I was stuck in Redlands about 6 hours from home with a flat tire. I was really happy with the guys here. They were so helpful and got me on the road so I could go home. All within an hour. I give them 5 stars because they went out of their way to help me. Very polite and professional. They helped me when the Mercedes dealership couldn't! Extremely happy with the help and service. Thanks guys!

The guys fix my tires so quickly they did an excellent job and they didn t charge very much. They gave me a new donut plus repaired my regular tire. It only cost $60.

They said my tyre can t be repaired and sold me a used tyre at the cost of $75. But AAA told me earlier that my tyre is good and can be repaired. l left the shop and got my tyre repaired in another tyre shop. Hope this is only a judgement error and nothing to do with selling a used tyre to me.

Andrew was awesome! He got my tire and lug nuts AND sensor replaced in just over two hours with no prior appointment. Super patient and nice guy too. Thanks, I ll be back!

called other shop's to install my 33's for my truck and nobody wanted to do it came across this shop close to my house and they took care of me right away! fast service, good prices and good people will be back again thank you guys for taking care of me.

This is my go-to spot for road hazards, nails and screws. Today Iwent for a plug and my tires said no more plugs... I wore them suckers out! So, Nick helped me out and said we can finance this and get you back to work. It was easy and they are always efficient and quick. I love these guys, they are a family business that is run like a family business, they care about their customers and the people are always really nice. This is and will forever be my families tire spot! Go there!

Fast service and good pricing. Apparently my tire size was harder to find compared to my other cars. But they got me 2 used that was in great condition. So I'm happy with my experience there.

My husband and I were driving back from skiing in Big Bear when we hit a pothole that destroyed TWO tires. Nick and his crew took incredible care of us, getting us in right away, giving us a great deal, and putting on two new tires in under 20 minutes. They were extremely efficient and professional (and really nice too!). I actually made it to work on time that night because of the Magic at Redlands Tire Shop! Even though we live in LA, we will be coming back to see Nick and his crew for all our tire needs! Thank you, Nick!!!

They did an amazing job for me. Nick went above and beyond to be sure I was getting the tire I wanted on my truck. He called a local warehouse and was able to pick it up and install same day! Thank you guys so much for all the help, I 100% recommended going to them for your tire needs. Very quick, helpful, and affordable!

Great people and great service! I have been getting my tires at Redlands Tire Shop for years. They are honest, hard working and offer the best and most welcoming service. I myself will continue getting my tires serviced and changed at this location.

This place is awesome! I took my daughter's car in and needed 2 tires replaced. The tires felt unsafe. Was working with little $$. Nick hooked me up with 2 almost new tires mounted and balanced for a very low price. It took 20 min. I know where I am doing all my tire shopping from now on. Thanks again,Nick

I had been going to this shop for years with great service from the owner. Today I wanted a simple balance and rotation. I got there at 8:30 am, and Juan was very rude stating he couldn't help me for over an hour because they were late and needed to set up. I came back an hour later, and again was met with rudeness like I was doing him a disfavour trying to give him my business. He wanted $90 for a balance and rotation!! When I questioned him on the price, he told me to go elsewhere, which I did! Very unprofessional and horrible customer service! I will never return my business here! Many other tire shops to go to, stay away from this one! Juan is terrible!

Here now to have my tire repaired. The nail is approximately 2 millimeters. They said it would take 15 minutes and 20$ for 1 nail. 1 nail smaller than a pea. 15 minutes and $20. The guy I go to in San Bernardino for the last 3 years has always charged me $10, depending on the nail size and how many. I won't be coming back here.

Absolutely exceptional customer service! I had popped my tire just down the street from their shop and they were able to fix my tire quickly and painlessly. The prices for the tire were excellent. Combine the friendly staff and quick service this place is the best tire shop in Redlands! Will definitely return.

Redlands Tire Shop was a savior. A piece of metal punctured a tire about 2 hours from home and another 1:30 to our destination. Our car does not carry a spare. We called 10+ places to find someplace that had a matching 19" Continental tire. Redlands had one. I called again when we were on the tow truck to say we would be there in 10 minutes and we were late to get to our destination. When we arrived, they had the tire out and everything ready. We were back on the road within 15 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person.

My front driver's tire was telling me to get it replaced for about a week but I kept putting it off. I commute to Victorville for work and right as I was about to leave, my tire told me nope! You're replacing me today! I went to another shop near me but they didn't have my size but referred me here. Nick took great care of me and gave me a great deal. He got me a brand new tire and replaced it for me in less than an hour. I was still late for work, but the peace of mind I got not being trapped on that cajon pass was more than worth it. Thanks for the quality and fast service! Definitely coming back.

Redlands Tire Shop SAVED the day! Our truck tire had a slow leak, then it got faster and faster. We had to pull into Midas due to our flat. Midas didn't and about 6 other tire stores didn't sell used tires and at our price. That 7th call to RTS was It. A young man named Danny (I think, so bad with names) answered and was very polite and helpful and found, pulled, and had ready for us when we hobbled in their driveway. When we drove in their driveway, about 4 or 5 workers knew that was our tire leaning on the wall and all of them helped to get the truck ready for the change. Super super royal treatment. Our main mechanic even dropped the price $10.00. Very professional, very nice, and very motivated with tire knowledge. Due to our guys kindness, it was Mando to slip him guy a tip. Thanks RTS we will definitely be back for our Baja tires. Much love!

Excellent service! They were kind, fast, and honest. They removed a nail in my tire and checked the pressure in the other tires.. They only charged $5, since the nail didn't puncture the tube. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed!!!

Good customer service. They were closed and locking up when I showed up with a tire repair need. They stayed open and took care of my car when they didn'thave to help. Appreciate the good customer service here.

Had an amazing experience here!I was trying to bargain and shop around for the best deal. After notifying the staff at redlands tire of my dire financial situation they hooked me up for sure. Ended up getting 1 used tire for a low price of 389$ also they threw in the installation and did not charge me for that. I am so grateful thank you redlands tire!!- Jason H

Redlands Tire Shop is a small seller of auto and truck tires. They have excellent service and prices and quickly provide any tire you need. We'll go back to them anytime we need tires.

I HIGHLY recommend to go to this tire shop if you ever need tires. Nicks the man! He s friendly, fast and they are very affordable. I wouldn t waste my time going anywhere else.
