Came in a few weeks ago because my Jeep wouldn t start. After bringing up my battery we learned that my battery was just dead and needed a new one. Joseph explained exactly how to change it step by step and even explained how the battery works to two women! We were able to change the battery on our own without any other help just off of his step by step! He stayed after his shift too just to test my starter and alternator! Would def recommend and ask for Joseph especially if you know little about cars and/or are a woman!

Huge shoutout to Joseph! He took care of my friend with battery replacement and basically full systems check! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us step by step!! He even left his shift a little later to help us out once last time! You re the best Joseph!

had to get windshield wipers and a car key battery, and as clueless as i was, i asked for help, and the person who did a good job in taking her time to help me was VERONICA !! she made my experience welcoming , helped me pick good items, and helped me fix the issue

I called and asked if they could replace a vehicle battery which they said yes. When I showed up they made 3 different excuses why they couldn t replace it. What a waist of time. Don t come here for help with your battery!!

My check engine light was on when in to ask for help. Gentlemen handed me it's something that looks like a controller to a game. And told me to plug it into my -I went to my -There was nowhere to plug it into no one helped me. The gentleman just expected me to know what I was doing. I thought that's why I could go. There was for them to help me. Apparently at the store, they're too busy standing around to help someone that doesn't know. Anything about cars period I will never go back to that store. The girl wiping the window just stared at me. And the older gentlemen just looked. They said something when I was leaving. But at that point I was very upset and crying. Because I had to go to work and my car. Is very important to my job. Do betterNot everybody knows anything about a car. All I can say is do better.

Great spot for auto parts. They have a little bit of everything, so a good chance that I have the specific thing you need. Cross-reference with their online offering and will tell you what is in stock and is not. Prices are very fair, a few bucks more than what you could find elsewhere online, But they will have it there in stock so very much worth it. They have a great tool rental program Will you pay the cost of the tool and then they refund it when you bring it back. They've always had whatever I needed.

Came in for an oil change got the right filter I hope but the viscosity of the oil was wrong and my dad says wrong oil viscosity or something like that now I have to change my oil again

Update: Autozone sent an apology and to reach out to customer service. Really? For what? What are they going to do? Having cash on hand is a necessity for all businesses that sale tangible items.Autozone is not small. I'm not taking back my review. I'm also not pursuing it further. That's just what I think. And life goes on.Unprofessional. Corporation should leave change for their employees. They sale batteries and other car parts that are expensive and over 300$ but they don't carry change. They had my employee go and break his own 100 bill so they can sale. They were even asking customers for change. This is a big corporation. Someone is not managing it correctly.

Having been to several AutoZones, this one was definitely one of the better ones. Service was helpful, polite, friendly.On one visit I was looking for a niche part, they were helpful in checking the stock at other nearby stores and calling to have them check and confirm that they actually had it in stock.I have not had any negative experiences at this store after many (>~10?) visits.

I've had good luck finding the parts I need and competent people who know how to use the computer system at this location. Autozone has a notoriously awful maze of a computer matrix, so having experienced employees is literally the difference between a great experience and a garbage fire. I was in and out 3 times in the same day due to a troubling car, and the counter workers really helped me out, getting all the additional parts I kept needing. Thanks ladies and gentlemen!

This AutoZone is the best place to go for any and all of your car care needs. The manager Tonya is hands down the most polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff member I ve ever dealt with in any automotive parts store I have ever dealt with. Her staff is just as nice and efficient and Tonya has got her staff going the extra mile for customers just as she has done for me. I always tell my friends and family and even people when I hear them talking about needing parts for their car to go to AutoZone on Citrus and they will take care of you as if you were family. This store and it s staff from the manager to the parts delivery people should be the store on which all other AutoZone s are trained to replicate. Thank you Tonya and straff for taking care of us all your customers we want you to know that it doesn t go unnoticed. You guys are the BEST!!!!!

Very helpful employees, helped me with everything I needed. Always has all the parts I need in stock, and if they ever don t,they get it ordered and to the store as soon as possible.

Very Rude staff. Especially the lady working there today 3/14/2023 @8:10am blonde hair older chick. Not very good customer service skills and had a bad attitude when asked questions about a certain product.

I love this autozone, they are very nice and welcoming. They are willing to go that extra mile to make sure they answer all your questions. The store looks very clean. If and when they are able to install your battery they do it very fast. I recommend this autozone just because I had a very good experience compared to a few others. I love how they get you in and out and your not waiting forever to find help.

The people who work there are always a great help. But not today. There were 3 employees one on her personal phone. One on the landline helping a customer and the other acts like she was helping the employee on the landline I waited to get charged for purchase and I was the only customer there. this auto zone is ghetto. And have no skills. No one wants to help you. At all.

I usually don't waste my time writing reviews, but after my service today I felt that I needed to. The customer service provided by Jake on several occasions today is worthy of a five star review for both the store and him personally. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I got the right part since we both needed to do some research. I appreciated his knowledge, attentiveness, and prompt check out. Thanks Jake! Wonderful shop. Helpful and friendly staff. I ve had my headlights changed for me by an associate because I was working 12 hours every day for 2 weeks straight. He just did it for me when I bought them, and they didn t even cost that much. I ve never had any issues here

Extremely helpful and just quick to help. I needed to know what size my windshield wipers were and the girl that helped me asked what my car was and the year and she was so quick at getting to it. It was honestly a breeze and all the employees there are extremely helpful. The other nice thing is there is always someone there to help you.

I often get my auto detailing supplies here. The prices are fair and they have a good selection. It is right in downtown so the location is convenient. If you want to get a part here, expect lackluster service. None of the staff ever seem particularly happy to help and it feels like they are rushing you, as if they have better things to be doing.

I've had really good experiences here. I forgot the name of the tech who helped me, but he went above and beyond. I had a bad battery and needed to replace it. It was covered under warranty and he changed it out right in the parking lot! Such a nice dude. I really appreciated the above and beyond service.

Went looking for a trim removal tool, found it but in a bundle with a lot of other removal tools, they didn't have the one I need by itself, guess I have to see if something in my tool box works. But store is very well stocked, friendly personnel.

They were pretty cool and loaned me tools to change my battery right there in the parking lot. Great thing about staying loyal to an auto parts store like this is they store your warranty in their system, so I got $40 back on my battery from the 3-year warranty without a receipt or anything but my phone number.

Used to love coming to this autozone until recently, the staff have been extremely rude and dont know what they are doing. I would stay clear of this location for now. Super disappointed with the customer service.

First time at this store. I was helped by Jessica G. She was friendly, professional and quick. Jessica helped me with wiper blades and installed them for me. I very much appreciate her!
