I visited Autozone on November 11th, 2022. Joel helped me by testing my car battery, which was low and needed to be replaced. He then installed my new battery. This caused all electronics to need a reset in the car, which he also fixed. Great customer service!! Thank you, Joel!!

I cannot say enough nice things about the store manager here! Mark Elliot goes above and beyond for his customers. He replaced my windshield wiper blades in 97 degree weather, and the whole time with a smile and wonderful attitude. Such a pleasant experience!!!

I had a great experience with what i was trying to find. The gentleman working helped me with not only the location of what i needed but he also showed me the different options as far as price and didnt try to push the most expensive item on me. He was very friendly and kind which u appreciate as a woman shopping in a mostly men atmosphere.

This is the best location ever!!! I drove all the way from OC because this place has everything in stock. Rudy A. Is the friendliest person, very helpful and willing to help. I highly recommend this Auto zone location. The world needs more good vibe people like Rudy.

I went there because I lost a part from my skateboard truck, meaning it would fall apart if it was ridden. I asked the staff if they had anything and they led me to it and told me how to find the right size. Later on the ride back I found the missing parts to my skateboard so I returned the parts I bought. Service was the best I ve ever had ; very helpful, friendly and were genuinely glad to hear that I had found the parts

I had a horrible experience last week, plus who works the cash register while eating their McDonald's. They don't care to be helpful or maybe they can't be due to lack of knowledge.

Had no idea getting a battery that works would turn into such a big deal with this place. .. in the end they couldn't help and just went to O Riley's and no issues with them at all.and having little smart mouth employees doesn't help.

The Apple Pay wasn t working on my phone, and The associate helping me was so awesome, (he usually works at the Beaumont store), he walked around the counter and stuck his debit card in the machine. He paid for my battery fuse!!! awesome people

Great for quick items. Large selection. Go to Cashier for specific parts for any car. Always helpful and always limited amount of people waiting in line, meaning in/out back to my shop in under 10 min.

Gone there dofferiimes for MANY MANY dfferent occasions and Anthony was the most helpful associate I have ever dealt with. Give that man a raise! Super appreciate his knowledge and customer service skills!!

Autozone in general has terrible customer service. You may only want to buy a bottle of window cleaner but know one is ever just working the register so you end up waiting 15 minutes just to pay for something while they search for parts for someone else. Did someone say O'Reilly's.

The a****** maneger with the glasses always gives me a hard time. Sells me a CV boot with a damaged box gives me a hard time for return threatens that from now on if it is damaged in any little way I'm stuck with it how do you expect me to feel when I love using autozone. I totally understand policies on the back of a receipt but he doesn't have to read them out loud and embarrassed me when I have already read it and I told him 2 times I understand. I thought customers were always right but in this case I guess not.

Bought chains from here this morning. Within 5 miles, a link broke. Scratched up the truck and left us stranded. The manager said he couldn't take them back because they're used. Well duh...I wouldn't be returning them if they worked fine and didn't snap! They're defective! Talk about not standing behind a product. Not only is the vehicle damaged, but they're trying to keep my money. Filing a dispute with my cc company

I spoke to James at Autozone via phone to help with replacing my Prius 2012 battery. He was very helpful and assured me that the battery was in stock and they will do a replacement on site if it was within their area of expertise. I took my chances, after jumpstarted my car, I drove straight to Autozone; Nicolas quickly replaced my car battery and he done so in a very friendly, professional manner. These guys make my day!! 100+ STARS for their service!
