperwork started and saw the repairs all the way thru.

Brought my new tahoe in for warranty and got it back with a lot of polish compound, scratches on my bumper, scratches on my turn signal, overspray on several panels, loose trim, scratches on chrome. In short my new car now looks like I bought it at a used car lot on valley Blvd. Thanks Tom bell Chevrolet and specially thanks to Chad in the paint department. Makes me wonder if all these excellent reviews are not legitimate.Service: Body & Trim

Really horrible service!! I took my 08 Mustang here after its been in accident to get it fixed, I had ashley worked with the insurance company and she was terrible. I came on a visit after she said the repairs were fixed just needed to get insurancestors to pay them. When I checked out the car my self I was amazed how they got the paint and decals right but I started tout take a closer look and found out the paint was not buffed so it was lumpy, and the bumper was not even on right. I was really mad because she is supposed to notice this ...after all it is her job. So I come back a week later she said it was ready for pick up the decals were not even on this time and the bumper wasn't even aligned right. Most horrible service. Never come back again!!

December 9, 2016, my left mirror on my 2016 Scion iM was damaged by a hit-and-run incident. The mirror wasnt replaced until December 30, 2016. 3 weeks of "miscommunication" on ordering parts and shipping them to the "wrong" location(s) and over priced service and "tag on fees". I was told that I would receive a call about parts coming in six times, never got one call from the shop! Was told I could get a discount because of the various mix ups, but was charged the full amount anyway. Protested that on the spot. Best advice I can give, Take your car to an honest more reliable shop in town. Better service offered and cheaper prices, but will still get professional results.

If I could rate with zero stars I would. The first day after getting my vehicle back from being worked on my check engine light came on with 4 different codes, when I use the remote start to warm up my car it trips the fuel pump and blows a fuse, and my window fell off the track and is now stuck down. Do not ever go to this place.

Had my 2012 Toyota Prius C fixed here overall the job was good but I had to bring it back 2 times to have something corrected, one was the wheel splash sheild kept rattling. Then the windshield wiper fuild nozzles wouldn't spray. The last thing was the bumper wasn't tightened right, so it kept coming lose on the sides. After this I just said the heck with it and never came back.

Dropped off my vehicle for repairs on a Tuesday and Bob had the vehicle repaired and ready for pickup that Friday. They did a spectacular job on the repairs. I couldn t be more happier with their repairs on my vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Bob (Bob Hauser at [email protected]) at the repair center.
