Great customer service. This is where I get my smogs and repairs done Edgar is very knowledgeable and explains all repairs. Don t go to this place with a hope of getting $20 off as it is stated on their website., the front desk person quoted me $50 when i called in on phone without a coupon., once i showed up at front desk he quoted $60 and said 20% on that amount., and when i showed the website quoting $20 off he said its a typo and he cannot do it less than $50 bucks. I ended up getting it as i did not want to go to other places as i was the first in line . But talking about honesty and trust, this place ranks the lowest.

I literally never have time and in between my daughters softball game I ran to Minute Smog and Auto scared that it s by the DMV might be busy but even though they had customers they were friendly, affordable and quick at making sure all their customers were taken care of. This place is amazing! Very honest, affordable which I really appreciate, fast and reliable. I live in victorville and work across the street and I rather wait to take my car here during my shifts than to go somewhere closer to home.

Got smog completed here. Customer service was fine but they are not transparent about pricing and coupons. Guy at the counter acknowledged they had a $20 coupon on the site but wouldn t apply it, then redirected the blame saying the owner wouldn t like it. Don t waste your money when you can get the same service for a cheaper price and more honesty elsewhere.Service: Smog certification

UPDATE:Came here again for smog check. Edgar helped me out. You get a discount for being a return customer. Easy process. I came opening time and was the first customer. Took 20 minutes. Thank you again!Excellent service. Called to make sure they were open on an early Saturday morning, and yes they were! Robert took care of us and did the smog check. He was friendly and very professional. Explained everything to us without us asking. We were there 30 minutes tops because another customer was ahead of us. There are chairs in the office for us to sit while we wait. Quick service. Highly recommended!Service: Smog certification

Been going to minute smog for awhile. Ernie the owner is very knowledgeable and very honest. I recommend everyone to go there. I haven't had a bad experience yet

Being the daughter of a mechanic it was difficult to trust someone else with my car. But my car was making several noises while on drive that I had to take it in. Ernie, was recommended to me by a family member. He is very welcoming was able to give a diagnostic within minutes. He explained work need, very well. Price and timing was reasonable. I'm glad I took it in, got an oil change, new struts and he replaced motor mount. Minute Smog & Auto Repair, is my new go to shop.

Was the first one there in the morning was in a hurry. Make sure I was there. I got there they took the other customer before me. They got there after me wasn t impressed. Went around the corner and got a way better deal at Redland smog plus the guys were way cooler.

5/5 stars quick,informative, and fairly priced services. Will be going back for essential car Services. Smog check fast easy & tune up was done in less than two hours these guys are solid. THANK YOU, GOT ME in & out as it should be.

We ve taken our vehicle to this shop twice now and each time their service has been stellar! We tried local shops to our home in Rancho Cucamonga and they weren t able to diagnose the issue. We then we re referred to Ernie at this shop and each time he s been able to fix our car in a day or less. Will definitely keep coming back and referring to friends and family!!

I called 2 shops and both wanted to explain why they were charging 70 at one shop and 65 at another. I called Ernie and he didn't explain nothing. Asked me what my car was, and quoted me OUT THE DOOR PRICE! Awesome. And i was in and out faster than it took the first two guys to loose my business! Thanks Ernie your awesome bro! This place deserves 10 stars. The mechanic was honest, actually has integrity. He took my car in, close to closing time. He informed of necessary repairs only, and did a couple of extras, at no charge. The prices are great. I recommend this shop to everyone. I'm going back, when I need repairs.

False information on website and from employees.I had called earlier during the week and really needed a smog check later that week on friday. After speaking with the manager they told me they would be open till 3pm to do my smog check and that they would be expecting me. When I show up to the shop I find out they were going to have a busy weekend and closed at 2pm that day. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone

Was accused of leaving bad review by Ernie. Therefore, might as well leave one while we are at it and a truthful one. Was overcharged on labor, was charged for 3 hrs of labor for a single power steering hose. Which should have been for one hour. Not an honest place.

Excellent service.New used car failed smog check. Service rep. told us what was okay but one minor repair was needed. He gave us an option to buy it there, delivered by O' Reilly, and have it installed tomorrow with firm labor cost .Didn't have to wait for smog check to be done.
