Absolutely incredible work. Fully recommend if you don't want to do it yourself. BE AWARE: DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR BEFORE OR AFTER THE REPAIR. Workers can explain in further detail.

Went in for an estimate for two windshield chips. They were able to take me in right away. The price was very affordable and was able to repair both chips.

Mark and team at Go Glass saved our day! 5 stars! Very helpful, great quick service, and fair price. Highly recommend.My husband and I were on our way from LA to Palm Springs with our daughter when something hit and shattered our windshield. Ken was absolutely amazing! Exceptional customer service. He was so genuine and caring. From the moment I called, didn t have to speak to a recording first, he invited me to bring in my car the same day. When I arrived, he was pleasant, offered cold waters and addressed my concerns promptly. He had no issues with contacting my warranty company, filing out the claim, and repairing my cracked windshield, all in no time! He even stayed to do so after closing hours. Fantastic establishment! My vehicle windshield was hit by a tiny rock on the freeway and I was so bummed out because I just bought my car a month ago, but have no fear! I didn t need to replace my windshield. Go Glass Auto Glass & Windshield Repair to my rescue. I m so grateful to Ken. He took one look and said, It s Repairable! Yippee! Went here with quite a large spider crack with a huge chip in the middle. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job considering how bad the chip was and they were very conscientious about thier work. Will definitely go back! Thank you.

Excellent customer service, i had to special order the glass n he even went n picked up the glass from the dealer.His work was impeccable n even kept us entertained signing his RnB songs in the back of the shop. His voice could use some autotunning but still he gets A for effort.Good prices too. Very pleased.Don't hesitate, go get your glass fixed.

My windshield got cracked while driving on the highway, which was a huge bummer since I had just bought my car a few months prior. Go Glass was friendly from the get-go, and I showed up to my appointment early and they were incredibly friendly and professional. Super reassuring as well! I had to have windshields replaced in two vehicles this week from rocks on the highway. Go glass was extremely professional and polite. They worked with my insurance and is actually a preferred vendor. Their prices are so much better than other companies, not mention any names. Will highly recommend and if needed, use again. Very nice staff the first time I went. Had to call back because I heard a noise. The woman wasn't as helpful. I ended up finding the receipt and calling back to tell her the exact day I was there. She then scheduled a new appointment to come back. Once I was back, the gentleman who actually worked on my car was great. Very polite, explained what happened, and fixed it.

Ken is the nicest guy. Saw him out of the blue and just asked him for a general quote to replace my windshield due to a small quarter sized crack. Right then and there he said he could fix it immediately and gave me some information about my full coverage and how it may be covered. Within 5 minutes he was out fixing my windshield. I really appreciate great customer service more than anything and Ken helped me so much. Definitely my go to windshield repair guy!

Ken did an excellent job repairing the chip on the front windshield of my brand new car. The chip is almost non existent now and Ken was a really nice guy. I'm very particular about my car and do not like anyone other than myself working on it. Ken did a great job and I'm very happy with the entire experience.

Very pleased with the service at the Redlands location, Deshon was the technician who fixed my windshield he did a great job even went out of the way to help me with a small issue with my bumper that occurred on my way there. The price was half the price of other companies I called for a windshield replacement. Plus it s kid friendly they have a little table with crayons and a few toys to keep the kids occupied.

I have had windshields replaced on 2 of my cars using Go Glass. Deshon is so nice and does such a great job. I shopped around before finding Go Glass and they have the best prices. Would recommend to anyone needing windshield replacement.

Excellent, did a groupon and they changed out glass and were friendly when i said i heard a wind sound and fixed it, just keep the receipt. It's been a year, probably two since i got it done, and still great and even survived a few rock hits without a crack so its good quality too.

Great technician and very efficient. Took about twenty minutes to replace the windshield in my towncar. Reasonable price. You can either have them come to your location or go to them.

Had a reservation to have a crack in the windshield repaired. Unfortunately, the glass was wet and could not be done at the time. The technician made arrangements to swing by the house a few days later at no extra charge. Repair was made, and now chances of it becoming worse have been reduced.

Went here to get my windshield replaced and the service was great and fast no long wait ! They offer to go to my house, work etc at no extra charge ! But unfortunately I didn t take the offer just cause I wanted to use my groupon voucher would recommend this place to any one ... THANKS GUYS YOU DID A GREAT CLEAN JOB !!
