Can't say enough about this place, and the great customer service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, not only to me who owns a bike but my daughters that are interested in their first bike

Murray and Hank were great and made the process very easy. Mark up was reasonable compared to other dealers in the area. Parts and Service were great with walking my through my new bike. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even helped me load my bike into the he back of my truck. Thanks again!

My experience purchasing my first motorcycle at Indian motorcycles of Redlands California was educational and full of genuine laughs with Murray my Indian sales representative and the other employees. When it came to the financing part the team made it easy and worked with me on the numbers I wanted. I ve been in sales before and it s very rare to get treated this well. It was well after closing and the whole Indian staff including members of the Indian motorcycle club came out and helped me load my new bobber 20 in my truck to wish me the best. Unbelievable buying experience. Murray thanks again for helping me!

Super friendly sales team, not too pushy. More human than other protocol people. I left my M1 in my motorcycle at home and they were cool with a copy of my license for a test drive. Too bad they ran out of food by 2pm for the event today though.

10/12/23 Murray and the finance department went above and beyond to get my pre-approval check validated minutes before my credit union closed, absolute welcoming staff with the greatest of service. Another shout out to Murray for working with me, giving me details on pricing prior to my hour and a half commute to get there.

Where do I begin? This place is amazing. I was a Harley rider (Road King Classic) and came here just browsing. I met Skyler and we hit it off. I told him I was just wanting to check out a Chief Vintage. He instead guided me over to a Springfield. Now, due note, I've only looked at Indian motorcycles up to this point. I had never put a leg over one let alone rode one. The minute I put a leg over that Springfield, it was love.Well, I was still healing from a motorcycle accident so I wasn't in the immediate market to buy one. While keeping in touch with Skyler, I came back a few weeks later and met Greg. Like Skyler, I hit it off with Greg. Very cool, easy to talk to, and doesn't give you the runaround. They both suggested that before I consider buying an Indian without ever riding one, I should rent one to see how it feels. That, to me, is how you engage with customers on motorcycles. Let the bike sell itself, and that's exactly what they said.Few weeks passed and I was able to rent out a Springfield Dark Horse. Nervous at first for not only being on a new type of bike I'm not familiar with, but also with the recent experience of a major accident, the minute i took off, I was back in my groove. Also, I loved the bike. I rode it all day and when I got back, I immediately put a deposit down for one.Unfortunately, at that time, they didn't have any Springfields in stock, yet lo and behold, they were getting a shipment of the new 2021 models, and a Springfield was in that list. Come 3 days later and Skyler informs me it has arrived. That following Saturday, I went to look at that majestic piece of art. Instantly, I said it was mine.I am a proud owner of a 2021 Indian Springfield, and I could not be happier. It feels great, it runs amazing, and did i mention its sexy as hell? The whole staff at this shop is just plain awesome. Great dudes that want to talk you, and get to know you. Yeah, they sell bikes, but they also create relationships. I live in Azusa and I will continue to come here not only for service, but also to just see the staff.

The owner and the staff there are all professionals, and I never experienced any high pressure sales! They are willing to listen to what your wants and needs are, and will do their best to fit you with what they have in stock so that way you don't have to wait. I get my bike serviced there as well and also any accessories. They had a brand new fully charged battery for my Stratoliner which was a direct replacement and I've had no problems with it since. They will have my business for life! The coup de gras is that they are now an Indian dealership and the bikes they have there are absolutely gorgeous and well worth the money!

Painless and easy! No high pressure sales tactics. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and ordered it. Sky was great! Wasn't happy with the freight charge on top of the destination charge? That didn't seem right, but this was the only surprise. UPDATE: Not dealers fault, still waiting on Indian to build my bike. 12 weeks and counting... be prepared if you order a new bike!

