I have serviced a couple of my cars here over the years and have always been happy with the result. The prices are in line with other shops. I recently dropped the car off for new tires and didn t have time to research the options, so i went with their recommendations. So far i m happy with the tires they installed (Cooper).

My car was towed in with a flat and a broken rim. The man at the front desk greeted me and talked through payment options with me. I got a deal on 4 brand new rims, a new tire, they fixed my alignment and put air in all of my tires as a courtesy.

Great service, they were willing to help check out our air conditioning problem, unfortunately it isn't fixable, but they did try their best.

After checking the price on the Internet which was less than $175I came with my van driving on the bad tire until its gone the guy realized that I need it so bad the price suddenly $252 the worst place to go for your tires serviceI have no idea how those kind of people continue having CustomerGoogle doesn t allow you to give them live than one star so this is what they get. I wish I can give them -10.

I went to this shop about 5000 miles ago for alignment. I had new tires on my car. I waited a long time when I entered the office. When someone finally came to help, I said I wanted to have an alignment done. when I asked about the price, they quoted a higher price than other shops. When I asked why the price was high, they gave an unkind answer.l but i was in a hurry so I accepted this price. Alignment was done but when I checked my tires after about 5 thousand miles, the outer surface of my tires was worn. This is because of bad alignment. I went to this shop again, showed my tires but they said I need to buy new tires. I said my tires were new when they did alignment. He then told me the alignment guarantee is 4k miles. They aligned again and they told me there was no problem. As a result, they took money from me for a job they couldn't do they did not refund and 2 of my tires went to waste for a job they couldn't do. Never choose this shop.

Decided to give them a try since they are close to where I live. I received four new tires, a wheel alignment, and an oil change. Everything went smoothly, price was reasonable, and car was ready in only a couple of hours. Customer service is good and they make you feel like they care about your car. I would recommend and plan on returning for future auto needs.

This is my first time at this location and it was a great experience. I took my car in yesterday to get a tire patch and oil change. Sonny was the guy working the desk and he was very helpful. They inspected my car and rotated the tires for free as well. The whole thing took less than an hour. Nice waiting room too. Definitely going to be coming back here often. Thank you!

very unprofessional no communication skills or bad customer service the owner of the store came out getting hostile instead of explaining to me about what he did to my car , he also said his name is tony Montana thinking it was a joke and not taking me seriously. I highly advise you to look somewhere else before coming to these guys!

I've been here twice now in the past few months and dealt with different employees each time. They're extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The first time every shop in the area said they wouldn't have my car done for a day or , Mountain View was able to get it done for me in 2 hours and still appeared very busy. They notified me of several issues with my car (which was entirely expected due to how I maintain my vehicles) but didn't pressure me to get everything done and instead worked with me to get just what I needed. I had an invaluable experience today that was probably nothing for them and I was out of there in 10 minutes and definitely sold me on continuing to get service done here even though I live about an hour away. Definitely recommend at least giving them a shot.

On the way home from work my tire pressure light came on and sure enough I had a nail in one of my tires. I came in and was assisted quickly. The customer service was great and I was not forced or pressured to purchase a specific service. The entire service for a patch on my tire took a little over an hour. I m really grateful to have found an honest tire shop. I will be returning & will be reccomending this shop to my friends and family.Thanks again!

Took car for carvana warranty Sam was very knowledgeable and pushed through the necessary authorization for repair. Alignment got skipped, and lower engine cover not installed correctly, but great job replacing the lower control arms. As a mechanic, I may have a high expectation. I would return and give them another try as they looked swamped. Thanks guys .

We had a tire emergency on a Sunday afternoon while pulling our fifth wheel. Noticed our truck tire was a little low and found a nail and another hole in it. When we switched out the spare, we quickly realized the valve stem was bad and that tire was going flat quickly. We pulled into a parking lot and called around and nobody else could help us until we found Mountain View. We unhitched and drove our truck right over and they were able to fix both tires within an hour so we could get back on the road. So thankful for their quick and helpful service. The shop was also really clean with an immaculate bathroom. Highly recommend!

AMAZING customer service!! Great mechanics.They offer a full evaluation of your vehicle and then call you and let you know what you car is in need of. They are upfront with the price and are not pushy and very understanding. We have bring our family car here along with my husband work Van.It can be really hard to find a mechanic shop that you can trust and that doesn t take advantage of you or your wallet.If you need a shop to take your car to I would definitely recommend this Shop!Thank you Sam and Mike so much for being amazing and for taking care of our car s. Very Thankful!

I was stuck at 4pm on a sat. Flat tire. Called the shop they said come now. I hobbled to the shop 1 hour prior to closing AND THEY TOO ME IN AND FIXED ME UP ASAP!!!! WOW EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I will be back to buy my tires here when needed. I will not forget this great service AND I will tell my friends and neighbors. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road so quick. True Pros here!!!!

Sam was super nice and friendly. My car was brought in GA and it has never had a front plate for years. My mother needs to use my car to take a road test. The appointment is coming this Friday. I was frustrated on Sunday realizing that a front plate is required. Sam and Mr. O not only gave me advice on where to buy parts but also installed the plate for me at no cost within 15 mins.I know it is not a big deal for most people to install a plate. However, I have been an office lady dealing with numbers only all through my career. Sam and Mr. O's help are huge grace to me on Sunday. Otherwise, I would not be able to sleep until it is installed. Or I have to reschedule my mother's appt. Thank you very very much!

Sam Torres is without peers...he is beyond courteous, accommodating and cheerful in his managerial position.But more importantly, he has the highest ethics in providing his customers with fair prices. We have been coming to Mountain View Tire & Auto for almost 20 years...and will continue as long as Sam is running the show.5 stars!

The guys here are absolutely honest and provide stellar service. Being new to this area and finding someone that I can trust with my cars, has been a great relief for me.Ask for Matt or Anthony, they make sure you are well taken care of. There is water while you wait, TV, and a clean waiting area. Bring your cars here, it is worth the experience, the time, and your money. I highly recommend!

A pretty solid shop. Got an oil change, and pads & calipers changed. The prices were basically average, so a bit pricey, but it wasn't out of the norm. The manager Henry is pretty straightforward and doesn't waste time. The shop's e-mail/online system isn't optimized, so for best results, call. Gonna use them again in the future, for sure.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Amazing experience! On our way to Vegas our undercarriage shield started to fall off and drag on the free way, called them up and they got us in right away and fixed it no charge we were in and out in less then 20 minutes! Highly recommend them!

Not pushy but very thorough in letting me onow what service I might. Great mechanics that work fast and get it done as soon as possible. The price is very competitive to everyone. I no longer dread getting my car worked on. Great bunch of guys down there.

I've been going to Mountain View tires in Corona years and since I moved up to Rancho now I decided to give this location a try. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and everyone I dealt with except for the young gentleman at the front. Both times I've come into this location he has had a attitude and today he came at me very rude and once I sat down even the woman waiting in there said "wow, I've never seen anyone in here talk to someone like that and I've been coming here for years". As I said before everyone else I spoke to was friendly and polite. I just think this young gentleman maybe should take a lesson in costumer service if he wants to work as a front desk job because new customers don't want to be treated like that. Overalll 5 stars for the shop. 1 Star for the rude employee.

I brought my truck this 8am June 18 2020 and bought 4 wildpeak tires, wheel alignment and brakepads replacement. . The supervisor Henry and the mechanic who fixed my truck did an awesome job. When I'm driving home the steering wheel and the brakes worked smoothly. I've also been bringing my other vehicle on this shop for years and they never fail me. Hope this message gets to the people and the owners because the employees of this shop is awesome.
