Rancho auto care is one of the last service centers that has good values. They are always very honest and their estimates. Repairs are always awesome and timely. We ve been taking our cars there for a while after we lost our family Mechanic and it feels exactly the same. Thank you for your honesty and good work. It does not go unnoticed.

Been coming here and bringing our 3 vehicles for regular maintenance and service repairs for about 10 years now. All 3 vehicles are high mileage (190k miles up) and still running very well thanks to them. Also, they will never upsell you for any unnecessary service/repairs and the system they use to show you pics of needed repairs after their inspection is wonderful. Trustworthy, honest, and highly recommended!

I like the idea which is implemented on repairs needed with a detail photo, and that I m not pushed to do the repair.. honesty is a very important factor to consider and when it comes to repairs that cost, I like to know my options and not feel pressured.. thank you Rancho auto

My a/c not working so brought my car in to Rancho Autocare. I paid for a diagnose fee $180 and they could not any find leaks. Took my car to another auto shop and they found a/c leak fast. My a/c works great now! I DO NOT TRUST Rancho Autocare under new owner.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I took my car to them tonfix the censors and an oil leak and was charged $1500 only to find out the oil leak wasn't fixed and now my car is totally inoperable. My alternator belt is missing along with some other parts. When calling to speak with the shop manager he was unhelpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER

Love these guys! Been taking my vehicles to them over 20 years. They run an honest repair business, the pricing is fair, and they get the work done quick! Top quality service and repairs and at affordable prices! Kevin the service writer is a good listener, concerned and always polite and genuine...and that's a big plus for me!Two friends from church recommended them as we were new to the area at the time so we tried them and have continued to go back since for all our automotive needs.Now I've found that 4 of my neighbors also go there for their car repairs and services too! Small world!If you're looking for a very dependable shop you can count on, give them a try! We did and are very pleased with their work!

I took my car in for the second time for its' oil change and I'm so happy. Kevin and the guys are just great. They're honest and take the time to explain whatever they need to do. I had this plastic thing that kept getting detached from the front of my car and they repaired it! I mean, I have been going to different garages for the past two years and no one has ever just repaired it. They all ignored it. I'm so happy now that I don't have to keep bending over to put it back on. Thanks Kevin!

I have a 09 Dodge charger. I noticed it was leaking antifreeze. I was recommended to take it in to Rancho car care. Spoke to Kevin. He checked it out and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. His mechanic explained I needed a new radiator. They are very professional and honest. I am very content with the good quality work they have done. Thanks guys.
