Very friendly, professional and quick service! I have always been a bit skeptical about tire rotation for Tesla and they do service a lots of Teslas here. Booked my appointment online for tire rotation, was told it would take around 1 to 1.5 hours. It was done in less than 40 minutes! This is my second time here and I will always be back. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit to Les Schwab.As I hit the brake, there comes the noise of something binding from the rear, somewhat coinciding with the speed.Skye at the front desk explained the entire troublesooting process clearly and convincinly.As I had to take care of other task, I promised for next day.It took technians less than an hour to find a cause, and they charged me "$ 0."I was SHOCKED! Could it be 'cuz I enquired about military discount? Anyways, Thank you all!

The service is worth it. Prices might be a bit higher than others but no one else has the excellent customer service for a tire shop. They do tire rotation and wheel balance. This time I was recommended to replace the manufacturer lug nuts (aluminum sleeved steel/metal) because they were deformed and difficult to get on or off. That is an example of great customer service.

My service technician, Julien, was knowledgeable of the tires I was looking at to buy and advised me without pressuring to buy any specific tire. I believe that I made the right choice for my vehicle and how I drive.

One of the worst LS out there. Got an alignment done on my car and drove to the Bay Area the next day. On my way there, I noticed the back of my car was shifting to right when I would accelerate and shift back to the left when I would let off. I took it into a place in the Bay and they showed me that one of the bolts for the alignment was left loose and they could twist it with their hands. Thank God it didn't fly off on the freeway. Scary. Can't believe the carelessness of the person working on my car. Secondly, my rear tire was deflating slowly.

They do not stand behind their warranty. Do not do business with them. I m done with them and heading to Costco(Lower prices, better service, stand behind their warranty s, it s a no brainer). After reading through the multitude of other negative reviews about Les Schwab, it would seem this is not a rare case. They pull this all the time. Stay Away.

Called to ask them if they could replace a leaking valve stem on a tire. Took the tire off the vehicle and brought it there. Turns out the tire has a tire pressure sensor and they don't have the rebuild kit for it. Why didn't they ask me about this before I wasted an hour of my time going down there?? Simple as "hello sir, what year vehicle do you have? That vehicle requires a rebuild kit that we don't have in stock so we can't do it today" SEE HOW EASY THAT WAS LES SCHWAB?

Best service I've had at a shop in a while...I had my brakes and rear tires done.They did a complimentary inspection, called me and were super honest about what needs to be done (I had inspected it myself before taking it in.) and were really kind and accommodating.I will say when I called originally a guy named Joe picked up and was pretty rude and short.But when I called back later and went in I was greeted by the two kindest people who got my car in and out within the day.But 10/10 pleased with what was accomplished and how quickly they got everything done for me.

I had work done on my front control arms due to a misunderstanding and me not asking the right questions two parts were missed. Talked to Scott the manager at the Rancho Cordova store on sunrise next to home Depot. They are going to fix what got missed. Only have to pay for the parts no labor charge. Due to the world nowadays I expected to be told too bad but they are going to make it right. Trust restored and satisfaction returned. Go to this store. They will do you right

Called to get a appointment for a alignment and was told to drop off my car and pick it up by 5 or 6 pm that same day I told him I could not drop off my car he then said he couldn't help me didn't ask me if he could make me a appointment for another day or anything his customer service was not up to par in my opinion seemed to be rude and in a hurry to hang up the phone and either help another customer that was in line or to answer another phone call I feel that that was my time on the phone for him to answer my questions and for him to help me not make me feel rushed on the telephone. Not happy with this location.

I purchased four tires, alignment and road hazard insurance. i got flat tire (side wall damage). when i came to the Rancho Cordova Les Swab tire store here started denials. first it was stated that i did not have alignment i. whet it did not fly they stated that tire was not properly inflated. that did fly ether. after that manager stated that i did not do tire rotation that is the reason i why i do not have warranty . i still do not understand puncture damage on side wall and tire rotation how that related.( if i would do tire rotation there will puncture damage to the side wall)

Excellent service! There is a lot of construction in Sacramento and I picked up a screw that ruined my tire. These guys replaced it under the Le Schwab warranty/ buy tire deal no problem. I am so happy with this service. They won my business for life! Thank you guys!

Very accommodating. Nice people. Bought tires 7 months ago. I go in every 2-3 months for my tire are to be checked, and filled. They are always nice, and check all 4 tires for no charge

So the first time I ve been to this Les Schwab, and usually all other les Schwabs has there s someone to greet you before you even get out of your car however, this one I guess doesn t operate that way. I waited by my vehicle for a little bit realizing no one was coming out . Walked into the office to find out 1 tire patch was a 2 hour wait. Not going back again !

Great job to Eric and the rest of the team. Was worried I wouldn t make it there on re-inflated tire. Eric took it straight into bay before it went flat again. Very efficient process. I replaced all four tires, which were from 2006 on a low mileage vehicle that we inherited from my dad and they gave me a great price. They kept me informed and took a reasonable amount of time to do the job right without too much waiting. I take all my cars here when they need new tires or when I need a repair. I have a Costco membership but prefer Les Schwab for the overall experience. Kudos to the whole team.

These guys are so great! I had a slowly leaking tire and called to get an appointment but they told me to just come right over. They got me in immediately, and I waited barely 30 minutes before they were done! It was patched up so fast and I was on my way for $0. Love you guys, see you soon for my next purchase!

After leaving my truck for a full day Friday 8/14 to diagnose a sound in the front end I made an appointment for additional investigation/repairs that Hailey chose not to put in the system. I could tell she was not interested in helping me so I called back the following day and spoke to someone more qualified. The manager (Joe) was able to get me an appointment for the following Friday but did not know the full scope of the previous investigation and did $955 in work that did not necessarily need to be done. No fault of his, but the problem is still there.....

So happy for Les Schwab. Had a bolt in the tire, fixed for free.Solid service, friendly. I wish all of my car needs could be taken care of here.Competitive rates for tires and brakes. Pretty happy!

Went in for some minimal repair (stripped stud) with low expectations, because previous quotes from Honda and other service centers were exorbitant. This Les Schwab fixed my issue for--no joke--10% of what the dealership was going to charge. This is because a). their labor is much cheaper and b). they figured out how to fix the issue without having to take apart my entire car.Great rate, great service, honest people. Will definitely look here first next time I have an issue.

Got my car looked at, they assessed my car and got me estimates like within the hour. They didn't have all the parts I needed but we rescheduled and I was in and out. Super fast. Super friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable and showed me simulations of what was wrong with my car. So that I could actually see where the damage was happening.

Took my car in today because I ran over a screw. They were able to patch the tire and didn't try to get me to buy anything I didn't need. I really appreciate that kind of service. Fast, helpful and very friendly (:

Went in to get my tires checked they said I needed two new tires. I asked two people while working on my pick up if they would take the time to clean my inside wheels because I am particular. I was told by both people absolutely no problem we will take care of it. Upon picking up my truck I noticed that they had not cleaned the wheels as promised would never go back because I cannot trust people that tell me they will do something and don't do it I feel like I was scammed. They also recommend alignment and front brakes on my truck and if they think I'm coming back after that experience very wrong
