Good honest service, no . Not once did they try to push extra services onto me and only serviced what I determined was priority. They diagnosed a warp in the front rotors and fixed it quickly. I could not be happier with their help and will be back to fix my AC when I am ready. I will be recommending Excel to my friends and family because I know they will be treated with respect and get quality service. Thank you Steve and Mark for all your help and kindness today.

This is the place to go. In trustworthiness, quality of work, and overall value, this place lives up to its name.Like most people, I do lots of kinds of business with lots of kinds of places. I seldom post reviews. (You can count the number so far on the knuckles of one finger). Had our car break down in Redlands. Based on the other reviews I called Excel and definitely glad I did. I was able to coordinate everything over the phone. Mark handled everything from receiving the car from tow company to getting it back on the road within 24 hrs. The updates, price, and professionalism were outstanding. Awesome experience. Thanks Mark and team.

Best Shop in Redlands. Words cannot express my appreciation. Nobody wants to see the auto mechanic. But when you do. You want them to be honest and fair. They are the whole loaf. Don't think twice just trust in this shop to treat you right. Thank you Excel for your great service.

Mark is very professional and I trust he recommends to do only what is necessary. He helped to find certain replacements parts on much more reasonable rates then dealerships provide. Fees are very reasonable and bill is detailed - you see for what you've paid.

Called in to the shop with a suspected issue. Not only did Mark and his guys offer to inspect my car, but they did after hours! That to me is quality customer service!

First time here, i could immediately tell he has a high number of happy regular customers. He has top quality customer service. Im on unemployment and i had to take my car in because my power steering motor burned out due to no fluid.. bad on my part oh well. But now my serpentine belt is messed up.. had to tow it to his shop.. So i bought a power steering pump at autozone with a new pulley for the belt. I signed and gave him permission to do the work. The next day he tells me to come in, and he did NOT do the work. In fact, he told me i could run my car without my serpentine belt at all because the only essential part i need is my alternator and that runs on a secondary belt.. so he said he can still do the work if i wish, or run it with no belt. I decided to go with no belt until i can get more money and he was very concerned with my struggle and went above and beyond.Its been a week, My car runs as good as ever, minus power steering.. which is no problem.. most race cars delete their power steering permanently. I couldnt believe there was such a simple "hack" to my problem.. Oiii

thank you for warm welcoming me this morning,i came to this place and asked if he can fix a transmission issue, but unfortunately, he is not able to fix that he do not know about,he offered me to see the car first to make sure that is really transmission problem, but i told him, the car it self stalled and it will not make it through this place. :)

Aamco tried to rip me off for thousands. Went to Excel and the owner Mark was great and super fair. Will never go anywhere else again
