Right from the start with Ashley being amazing on the phone letting me know everything up front. So there were no surprises later on. With them having the ability to have rental cars already there; made my life so much easier. Car runs great. I would definitely recommend.

Ashley provided great customer service by listening to our concerns and communicating directly about what we could expect. She went out of her way to assure that we had a loaner car. They communicated with us regularly throughout the process. We are very pleased with the service and care that we received, and highly recommend Haven Auto Service.

This place is okay I'm sure they have good service but they are pricey and can be rude. I think I had jeff or something he would get worked up real quick about any small thing. Also just an FYI for the triple AAA members it's not 75 dollars off it's 50 dollars not a big deal but thought everyone would like to know, and whoever the mechanic in the back is needs to cool it because I'm not an experienced mechanic my bad I didn't know you could drive a car for 15 minutes with no coolant.

I heard it from my neighbor that this place was a great auto repair shop, and he was right. I take my PT inther wen I need work on my. Jeff and the other associates are a wonderful team very helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could rate a zero I would, I would highly highly recommend that you get at least two estimates when dealing with this company. Who knows may be they just didn't want to to the work.They will lie to you, they will charge you for things that don't need to be done, and then over charge you. You are better off taking it to the dealer.I let them know that the engine light came on and test code P2646 Rocker arm control valve stuck open and to do an oil change. They got a hold of my wife let her know that it would be $110 for a oil change and $75 to do a diagnostic to read the code.So later on that day the contacted us saying they did the diagnostic test and it had a code P2646 Rocker arm control valve stuck. So I let the person know that I already knew that and wrote on the paperwork along with the key the night before. I must of hurt his feelings because all of a sudden his attitude changed an told me he does have the paperwork and this is his finding and then proceeded to let us know that it would be $600 to fix the Rocker arm control valve only a $45 part on the very high end. Then when I question him about the to other screens that needed to be replaced he got frustrated that I knew what needed to be done and told me it would not be included. We let him know we need to think about it, I immediately drove down there to pick the car up.When I got there they were very shady they told me to wait to wait 10- 15 minutes while they put the car back together then about 5 minutes later I saw the car drive by and thought to myself if they are working on it in the shop why is it coming over from a parking lot on the other side of the build. about 5 minutes later I went outside to talk to my wife letter her know they need to but the car back together and then she told me she saw it drive by as well then I noticed the car parked outside the garage. I went back inside and they told be they are almost done it would be about 10 minutes. So I went out side took a picture of the car sitting out side the garage. ( the tan Honda accord in the middle )Knowing the car was never inside the garage I went back inside and asked them what is taking so long the guy at the counter went in the office then some little kid came out and started blaming me that it was my fault because I did let him know I was coming and that the car was being worked on in the garage and that it was on the rack then I asked him again why is it sitting outside he proceeded to tell me it was on the racks as you can see by the picture it was not on the racks. Right after that I went outside and the other guy pulled the car up front and gave me the keys.The car was never on the racks never made it inside the garaged and from the time my wife and I saw the car drive by it never need any additional work or anything put back to gether.So because I questioned their authority and didn't let them take advantage of us.. They got made at us and made us wait there for no reason for over half an hour. Ewww...they showed us!!!

