100% honest and affordable compared to other mechanics. Carlos got me a new engine for my Toyota Prius, showed me different options and went with what worked best for me. FLAWLESS!! MOST RECOMMENDED

The service was excellent. The price more than fair. While I was there I observed the person who seemed to be in charge interacting with his customers and employees whom he treated with dignity and respect. I enjoyed my time in this shop and I could recommend RAS to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased with Redlands Auto Service. They were thorough, and took the time to evaluate future needs and approximate time frames. I appreciated that they did not try to tell me I needed everything at once. I felt respected and well-treated. Their prices are reasonable and they are courteous and completed my service in a timely manner. I will be referring them often.

I stopped here by chance, just looking for a smog on my way home for my 2012 Mustang GT. Very glad I did. Raymond helped me immediately, and changed my wiper blades while he was at it. 15 min and I was out, even with many other jobs in their garage. I will definitely be bringing my cars here in the future.

My cars radiator developed a small leak from road damage that was causing the engine to overheat, the people at RAS did a phenomenal job getting me taken care of as quickly as possible and since I had them replace my thermostat and water pump on top of the radiator they gave me a great deal on the total work. They have great attention to detail and even helped secure my bumper which had come off its clips. My car is running cooler like I had forgot it used to when it was brand new, I m sure this will lead to a much longer lifespan.- 2015 Hyundai Veloster

Changing my review, my son came to the shop for his car and Carlos helped it out a bunch. Talked with my son about his car and even recommended a towing company that's affordable. Highly recommend.

Amazing service hands down, I went to multiple different mechanics who gave me inaccurate diagnostics and having me spend 1100 bucks and not fixing the issues Carlos with RAS gave me high hopes and was accurate on the diagnosis. Thanks to RAS I still have a truck I can continue to do my business. As a business owner they come highly recommend.

Raymond is a kind, honest guy who will go the extra mile for his customers. I had a full tune-up done on my RV camper van about a year ago when I was in the Redlands, CA area, and I've been running strong (with better gas mileage!) ever since. I ha e been bringing my vehicles here for years. Raymond always provides excellent trustworthy service. I recall once when I brought in my car for a brake inspection he didn't even charge me because the brake had so much life left in them.

Excellent service! Did a complete front and back brake job. Even drove me home so I wouldn t have to sit, then came to my home and picked me up when my truck was ready. Really appreciate their customer service.

Raymond is a talented mechanic who stands out for his expertise in diagnosing and pin pointing the problems. His rates are comparable to other good mechanics and far less than the dealer. I needed work related to my turbo and most shops told me they don't work on turbos. Not Raymond. He fixed the problem, saved the old part, and showed me why the old part wasn't working. Honest quality work. Raymond takes pride in what he does.

Went in and had my cars worked on and smogged.The work turned out to be little more than expected, but it was done and done right. Now smogged and tagged.Expect a therough job but done right and at a fair price.
