I have struggled for so long living in the inland Empire as a sprinter van owner. Nobody in our area works on them, your only option is Walters automotive group, though from my experience with them it's less than savory and they move at a glacial pace.On my hunt for a Sprinter mechanic, someone had recommended I stop by Sprinter Service. They mentioned how they recently opened up a new branch in Redlands.I called in the morning at 9 o'clock, by 10 my van was already in the shop being looked over. Sasha is an incredibly kind, transparent, and informed advisor. It was very pleasant dealing with him. Him and Sergei went above and beyond for me. I seldomly feel like my vehicles are ever in good hands, but I had no doubts when I was here.My van still has a long way to go before it is back to perfect, but I am very excited to begin my journey with Sprinter Service. I got to learn a bit more about them, the folks involved with this business are true masters of these vehicles, you would be hard-pressed to find individuals more versed than them in Sprinter vans.

This is a great shop. I called about 5:00pm and got an appointment the next day at 8:00am. The problem was diagnosed, the part was ordered and I was on the road again by 10:30am. I m super happy with the service I got. Fast and professional. Nice guys too!

Travel to Joshau National Park last Thursday and found out my Sprinter was losing power while going up the slope and rpm not able to rev over 2000. On Friday out of the park and called Sprinter Service & Repair to schedule an appointment at Vista location where usually have my sprinter maintained. During the call I realized they has new location at Redland. On the way limping home in my sprinter, the engine light went on. I wasn'nt sure I could make it home safely, I called again to see I can stop by the Resland location to have a check, got the green light for the emergency request. We were warmly greeted by Sasha at the Redland location. After I told him what problems I have encountered and drove around with the mechanic to show the problems (sorry forgot his n�me), Sasha explained clearly what steps would be performed to identify the problems and recommended places we could have our late lunch and waiting for the diagnosis. When we were back from lunch, knowing the problems were caused by a cracked intercooler hose and it was replaced and running test drive to reset the engine light. We were grateful that we could drive home safely at late Friday request for help. The location is well organized, clean. Sasha and his mechanic were so friendly and polite as I got at Vista location. I will definitely come back for my future services and highly recommend othe sprinter owners to seek out any of their locations for their sprinter works.

Highly highly recommended for anyone looking for knowledgeable and honest sprinter service shop!! We had transmission fluid change on our Sprinter Pleasure Way and what an amazing service!! Thank you so much Sasha!!