7/28/18 was my first visit to Haven Auto Parts. I came across this location by searching for car AC repairs near me. I noticed they had real great reviews on Google and Yelp. The other customer reviews talked about the GREAT customer service and how they trusted the shop to be an honest location for repairs and pricing.I am big on customer service, so what I did was I called Haven Auto Repair to see how much it would cost to get an evaluation on my car s AC. A friendly voice came on the line (Joanna) she mentioned the consultation was free and she kindly scheduled an appointment for me. I call another shop that was recommended by a friend, and the voice on the other end was not friendly at all and they charged $65 just to look at my car. Where do you think I went?The reviews mentioned that Haven Auto Parts offered: coffee, cookies, refreshments, candy, free shuttle, free car wash, amazing customer service and what stood out the most was the fact that they send you photos of your car so you can see whats ok and what needs attention. Beside that they send you educational videos related to important car maintenance. It s a great way of educate your customers. With my first visit I can state that all of the above is true!I walked in early Saturday morning and was kindly greeted by Joanna and a few mins later by Justin. Justin and I walked out to look at my car. He looked at the AC and basically did the evaluation, he asked my question and kindly answered and explained to me the ones I had for him. I went there already knowing more or less that I was going to have an issue with my compressor because my brother has the same car and same issue and it was his compressor. Justin said all seemed to be working properly as far as the mechanics (compressor running, fans spinning, water poodle on the ground and air coming out of the vents) he did mention that it could possibly be that the car was low on freon or that there was a leak somewhere since the car was not cooling.He suggested two options which was nice. 1. was to add freon or 2. to run it through a test with dye to check for leaks. I told him to run the test.They offered to shuttle me home, but I wanted to wait and see what the test said. In the meantime I helped myself to some coffee and cookies. All of the staff there is super nice and very easy going.About 1 hour later Justin came back and said the results where in and he would send me the report via text for my records. He went over them with me and indeed I had a leak in my compressor. I could clearly see it in the photos and there is no denying that that was my car engine. They also found a few other issues that he suggested I should address whenI could. Justin asked if I wanted to order the original compressor or a third party brand, I picked the original. This work was going to take time to fix so I asked for a ride home. They also said if I needed a ride back to pick up the car they would kindly pick me up, which I did except.When I got there my car was ready and nice and clean. This place defiantly sets its self apart from other shops i ve been to. You can tell providing great customer service and repair is what they strive for.Thank you to the wonderful staff and I look forward to seeing you guys for future repairs/services.Alondra

Although I had to bring my car back to their shop after I had a new radiator installed, I am still happy with their service. My manufacturers requirement to only use a factory spec thermostat was surprising to their mechanics as well as myself. Their project manager made sure the cause of the problem was found and the return visit was covered under their warranty for the radiator replacement. Based off my interactions with their team they are a trustworthy shop which is why Costco members can go to them for automotive repairs.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!I could not be more impressed with Haven Auto Repair. From the time my car went into the shop, up until I picked it up I have been very happy with their service. Haven Auto Repair provides you with a detailed inspection report that even includes photos. They also keep you very informed about the entire process and never fell short with communication. Haven Auto Repair is honest and you can feel confident that your car is in good hands. I recommend this shop to anyone that is out there looking for a reputable shop. I was waiting to write my review until after I had been driving my car for a while but even before I left the shop with my car I knew that I was going to give the shop a five star review this is hands-down the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic in my entire life. The customer service was amazing. I was constantly kept in the loop with almost daily contact a link with photos of them working on my car and updated regularly. Once my car was diagnosed Justin gave me a breakdown step-by-step of what the issues of my car were and gave me multiple informed options to choose from, I felt no matter which option I picked my car was in good hands and that they were going to make sure that I drove off that lot safely. My car runs better than it did the day that I bought it and I m so happy that AAA recommended them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Great Independent Auto repair shop, 3+ years ago I starting going there for my job as a Vehicle Inspector for Extended Warranty Companies, and than for my own vehicles for regular maintenance, I recently was having fuel type issues with my Chevy HHR, much of the work I've done myself, but still couldn't get it figured out, it had lean and rich fuel codes and random misfire code at the same time, so I brought it in to have them take a look, I talked with Service AdvIsor Jeff, he kept me informed on the daily updates, The Tech Bret even called me to let me know he was as stumped as I was, they contacted GM Tech support, and were able to get some direction, they found that the fuel injectors failed causing havoc with the new AC Delco O2 sensors I just installed back in March, and the spark plugs got fouled out also.... it's been a week, but that's OK, because I had another car to drive.. My 2008 Chevy HHR with 175k on the odometer is running great again, and I couldn't be happier with my choice of Haven Auto Repair as my go-to Shop...Thanks Guys and Grace for the great Service.... and for having my back... Great experience at Haven Auto Repair. The staff was great and the type of service they provide with pictures and text messages is far above what I have experienced at any independent repair shop and much better than a dealership. I ask a lot of questions and was able to speak directly with the technician to get the answers I was looking for. Thank you Haven Auto Repair.

