Like a lot of the reviewers, I've been going here for years. They have serviced every one of our cars. Rick & company are very good at what they do, are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet, and do that work quickly and at a reasonable price. I went to Quality Discount Auto not knowing what to expect. I read all the great reviews before hand and was impressed. But still skeptical due to not knowing the nature of what was wrong with my wife s car other than it was leaking oil like running sink water. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Rick. He told me to come on in. My wife and I pulled up to be greeted by Rick. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and assuring. We left the car for a day and though we were hoping for something minor, we knew it probably was something major. Rick called me and asked if I could come down and see exactly what he had found to be the problem. I saw it with my own two eyes and dreaded the the outcome of the cost to repair. And to my amazement, Rick tells me my options, it was truly a blessing to hear his words. I went from depressed to feeling as if I hit the Lotto. There s no better, more honest, qualifying, and genuine good person I ve ever met in his line of work. Rick had pretty much saved ours lives. The price was not even close to what I thought I d hear. Great, great guy.! He went over and beyond for us. I can t say enough, just incredible service and quality. If you want a honest mechanic that you can trust, go see Rick at Quality Discount Auto. My car was broken and they fixed it quick and make sure I am safe by checking more. They get the parts quick and have it ready. They go extra beyond what they do to help me out. This was my first time coming to them. I wont lie this is my main auto service that I will go to for now on. I am more than happy. Thanks for the help and the tire. And keeping me safe.

Went here on a recommendation from my family. My air conditioning went out and we had to head back to Northern California. It turned out to be the compressor. Rick was able to order the parts and fix it for a very fair price. He even changed my car lock battery noticing it was no longer working, and gave me ride back to the shop when I was about to order an Uber because I was running out of time. I had a good experience, I'm from out of the area and wanted to check out a funny noise before heading back a long distance. They showed me what was going wrong, and replaced my fan within 24hrs. Verbal and written deceit from Rick. As for my vehicle repair, it's not repaired even after $800� in parts and labor. Trustworthy? You be the judge, just don't say you weren't warned.

They were amazing, fixed my car in 1 day it needed a battery and alternator they tuned it up also changed air filters and cables runs better than ever the air works better too thankyou Rick and the mechanic who worked on my car we will be back there honest and fair in pricing

Mr. Rick was so helpful and sweet when my van gave me a hard time. He even helped me with advice on how to talk to my warranty company. Quality Auto is amazing I would recommend them 1000 times over.

Heather and I have been getting our vehicles serviced at Quality Discount Auto for years. The whole crew, Rick, Val, Rosie, and Emmett have been there for us for regular maintenance and for emergency repairs to get us back on the road. We highly recommend the shop for your car repairs.

Roosevelt is a straight-shooter who I feel is trustworthy and skilled. He is not nickel-and-diming folks. Had an experience that was extremely positive and the price was very fair. I will most definitely be returning with other cars and issues.

I should have known when they asked me to give them a deposit of $1,000 to start a $2,000 job that there might be issues well they kept my truck for 9 days and then gave me back the truck with an exhaust leak from them doing my transmissionbi am afraidt to take my truck back there to be worked on or to fix the exhaust leak so good luck and I just need to put it out there maybe I'm the only person that's had a bad experience with them
