I'm writing this review in hopes that another customer doesn't have to deal with the impropriety that I had to go thru. I brought in a pair of nice, expensive, aftermarket wheels to have tires mounted. I asked the "technician" if he would be able to mount the tires I brought with me without damaging the wheels. He contemplated a minute before taking on the work. He told me it would be $15 per wheel and I agreed.At this point, he could/should have turned me away. I waited while the work was done. It took him longer than expected. I then asked whether or not I should return for the wheels. He told me another 10 minutes or so and it would be done; this is after approximately 15 minutes had already passed. My guess is that he had already done damage to one or more parts of the wheels and was trying to figure out how to go about denying or covering up. He wheeled them out to me once finished. I asked if there was any damage done and he pointed out the center cap. Mind you, the wheels were in perfect condition before. I gave the technician the benefit of the doubt.I brought the wheels in a dirty state. They were covered in brake dust. I returned home and washed the wheels only to discover that he indeed did damage them and kept silent on the matter. I returned to the shop after having lunch to discuss the damage with the proprietor, Mr. Moon. In doing so, Mr. Moon never once admitted responsibility, but instead chose to argue the relative importance of the damage. I did not pay him for a service to cause damage to my wheels; I even asked beforehand if they would be able to do the work without damaging the rims.After arguing the point with him and even offering to split the difference, Mr. Moon said he would cover the expense of having the center cap refinished. The center cap is $55 to buy a new one. The wheels would have been under $200 to correct. I explained this to him, but he was so lazer focused on denying my claim that I don't think he understood what I was saying. He kept telling me to stop and listen to him. So in the end I'm left with taking [paying] responsibility for his poor business practice. The kicker to all this is that they didn't even balance the tire correctly!TLDR: shop damaged rims; did not balance tire properly; non-existent/ poor attitude towards customer satisfaction

Was the best service and one of the cleanest tire stores in southern California. I have bought tires for several cars here. You can trust the owner and he is very knowledgeable. They give you a free Road Hazzard warranty on every tire purchased.They had the best price on tire mounting in the inland empire. Service has degraded over the years depending on who was working/hired. I stopped going and buy my tires online and go to Dave's Alignment in Riverside to have them mounted out somewhere else.

Mr. Moon (owner) is usually present and always does his best to take care of you. I've bought a number of sets of tires from him and have recommended friends. Wonderful place, great service, fair prices.

Great shop! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I got some tires from tirerack installed, but they told me they could have done the same tires for less! If only I'd known! Definitely recommend!

Fast service and professional. Replaced the tire pressure sensors. Rotated my tires fast and made sure all were working, even the one they didn't replace.

They are honest and they keep their word. They saved me money i didn't know l had coming. They didn't have to tell me but they did. I'm a customer for life.

I BAUGHT TWO NEW TIRES AND A DAY LATER I GOT A FLAT DIDNT EVEN DRIVE THE TRUCK MILLAGE IS THE SAME AND THE OWNER WONT HELP ME NOR REPLACE MY TIRE I TALKED MY POPS IN TO SHOPING THERE WHEN HE WAS GONNA GO SOME WHERE ELSE ...i can't belive this ......
