Incredible Service!Amber and the team helped us a lot, we had to replace the windshield of our company truck that was in a yard, it took several days since we had delays with the driver and even Tigris tried to install it inside the yard once but they were not allowed to access (our mistake) and the guys at Tigris were very patient, clear and with an excellent attitude, we recommend them if you want to receive excellent service and value for your money, we hope to continue working with them.

I had a great experience with Tigris Auto Glass. I phoned the business and spoke with Amber. She asked for my car's VIN to make sure she quoted the correct replacement windshield. She said she would have to order the glass as my vehicle is a 2024, but said she could install it first thing in the morning in two days. Her price was better than a competitor I checked, and I made the appointment. This morning they completed my install for exactly the quoted price and told me the installation is guaranteed if I have any problems. Thank you Amber for doing good business. I will be happy to use your business again in the future.

My response: The picture Tigris Auto posted is patently false and is nothing more than a cover-up. The negligence of the employees of Tigris Auto caused the damage to may dashboard. My attorney went to Tigris Auto today in an attempt to get Tigris Auto to agree to pay for the damage they caused. My attorney spoke to the manager, Amber. However, rather than agree to repair the damage caused by the employees of Tigris Auto, she refused to reveal her last name to my attorney, and said go ahead and leave any papers for you to start a lawsuit or complaint. When my attorney asked to speak to the owner of Tigris Auto, and have the phone number of the owner, Amber refused to provide this basic information. Their actions are not only negligent, they are criminal. If the owner of Tigris Auto refuses to cover the damage they caused to my dashboard in a prompt manner, we will be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Department of Consumer Affairs, and a lawsuit in court.My review: I called the Rancho Cordova location to get my windshield fixed. they decided to send me to the El Camino location. It was the worst experience ever. The worst service ever. I went to get my windshield replaced, and they broke my dashboard. They didn't take any accountability and blamed me for it, even though they broke it. They were very rude. Didn't try to help the situation at all very unprofessional. I will never go there ever again. and I called the Rancho Cordova location about the incident and they were very rude about the situation too, and told us that we couldn't speak to the manager Amber until Monday. Also they wouldn't tell us any of their names and were very standoffish to us. we asked to look at the security cameras and they wouldn't let us see them. they told us that police needed to come for them to let us see. but the police wouldn't come. Never come here.

Amber and Vanessa at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Not only did they get my car in right away but they hands down gave the BEST customer service I have received in years in an auto shop. I drove 40 mins out of my way to come here and they are definitely worth the drive!!! 5 stars all across the board!!!!

Amber is amazing!!! She got my windshield replaced and installed in the same day. She was able to get me in and back on the road so I wouldn t miss any of my appointments! The installers were professional and left my vehicle in great condition. I appreciated the customer service and personal attention they provided me. Amber, thank you again for being so kind and honest!

I called Tigris Auto Glass, needing to get my wife s windshield replaced. Having a golf ball sized crack in it. Amber answered the phone she was able to get me in the same day. Need I say she was prompt, courteous, friendly and a great smile. There were quick getting my windshield replaced. I would definitely recommend Tigris Auto Glass.

Amber was super helpful, if you need help ask for Amber !!!!! She knows what she s doing, she is quick, and efficient. I got in and out of there so quickly so I could make it to work on time!!!! I will definitely be going back if I need help with my car again.

Extremely reasonable prices. Took about an hour and the staff was very friendly and honest. I won t be taking my car anywhere else if I need a window replacement. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

I would not recommend dealing with Amber at all costs. She is the epitome of an unhelpful and rude manager. Every interaction I have had with her has left me feeling frustrated and belittled. She lacks basic communication skills and is incredibly sneaky in her business practices.Not only is Amber unhelpful, but she also runs a terrible auto business. The service provided is subpar, and the prices are astronomical for the lack of quality received. It is clear that Amber cares more about making a profit than actually helping her customers.Overall, dealing with Amber has been a nightmare, and I would advise anyone to steer clear of her and her shady auto business. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and trustworthy manager to do business with.

Updating the review today. I was told to leave the tape on my newly replaced windshield for three days. I just removed the tape and it took the paint off my car down to the metal. I called the company and they were not willing to take care of the damage to my vehicle. They disregarded my call entirely. Do not use this company. Attached are pictures of the damages not only from the tape but from the windshield replacement itself.They also took off the original weather strip and use the aftermarket windshield leaving a one inch gap and now there's Bear metal on the passenger side so if it gets any water it will be rusting. I immediately saw that and I did a U-turn came back and told him about it. They said they threw it away and they put an after market windshield on my car. Proceeded to glue the whole glosed which is melting now due to it being 100� outside. They said it'll be ok and today it's not. If I wash the car it'll rust.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with a manager named Amber at a local auto business, and I must say she is one of the most rude and unhelpful individuals I have ever encountered. Not only was she dismissive of my concerns, but she also displayed a sneaky and shady demeanor that left me feeling uneasy.Amber's sole focus seems to be on making money at any cost, even if it means allowing her employees to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I witnessed firsthand how she encouraged her staff to upsell unnecessary services and products to customers, all in the name of profit.Overall, my experience with Amber and her auto business was extremely disappointing. I would caution anyone considering doing business with her to proceed with caution, as she is not to be trusted.

You don't hang up the phone on me twice in a row. I will call in 10 days, will need FYG glass or better. Did my research before I called this morning, I chose you for FYG, not XYG. I have my notes from this morning. No language barrier, my English is better than yours. You are the one who made me wait 2 additional hours, and this is your customer service now ending the call?! You asked me and all customers to leave you five star reviews, now I can understand why you have high reviews.

My drivers side rear passenger window got smashed last night. Discovered it when I woke up. Called Tigris at 11am and had an appointment at noon. Amber is amazing and so helpful!!! Their prices are reasonable, their service is UN-MATCHED and their response time is incredible. I won t ever use anyone else for auto glass ever!!!! I gave 5 stars only because I can t give more!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

This place I would highly recommend. They quoted me the most reasonable price for auto windows possible (hello, things cost money people) and tried their best to find the auto glass we didn t have. I was able to get my windows in a couple of hours but please remember to give time for auto work regardless because a rushed job is never good. Very professional, no need to go else where

I called around for different quotes after my daughters windshield had been smashed in. Tigris by far was the most reasonable and had great reviews (beat all others anywhere from $60-$299!). Upon calling they had availability on the same day. I asked if we could drop off the car early and leave it as we had things to do that day. They finished up our cars windshield even before the scheduled appointment and cleaned the inside of the car where there was broken glass from the incident. Amber, at the front desk, was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend them and will go back for sure if I m ever in need!
