Our wildland fire engine had an issue. We were told they would diagnose the issue the next day. A week and a half later still no diagnosis. We had the truck moved to another shop and it was fixed within a couple of days.

Great service and people just takes so long to get things done. Had an appointment missed the time. They looked to see what was needed and knew what was needed brought rig in one week later and still had to wait three days for the parts to arrive. On a basic truck.

The best customer service I have ever had with a repair facility! 4 hours after having my pickup towed it was diagnosed, repaired and they called to suggest other repairs to get in on the road.

Scott the shop manager was awesome but other guy needs have more customer service training and smile at least. Or I would give 5stars.