This shop is high end, but they do quality work. I as a woman have never felt disrespected or spoken down to by our usual mechanic Justin, and I've never felt that they tried to rip us off or pull one over on us. They photograph everything and show it to you so that you can see, and rate it on a system from red, yellow, and green to know how important it is. I've been working with this shop for three years now and will be moving out of state soon. I know I will have a hard time replacing this shop for us, and particularly Justin who has just gone above and beyond for my family. He has even given us advice when purchasing new cars about what the most common issues are for those cars and what he might purchase in our shoes. So, be prepared for it to be one of the more expensive shops, but it gives me confidence to know that they pay their employees appropriately for the cost of living and their hard work, and Justin in particular treats us as if we were a member of his family. You can trust what they say, and as a woman you do not need to be afraid of being spoken down to. We will miss working with them after our move!

First time I came here i didn't have an appointment and they took me right in for an alignment. (It was during typical weekday work hours). The service was expedient yet welcoming and asked me to make myself at home in the feature rich lobby. They have multi device outlets to charge your Android or Apple phones or tablets. There is a variety of magazines and great choices for refreshments, not just water and plain coffee, they go the extra mile with selections and even cookies which hits the spot for me.The service was about 45 minutes from entering to exiting and the price for my alignment was lower than any and every place I've been to and bargain hunted for. I could tell the difference in my vehicle immediately once behind the wheel and haven't had any complications since.I have returned 7 months later and was welcomed by name, with another great price for the same service, (picked up new tires so I got aligned again for even wear) and was even served some delicious cookies by the very humble owner himself!Highly recommended. Fast, friendly service. I feel that they are honest in their dealings and more than fair with the great deals they send to me in the mail each month. I've never had this kind of experience anywhere. Great job!

GREAT REPAIR SHOP, my first time visiting this shop and I'm grateful to have found them. Had appointment booked for car max warranty and they brought the vehicle in quickly, provided me with a shuttle ride home. Got a follow up with a breakdown of inspection with PICTURES. my service advisor JUSTIN was extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. Finished alot of work within 2 days! No scratches, no fingerprints...all around great experience. I will be a returning customer!THANK YOU GRACE FOR YOUR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE AND WELCOMING ME TO THE SHOP!!

This is my fist time ever experiencing an auto repair company that s as efficient as Haven Auto. They are extremely professional and they provide such incredible value to their service.From the text message link that directs you to a thorough breakdown of a diagnosis. Attached with descriptive photos and videos explaining what s going on. The provide proof of the readings on each component that they test.The staff is awesome. Grace at the front desk and Justin whom keeps me 100% updated with everything going on.I m glad that I discovered Haven Auto.I trust any vehicle of mine In their hands.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Great place. Great people. Totally transparent in the work they do, allowing you to see for yourself what the problem is and clear about the solution and being sure you agree with it. My vehicle had an issue and it was a very unique problem, which took a few days of tests and troubleshooting to diagnose. Stayed true to their word on 1hour charge for all of that work! It's my 3rd time bringing my car to them (first 2times for alignments) and have been completely satisfied with how they treat my vehicle and myself. Kept me very informed. The lobby beats any auto shops anywhere, even BMW's dealership. It has the necessary chargers for any device you may have, gourmet coffee, and delicious home made cookies! TV and magazines as well. Very friendly staff who memorized my name just after my first visit. I get great discounts sent to me on a regular basis. I can't really think of anything negative to say about the people or service here. Highly recommended.

I've been taking both our cars here for a few years now and couldn't be happier. I love how transparent they are - every time there is a repair I get a text with a link to photos, videos and notes then a follow up call from the service advisor. Much better process than what I was getting from the dealer previously.Love the small business vibe, definitely feel like they value their customers. Tip - Costco membership gets you a discount on service!

