Honest and fair. Never have to worry about being cheated. And they get the job done right...the first time...every time. Wilson & Bell also has the best customers I have ever encountered. I even enjoy my waiting time! Best repair shop I've ever known.

Honestly it's the best place to go, we took our dog in after a call in, and they instantly knew who out dog was, they had friendly staff who was very informative about what happens and how everything works, the check in prosses was so fast, I was in and out within 15 mins, already loveing the place. I heavily recommend this place as a dog hotel to people looking last minute, and be prepared to be in and out and a very friendly staff!!

A few months ago I had my dashboard ABS/4WD sensor lights come on permanently after a Toyota dealer brake job on both axles. The dealer said it was due to possible differential fluid affecting the rear axle sensor. Toyota wanted to charge me an additional $450 for a rear differential inspection that would be applied toward the repair if it was found to be their error. I wasn't confident it was just a coincidence, so I took my 2014 Tundra to Wilson & Bell based on another mechanic's recommendation. I spoke with Mark Bell and he said he would inspect the rear ABS sensor for free and go from there. I had to walk 4 miles home and soon got a call from Mark; he told me that the rear wheel bearing assembly needed replacing. I didn't feel like walking back to the shop to sign a piece of paper and so went with his verbal quote of $650. The parts couldn't be picked up until the next day, but he gave me a call to pick up my truck and sure enough, the bill was for what he quoted me, and the repair has held up all this time. I appreciate the good work and his old school way of doing business by his word. Good enough for me.

Honest repair shop!!!This is the unicorn of auto repair, because they do very good work ANDthey're Honest!!!!More then once I've brought them a car to diagnosis and left without owing a dime.EVERY repair they have done over the last decade + has been perfect, a fair price and completed quickly.I trust these folks.

Mr. Bell & Mr. Wilson are a God-send. I can trust this business with no reservation. I have come here multiple times and never been disappointed even though some of the tasks I've put them too are difficult for the layman. They walked through my repairs like it was a walk in the park.I hope they stay in business forever, cause searching for an equal in their industry is time consuming and exhaustive.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Had traveled to So Cal from Oregon for Thanksgiving holiday. Murphys Law: Out of towners with stressful car trouble. They treated us like family. Very warm and friendly, knowledgable and honest. We were back on the road the very next day. Highly Recommend.

As soon as I walked in a smile greated me, and how may I help you, assistance was immediate, the atmosphere wasn't like most other shops, it was a very pleasant experience which is rare. I appreciate this shop and highly recommend it.

The guys are friendly and honest. They will tell you what is wrong and needs to be fixed. They don't just want to fix everything to make the bill higher. They are very busy though, so hard to get in sometimes.
