I just went into this location at REDLANDS today because I thought my control arm on my car was broke, but after full inspection, they discovered that it was just the cover! The Manager Anthony Lucero was very informative, kind, courteous and had excellent customer service! The service people were great and kind, and courteous as well!I would definitely recommend American Tire Depot to all of my friends and family!

I had a nail in my tire and I thought of stopping by American since it was in the neighborhood close to my Mechanic. The service was friendly and they told me they could patch it at no charge. I was in and out and over an hour. I definitely recommend it to others.

Called in search of tires. Angel got me the best tire in my price range . No up sales, just got me what I needed and was good to go. Took me about an hour to get my tires installed . Will be back.

Stopped here due to a possible leak on one of my tire. They were able to detect where the problem was & fix the issue. All done in a timely manner with very professional staff with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended this location.

First time, and now everytime. New customer to Americn Tire Depot in Redlands, CA. Slow leak rear tire. I read they fix the leak for free. Absolutely top notch service from the service adviser, and the repair tech (Tyler). Removed the tire from the rim. He found the nail, and carefully added an internal patch to repair it.Perfect 5 star service. One car ahead of me, probably a 15 min wait till mine was on the jack. 20 mins later I was back on the road. Tyler explained and showed me the process.I'll definately recommend and be back for tire service next time needed.A++/5 Stars.

I get flat tire fixed without any charge. I took my tire and asked them if the tire can be fixed. The checked and fixed in 5 minutes. When done, they told me it is free of charge.They are very helpful!

Stopped by the American Tire Depot Store on Colton Ave. In Redlands to get a quote on tires. Talked with Robert and during our conversation he said he could get me in out of there within an hour and a half. (I wasn t planning on purchasing tires until Tuesday.) Just like he had promised, I was in and out in no time. They were quick and efficient. Getting everything done on Monday freed up my Tuesday. Thank you Robert.

Angel and robert really took care of me from start to finish. Give me the best pricing in the any discounts and really work with me. Detail by detail over the best way to proceed for getting tires and brax service.I shopped around and this was the best offers that I could get. Also, these folks were a pleasure to work with. I've done business with them for years and will continue to go back.

Great people, great place to take your car for tire repair or tire replacement. Had our RAV4 tire replaced here a year ago and today they fixed my rental car tire that keeps loosing air...Thank you guys!

Angle was very helpful on the phone when I had a flat tire was able to help me find the tires I needed and went the extra mile to find tires at the warehouse when he did not have them in stock and was able to advise me on tire care and was able to get me back on the road again the same day. Great experience

Needed to get a nail out of my tire and have it fixed/ plugged. The service at ATD was outstanding and friendly. Service was done right away, I guess I was lucky that they were not too overwhelmed with customers at the time. The best and quite unusual aspect was their no charge policy for tire repair. I would expect that with a purchase of their tires but I was very surprised that it applied to any tire. nice to see a company policy that doesn t just look to profit from everything. ( just wanted to say that I was more than willing to pay for my service).

Came in with two sets of BIG tires randomly with no appointment. Pulled me in and got tires and sensors switched. Priced right and wheels not beat to hell. They ll be doing all my stuff from now on.