I finally found a professional place to take my car. The team is very warm and friendly, and the shop has a family feel to it. My car needed work so they were able to give me a rental for two days until it was ready! Justin is brilliant and friendly and he took care of my car! They also send you documentation and photos of the needed repairs in your car and they discuss everything with you in detail! Amazing team and I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Haven Auto Repair provided excellent customer service. I felt as though I knew the staff as soon as I walked in despite it being my first time as their customer. My car was treated just as well, the staff provided me with updates and options through my phone at my convenience while I was busy at work. The speed of service was great and I wasn't expecting my car to be washed after the maintenance, that was really cool. It's been a few months since their service, but my car has not had any problems since my visit. I can say that I will now continue to go to Haven Auto Repair as my local car doctor.

5 stars is genuinely not enough for Haven Auto Repair. Grace and Rachel were extremely helpful in letting me know the status of my car repairs and ensuring that I was happy with the service. I had my front brakes replaced today at a very fair price - and they even gave me a ride to/from home and washed my car for free! You get a text sent to you with a detailed review of their inspection which includes pictures. I really appreciated this as it ensures that you are not being lied to about the condition of certain parts. I will definitely be back for every repair and service in the future. Just so you know, they also offer financing options for repairs if you can't pay everything up front, which, for a broke graduate student like myself it is a very viable and pleasant option!

I have been using Haven auto repair for several years. They always provide outstanding service. They go way above and beyond to research any problems to get to the root cause and the address that. Other shops may stop at an initial symptom and essentially put a band aid on, ignoring the bigger issue. With Haven auto repair, when it s fixed, it s fixed. And repairs are always done when they say they ll be done. They also work with warranty companies and really fight for their customers to get services covered that should be covered. I ve referred several family members and friends and they ve all had the exact same experience. Couldn t be happier with the service from Justin, Grace and the whole Haven Auto Repair team. I have been visiting Haven Auto Repair for many years. They have worked on a number of my cars and I have always been happy with their service. They always go out of their way to be convenient to my schedule. I have not had good experiences with many shops over the years but Haven Auto is run very well and remembers that they are in the business of providing a service. I have done a lot of my own work on cars over the years and know when someone is trying to sell me something I don't need. I've always found them to be honest and have recommended them to my friends and family.

Best auto repair experience I've ever had. They were quick and efficient and when they were done they not only called me and answered all of my questions but sent me a link with a detailed report of everything that's going right/wrong with my car. This report contained detailed pictures of my car as well as videos describing the mechanical terms they used. Very friendly service and great prices as well. I am very impressed and will continue to take my vehicles to Haven Auto Repair.

Excellent Quality, Service, and Professionalism. Front desk and service writing is excellent thanks to Grace, her professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and above all, her welcoming personality are why Haven Auto Repair is 2nd to none. Alonzo, the mechanic who services our vehicles, keeps us running smooth and problem free. Justin and Anthony make sure our vehicles are on schedule and any warranties are applied. Haven Auto is by far the best repair shop I've been to. We've been going to them for years and they treat us like family. We service all three of our cars with them regularly and they've never treated us poorly. They have excellent customer service and can get us in and out quickly, knowing that our time is valuable. They take great care of my car which is a Challenger - and that is my baby so I don't trust just anyone to service her! I recommend this shop to everyone I know that's in the area. If you want fast and fair, honest service - check them out!! They will always try to get the best prices on parts - they'll even pull up the computer screen for you so you can see what the prices are. They don't hide anything and don't make unnecessary repairs. I've had lots of issues with this in the past (repair shops see a "girl" coming their way and think they can rip me off) but Haven Auto Repair is the opposite. Highly recommend them to you if you need to service your car!!

I am a first time customer and I am so glad that I found this repair shop. They were very helpful and really took the time to listen and help me understand what needed to be repaired on my car. The turn around time to get the vehicle fixed was perfect and I am very happy with the job that they did. It feels so good to have the a/c working again. The office staff is very friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Definitely will be using them from now on and recommending them to my friends. Very pleased.

These days it's hard to find a good, solid, trustworthy mechanic or auto repair shop but we definitely found one in Haven Auto Repair. Not only is their mechanical work of great quality but their professionalism is top notch. They use technology as a great tool to keep you informed of your vehicle status by showing you pictures of the needed repairs as well as sending estimates via text. My husband & I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
