My appointment was scheduled between 7 and 11 AM this morning. Just after 12 o clock I reached out to Safelite because they had not arrived nor had I heard from my technician. I was told that my technician had had a flat tire and would be calling me soon. My technician called a short time later letting me know he was dealing with a flat tire and a whole laundry list of other issues. He said he wasn t sure if he was going to make it out. At 1:30 PM I got a notice that the technician was on his way to my home. I received a phone call from the technician at 3:55 PM letting me know he wasn t going to be able to make it out to my house that day. Which I found very strange, because I had seen that he d been there on my security cameras. He denied having gone to my home and told me he was unable to complete my repair because the company didn t provide him with the proper equipment to do so. I am very uncomfortable with the fact the technician denies having been to my home, despite being on my camera.I called and spoke to a manager who told me my technician had told them they tried to reach me, but was unable to do the repair because I didn t leave the keys for them and I wasn t home. No one had tried to reach me, and as I had told the technician, the keys were on my dash of my vehicle.This is my second poor experience with Safelite auto glass and will be my last. Find a good local company and use them

I scheduled an appt to have my windshield replaced at the end of last month - I've had 3 separate techs from this company, come out to replace my windshield. The first time it was installed incorrectly (I didn't know this was possible) my rearview mirror fell off immediately. The other techs seemed to not want to do their job and said they were rescheduling me, but they never did.. Customer service # never has a human answer - no email response - the texting they suggest doesn't answer. I would assume this company was a scam, but I think it's just highly negligent and unprofessional.I still haven't had my windshield replaced and I'm already paid for it so apparently they're crooks too.

The whole experience with Safelite has not been good. They have rescheduled me 2 times now. Both times I have had to take those days off of work. I finally called and asked for confirmation that they will 100% be there for the next scheduled appointment as now I have to take another day off of work. They don't give you notice in advanced that they are rescheduling either. I take the day off, I am 1 hour into the time frame they had previously given me, and then I get a text saying my appointment has been rescheduled after regretfully taking the day off of work. Very unhappy.

My windshield still isn't fixed. They came August 7th and left as they didn't bring the correct gasket. Apparently they are waiting on the part but I get zero updates. Can't get through on the phone to a human. I don't recommend them.