I was out on a ride and decided to visit Indian of Redlands. Everyone in this dealership was very nice and I mean everyone. From the moment I walked I was greeted and I felt welcomed. Dave (sales) was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about Indian motorcycles, yet I never felt pressured. He simply answered all my questions with a smile. Sean, in service was also friendly and professional and he really knows his bikes. I instantly fell in love with this dealership. Even though it's a little further for me, I feel it is worth the extra miles. The community is very nice with plenty of shops and eating places. I strongly recommend Indian motorcycles of Redlands.

Rob was amazing to deal with when I bought my bobber and every time I go in he is still amazing to talk to. It s nice to see when you already bought a bike they still talk to you and treat you like a friend. Most sales people from other dealers make a sale and stop caring unless you can be another sale.I absolutely love this dealership and the amazing atmosphere they have while you re there.

Was not impressed with the three very pushy salesmen that spoke to us, all within 15 minutes. Told them all we were just looking, specifically told them we weren t buying but they continued to approach us and interrogate us about what we were interested in. All three constantly asking me questions when my wife was the one that was more apt to buy a bike had we had the interest. Only saving grace was the variety of bikes.

Fantastic customer service. Austin knows his stuff at the parts counter and is always helpful. Greg in sales asks where we are at in our bike purchase and earned my business and i have recommended him to a few friends that are looking for a motorcycle.

These guys are all about customer satisfaction. They are experts at their trade and honest to their clients. I do most of the maintenance on my Chieftain but when the problem exceeds my mechanical abilities, I go to these guys.

I love coming here, the staff is great the service is top notch. I got my most recent bike here and i was in and out very quick, there was no pushing me on anything i didnt want. Parts guys are personable able to answer all my questions or give advice when its wanted. I wish i had more to spend here.

It was awesome! I WISH I could remember the name of sales rep., 'cuz he was very kind and helpful. I'm an old granny about ready for retirement and checking into "Bobbers." I still need to learn to ride and he didn't treat me as less than because I do not yet know how to ride.

I am an Owner/Operator truck driver. I have been looking to get back on a motorcycle for a long time, financially was not able to do so until last month.I've been in and out of this place probably 3 or 4 times, just looking. Never felt pressured to "buy today". Mike (salesman) was always helpful, very easy to talk to and with about things other than motorcycles. When I came in, I told him what I was there for, he walked me to 2 othe nikes just to kick my leg over and see how they felt, I'm 6-4 and do not like a cramped feel on the bike. Most motorcycles, truly are not built for tall men. However, the 2020 Roadmaster Darkhorse has a seat that sits 2 inches further back, giving me the space and the comfotable ride that I like. Additionaly, the day of the sale and the paperwork signing, I was working for my business and ran into a few stumbling blocks in getting there to get it done. They went above and beyond to help me make it happen that day. I purchased a few extras, but 1 was on back order. It came in while I was out on the road. I had my wife go in and pick it up for me. She told me, as soon as she walked in she was greeted. That person escorted her to the parts counter, the parts guy looked up my number and quickly got the item for her. My wife said she has never seen or felt such welcoming and helpful people at any business that she has ever been to. With my wife being a very introverted and shy person, and the staff to put her at ease and make her feel comfortable, I can not say thank you enough.I bought my last morcycle 26 years ago for this business, at its old location down the Blvd. They were just as helpful and accomodating then. I looked at many different motorcycles this time around and these guys are the best.

Not your typicaldealership, great environment, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they help you make informed decisions and not pressure you into buying something is not right for you, they so have the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group wich is very fun no matter what brand bike you got you are welcome to ride ! I recommend this guys !

This store offers Indian, yamaha, Husqvarna, and honda bikes, on and off road. They have been sponsoring my son for 5 years. They have the best people in the parts department around, and a 5 star sales team. If you want the the best team, Motocross and Indian apparel, and the best parts support staff you need HYR Motorsports. Customer service is what they sell, and believe me they have plenty!! Clean store, and the atmosphere is excellent. Stop in for all your on and off road needs and they got ya covered!!
