My experience with Dave Stephen's was truly exceptional! He was respectful and closely listened to me while I explained the damage that I needed to have repaired. His extensive knowledge of collision repair was immediately apparent. He was able to perform the necessary repairs very quickly with amazing results. I am most grateful to Dave. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to him for any future repairs.

My car looks as good as new! Thanks to Dave and everyone else at caliber collision, I got my car back in essentially, a week (much sooner than the original eta)! I appreciate all the work you guys did, and I am completely satisfied with the work. Caliber collision will be my first choice if I ever have any other problems in the future.

OMG Carlos is amazing he worked really hard within 2 days he got our bumper taken care of in the car looks amazing they cleaned the car inside and out. They got it all done for my before my daughter's appointment so thank you so much you guys rock we used you guys before excellent job this time and again we will use you guys again hopefully not but most definitely again continue the great work that you guys do and Carlos you rock thank you

Highly recommend! Mike from Caliber Collision went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even worked with my work schedule on the day of pick up. Truly above and beyond customer service!

Husband got into an accident and calliber was amazing with our car. Rick took care of us from start to finish. We had daily updates on our car and where it was in the process. We got our car back and a week later the paint started to bubble. Called Rick and he took the car back and fixed it. Been 6 months since we got the car back and zero issues.

I worked with Mike (Michael Fantroy). I just got a brand new vehicle and haven t had it no more than 5 months & it acquired scratches I thought were deep. I took my vehicle for maintenance and the dealership sold me repair paint (I have to preface and say I m not a proficient artist). I attempted to repaint the scratches and it looked like nail polish was painted on my vehicle - it was appalling. Mike kept me up to date during the entire process and was able to save me the hassle of repainting the entire hood. He polished it and let me tell you - it appeared brand new again. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here - they do honest work and will do everything possible to help you out.Service: Painting

Mike and Jason and all the collision team went way out of their way to meet my trucks repair needs.I am pleased how my truck was returned and Jason and Mike provided me a new front truck wench that was damaged in the accident. Excellent customer service and quality of work. My service advisor was David Stephens and he did a great job keeping me informed on the status of my repairs. I hope I never have to have damage repaired again, but if I do I will certainly return here.

Great job. Gotta say it is not perfect, I was T-bones and one of my fenders isn't perfectly aligned but overall pretty good. It looks so well done that unless you very deeply examine it you can't see the repairs. I highly recommend them.

My car was in a minor accident and I received excellent customer service and repair quality.My car came back in a reasonable time frame even though it was the holiday season.I find Caliber Collision to be a trustworthy and reliable repair shop and highly recommend it.

I want to thank the REDLANDS Calliber Collisin for their expertise and amazing customer service. Mike, who was in charge of my repairs, could not have been more professional , friendly, and on top of things. He kept in touch letting us know how repairs were going during the entire. The attention given to us was a sign of his great customer service. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the work completed I would give an excellent rating. I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision. Everyone that I came into contact with was super professional and nice! Eric S was the consultant that helped me with my car. He was super understanding and helped me every step of the way. He kept in constant contact with me about my car, was very patient and did a thorough job with what was needed to fix my car! The team at Caliber Collison in Redlands truly cares about attention to detail. From my first appointment with Dave Stephens I felt confident that the repair would be a good experience. Dave's initial assessment of the damage was very thorough. He followed up with me after my car was in your shop with additional detail. Dave did an outstanding job of keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. I never felt the need to follow-up once because Dave kept me updated each step of the way. After the repair, my car looked like new. I have already started recommending Dave and Caliber Collison in Redlands.

David is a professional advisor, he did a great job with my car today and handling the time availability and the resources as well, he really goes beyond and above the customer.Also, thanks for the Caliber conclusion ( Redlands branch) and the two ladies in the reception desk, they are so kind and loyal.Also, third thanks for the neighbors who have rabbits running around there, the are wonderful, I have been waiting outside to enjoy watching them .

Not only was my vehicle in great hands at Caliber Collision but I was notified with updates throughout the entire process.
