Not only did I bring one vehicle in today, I brought in two. Had to get four new tires on my truck. The work was exceptional and very quick. Hopefully, I m getting the gentleman s name right, but Joe had very good customer service. Kept me informed of everything that was going on. All the guys seemed to be working very hard and efficiently. Kudos to all of the guys at American Tire today. Great job! American Tire had the best prices of a number of facilities around the area. Go see them.

This was the quickest Tire Replacement that I have ever had. Joe the Salesman was very efficient in communicating with me about my appointment. He assured me that I would be in and out due to my work schedule. The price was right and I changed out the Run Flats on my BMW X5 to regular tires and I love the drive now. Kudos to Jo and the Team at Store # 1162 for their exceptional service and professionalism! I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot even begin to talk about how amazing my experience here was! I had just gotten out of work, so I showed up 30 minutes before closing time, having had a nail in my tire and hoping to get a patch. I was greeted quickly and kindly and they got my car back to work on immediately. The entire process was quick and easy, and they brought my car back to me promptly. They didn't even charge me for the amazing work that they did. I cannot thank them enough as I had gone from worrying about buying a whole new tire, to walking out taking a breath of fresh air and not having to worry about my tire. The workers here absolutely made my day, I cannot recommend this place enough!

I really like American tire Depot. I've been to a couple of them. They're very helpful. They'll try and do the best they can. They have fixed nails in my tires a couple times at no charge and they get it done pretty fast. This particular one just fixed my tire at no charge and got me in and out with in a 30-minute period of time or less. The staff was very friendly

American Tire Depot did a great job for me. I had a nail in a tire so they repaired the tire, put more air in my spare, and had me back on the road AT NO CHARGE. I highly recommend American Tire Depot. Friendly, fast, and quality work.

4 spark plugs replaced. Total $306. $30 for autolite plugs; part store cost $10. $176 for labor; took 25 minutes tops. Didn't even clear my dashboard error code. Next time I'll do it myself. Way over priced for simple convenience.

Big shout out to everyone here. Came for a patch on my tire and they went above and beyond. They ended up finding another nail in another tire! Saving me a second trip back. And also replacing a couple other things. Appreciate it guys. I'll definitely be back when I need to purchase new tires or need some help again!Update* had to come back, girlfriends tire was cut by some random person. Came here and they took care of me and got me a new tire for her and also went out of there way to fix a dent thats been there for over a year! Didn't charge me a dime for that. This place is awesome and made a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Al greeted me with a smile right away. He promptly took care of my needs and fixed my punctured tire. Knowing I was on vacation in a rental car, he ensured I could get back to enjoying my time.

I just changed my 4 tires. This place is exceptional. They have the best customer service ever. They finish my tires very fast. They also offer alignment every 5000 miles. Thank you very much for great service

I had a Slow leak in my rear passenger tire thanks to a nail (rarely drive anymore, go figure), and they had me in and out in under an hour to patch it. Best part? No charge! Thanks guys!

Stopped by for a bolt on my tire. They were able fix the tire and didn't charge me! They got my tire fixed sooner than they said! I would definitely go back there for my tire care!

went to get checked and Joe working desk said few hours to fix flat stated they were busy and staff needs lunch?????aske for appt. he said not until next day.go elsewhere for service where people want to help you.Joe wanted to have an easy saturday.....

I took my car in for a leaking tire that had been nagging me for weeks. Even with no appointment, American Tire Depot patched the tire within 15 minutes and they did it free! At a time when you can hardly find free air, I was not expecting such generosity. Other tire shops I called said they would patch it for $35. I will definitely be going back for future service.

Don t normally write reviews, but had to share. Got new tires a few months ago and haven t touched my tires till today and found one of my lug nuts was stripped on. Took my truck immediately in, got it taken care of through warranty. So glad they fixed their mistake, no questions asked. Joe, the dude in the front, was extremely kind. Would definitely recommend

Al and the gang on Redlands Blvd are great. Quick service for just what is needed. No trying to sell anything that isn't needed from my experience. I have worked in the industry, know what is needed before bringing my vehicles in to shops... These guys haven't tried to pull anything over on me over the years.

I was in and out in under an hour getting new tires and an alignment. I have purchased my tires from them the last two times and they are always super polite and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend them!

830 appointment. Out the door by 9. Plugged my tire for free, just like they advertise. I really thought there d be a catch. There wasn t. No attempt to up-sell, no catch. My first time here, definitely not the last.

Car issues are always stressful, especially right before the holidays!! I got a nail in my tire and wasn t sure if it could be patched, thankfully Al was friendly and reassuring, he got me out of there in less than 40 min day before Christmas Eve. Would definitely recommend to come here

I needed a new set of tires but didn t want to wait weeks for the big box stores to order and install so I did some research and that I how I stumbled upon American Tire Depot - Redlands. The reviews were excellent, they had the tires I wanted in stock and I was able to easily make a next day appointment online WIN/WIN!! Al helped check me in and even offered his expert recommendation on an equal if not better tire, at a lower price point. They were able to do my synthetic oil change while there as well and within less than 2 hours, my car was ready to go. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I pulled up on a prayer. Wire sticking of my tire and the rest of the tires bald. If you haven t figured it out, I m not good with cars. Al at American Tire took care of me. All new tires at an affordable price. I even got an oil change which I didn t realize they did until Al told me. I am the owner of a tire company. I sell semi truck tires. However our personal cars gets flats or have to get new tires installed. Every time I have taken our BMW 740 or our HD 2500 American Tire Depot handles the business at the highest level of service. My wife, my sister, myself and customers I refer to this place are always satisfied. American Tire Depot doesn t know I own a tire company. They don t know I am evaluating their service to me and other customers but I am. I give them 5 stars.
