Do not come to this shop if you have a newer vehicle. We took our 2024 work van here to get the driver window replaced after the vehicle was broken into. They replaced the window within 2-3 hours, but when we picked it up we noticed the window would only go up or down 2 " at a time. When we went back inside to question this, we were told "the computer was thinking". Realizing we were not going to have a good outcome we decided we'd probably have to eat the $150 for that window. We called Safelite to replace the window and now we're being told all of hardware inside the door is missing, we were left with 1 screw and now have to pay to replace the window and all of the hardware inside the door. "Low price auto glass is not always low price, it's costing us alot!

The people are nice, but only go here if your car is worth 10k or less. They replaced the windshield, but the plastic/fiberglass components on the side get destroyed (i mean thrown in the garbage) and cost just as much to replace as the window. Safelite for 2-3x more is fine with me. Live and learn

got my windshield replaced with good and quick service but after I realized they installed a windshield that didn't match my car. the rear view mirror section has large black section for different model car. unhappy it was not mentioned at all before or after install.

The price was good. That's where my good experience stoped. The trim was pried up and left damaged. The truck had the black sealer all over the body and interior and even the interior roof.The window still leaks after i brought it back, twice. They just used more sealent and made a bigger mess. Save yourself some time, money and damage and take it somewhere they care about quality.

These guys did an excellent job and they were quick. I had my front windshield replaced, it had a crack straight across it. Now it looks so nice. I would definitely recommend Low Price Auto Glass to family, friends or anybody who needs their car windows replaced. My front passenger side window shattered while driving on Hwy 50 early this morning. Not sure how or why it happened? I am thankful that whatever hit it didn t get inside, and no one was sitting in that seat. My insurance company recommended a very well advertised auto glass company. However, they are scheduling a few days out (even though, they have multiple locations in the Sacramento area & nationally). However, I was pleasantly surprised that i was able to get it replaced today, from a small business owner, and cheaper than the biggest car glass replacement company. This is where big business doesn t work. I am grateful for that small non-franchised family owned business. I say Thank you to the owner of LOW PRICE AUTO GLASS !! Very kind employees that appreciated me giving them an opportunity to fix my Rav4. It was also quietly obvious the owner Cares about his customers. This is where the small businesses owner helped me to not only get it done, but at a fair price too.I also feel grateful when I think about what would have happened, if I had settled for something else; whereas if I had chosen that large insurance company recommended glass company that was scheduling a few days out or even if it was a next day service the security of my car would have been at risk everywhere I parked (other then within my own personal garage). I would have had to worry about my car while parked at work, shopping for food, etc. Do I risk it and go to work anyway? Furthermore, the danger of having to drive from one place to another, with only a semi-thick noisy piece of plastic between me and whatever may hit it. Let s face it, rocks hit my car all the time, along with the more frequent large bug. Enough said. Thank you for helping me out !!Service: Installation

This place completely ruined my car. The owner lie to me about the glass they ordered. I have told them to get a glass with HUD, but they order the wrong one and put that on. Afterward they refuse to discuss a solution for that. They just try to get the money and trick you to get their part. Highly not recommend. Never come again.

Wow, super decent prices again and super fast services. These guys are the best prices hands down compared to outrages prices from competitors. Came here early in the morning to fix my car windows and was helped instantly. Took about 3 hours to fix 3 windows. Food is nearby and a pick & pull business is next door. Price and availability was excellent, on the other hand quality and workmanship was poor. They did not set windshield right and now bottom of windshield is not sealed properly.

The Low price Auto Glass repairing shop is my favourite place. The costume service is great and the price is cheap, also the work quality is is high. This is the second car I bring here and each time my experience is positive. I received a good care for my car. Thanks.

Filed a claim with my insurance and they said it would cost me $390 to replace my windshield and I had to wait a week for an appt with safelite and it would take two hours at least .I called around and found this place and they charged $250 and could fit me in within the hour. It took LESS than one hour and the waiting room was full. Idk what kind of magic they got but I ll take it!

I highly recommend this place! While I was sitting in the lobby the other customers were telling me their past experience there and how happy they were with the results. The staff is very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and made this experience very easy.
