This place is awesome! Great service! Every time I ve needed to stop in for something it has been a great experience. Last time I was in I needed a roof top AC cover and they had the best price in town and the product in stock. While I was checking out they brought up my military service (because they noticed my license plate frame)and thanked me for my service and then offered their military discount. I really appreciated it because it was during the holidays and RV repair was the last thing I wanted to spend money on. Thanks again! You have my business!

Many thanks to Northern Trailer & RV Supply for helping with this utility trailer project. The original home-built trailer came with a DOT-restricted mobile home axle that had to go.The guys down at Northern Trailer had a brand new 6k axle ordered and installed in no time.

I no longer give them four stars. We ended up canceling our order because it was taking weeks trying to get it. We were told it was on order and that was a lie. They cashed our check immediately, and it took months to get a refund. This company has been in business for many many years, and it is sad that their customer service and truth telling is very very poor. We will not go back to this place.

My experience here is rage . Maybe they don t want the business they get !My life was put In Jeopardy ! My suv could have caught fire while I was towing.And Justin , the owner wasn t even. professional enough to call me back !They said I needed a new Brake Controller and I happily waited 3 days (from my road trip ) . A new one was stalled ( labor costs I should at the very least, should be reimbursed !) I left, and down the road called back because I found this didn t turn off when the engine was off. He said that was normal but IS IT ? It took like 30 minutes by then I quit checking.On my trip ( over very steep mountain grades ). I discovered my remote start no longer worked. Strange electrical problems began. I had to take it in . No longer in he Redding area, I went to Toyota .They showed me what the guy at **Norther Trailer & Supply ***put in,how IT WAS WIRED WRONG and the wires weren t even the same gauge !I d called the buisness right before and After it was reworked. Was told -JUSTIN was the boss & wasn t in.And would call me back and never did. I had to pay them AND pay to have it rewired . . . And I BET my failed brake controller they replaced is on that RESELL Parts Table by the door . . . These guys are not honorable or professional .Find somewhere else to go. -I was there in late April 2023

Awesome business. Brandon is terrific. Husband and I had problem with trailer power cord dragging on the freeway. Totally ruined about 18 inches of the cord, through and through. Drove to this store where owner and Brandon came out to assess the damage. They had a plug that they wired onto the original cord after cutting the damaged part away. They also fixed our rear lense plate while we were there. Store has good inventory for standard stuff and shop rate is reasonable. All in all a very positive experience and i would recommend them to everyone living nearby or just passing through. Nice, honest people! You just don't find that kind of help anywhere any more. The man who helped us was very friendly, he actually told us to order the parts we needed off Amazon where it would be cheaper and get it within two days vs two weeks. However they are very knowledgeable and like I said friendly which in my book is a huge plus +++. So thx guys y'all rock

I had a bearing failure on a homebuilt obsolete trailer. The guys at the shop went out of their way to find rare parts, modify parts, and get me on the way in less than one day. Exceptional service by honest and caring people.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went to Totally trucks and they had to refund me on truck wiring that kept shorting out. I went to Northern Trailer and they were perfect. They saved me time. I paid a little more but the but I saved in the long run. I went back again when I broke the part when I rewired my trailer. Again they were spectacular. These guys know their stuff. He even went outside to my truck and gave me advice, as I was installing the part myself. I love these guys.

The gentleman at the place tried his best to help us with the problem we had with our van but he couldn't because of the year but he said he will deep dive an took our number he was polite and kind an great attitude thank you

Awesome people. They are busy but aleays try to make guest feel valued and to get repairs done as quickly as possible. Besides they do great work. I recommend them over CW any day!

They did accomadate an emergency repair on a Saturday morning for a friend who was a long way from home. For that I was appreciative. They didn't follow my wish of cutting an offending nut off of a spindle. Using an impact gun, they stripped the spindle, ruining an axle. That kind of sucked.

I took my dump trailer here for maintenance, they gave me honest and thoughtful advice on what was needed prior to making repairs. I was not pressured into doing more than needed, and the repairs were done ahead of schedule. I'll definitely bring my trailers here in the future for any maintenance and repair work. Thanks for a great experience!

Helpful and attentive. Appeared to have minimal stock on hand however I feel they could find what you need without charging an arm and a.leg like some larger RV suppliers near by. I paid half as much as the chain store and part was on hand . They definitely have a new customer in me.

Shout out to all the guys at Northern. They fit us into their busy schedule to adjust our brakes and help problem solve so that we were safe going north when no one else was. Polite, respectful and compassionate! Thank you for getting us back on the road!

Northern Trailer has taken care of my truck trailer needs for decades. Whenever I have a problem with my trailer they help me quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price, whether they are replacing my work trailer axle, fixing my trailer lights, or figuring out why my trailer lights are out. I wouldn't even have guessed it was just a truck fuse.Thanks Jody and friends for being there for me!

Northern CA Trailer is by far the best trailer store in the area. Their entire staff is highly knowledgeable and will to go to any end to help the customer! They are honest, provide high quality service, and arecustomer friendly!!! Amazing service! Amazing people!!!

My truck had a rusted rotten gooseneck ball the previous owner had tried to weld on after it came loose (horrible idea) and i found myself stranded hauling a 15k trailer living out of a motel 6. These guys jumped right on it, cut off the ball hitch, ground smooth the funky welded plate, and got me back on the road in an hour. Great service, good people. What more can you ask for?

Unfortunately there is no zero to rate. BAD idea to stop here if for repair if you are in a business truck. Bent over is what I got. I brought my gooseneck in for brake repair and $750 later still no trailer brakes. I was charged double the fair market price for brakes and they still do not work. If you do business here you deserve what you get.

Thanks to their expertise we will be safer on the roads since they found a potentially dangerous situation with our trailer and fixed it. They also found other issues which need attention and made recommendations for future repairs.

For a big store they lack common sense items, and when asked about them all I got was a "nope." and no further attempt to help me get what I need. Honestly, I'd rather wait for my stuff on Amazon than deal with these apathetic people.

Very knowledgeable team on all things trailer & RV related. Quick to solve problems, very reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust my trailer repair & maintenance with anyone else.
