They answered my call for service and told me they could see my later the same day. It was a big window of time from 1-6pm, so I took the time off work to wait. They never called or showed up. Very unprofessional wasting peoples time.Follow up to Dove's reply: Yes they did call the next day after I posted this, and after I found someone else to do the job. I will not it was not offered for free the following morning but for a 50% discount.

Had a great time chatting with Robert and his partner while they replaced the glass on my 1999 NB1 Miata. Dove Auto Glass has also replaced my 2005 WRX STi s windshield. Always great, quick work. They always have my business with windshield replacement! :)

While I was visiting my mom in Yuba City from LA, a truck kicked up a rock and chipped my windshield. I was leaving the next day and I didn't want to drive home in 95 degree weather for 7hrs with the chip, thinking it would spread. I called Dove and Rhonda was amazing. She set up a mobile technician to come to my hotel the next morning and they fixed it within a few minutes. The service was impeccable and super friendly. I got a phone call right before the technician got there and a text right after he was done. The whole process was super easy. If I could give more stars, I would! Loved this business!!!! All my windows were broken out...twice! So, I was able to compare the Dove experience directly to the major name competitors! Dove won in every category...price, service, and convenience! It took the other guys 2 months to get the quarter glass in, Dove had it in stock and finished the job the same day we called. Thank you Dove! I will always go to Dove for my auto glass...hopefully I will never need ya'll again. But I will always give Dove as a recommendation to others...

I scheduled a service for 9/8/22 and they kept me up-to-date with the time they were coming (they were running late due to the number of work orders today). When they arrived, they checked the chip on my car, they told me that it doesn't need to be worked on. I was paranoid on the rock chip on my windshield, but they assured me that it doesnt need to be repaired. Instead, they educated me and explain the reasoning behind it. They did not take advantage of the customer just to make money. You don t see that honesty and customer service nowadays. Thank you and keep up the good work!Service: Auto windshield repair

Great customer service, and very professional. Call late one day and got a quote from the agent the next day I had an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I saved 400 bucks because Safelite wanted to overcharge. Great service and I would recommend Dove Auto Glass without hesitating. I called safelite (as recommended by my insurance company)to replace my 2021 Tesla model S windshield, waited almost 2 weeks and on the day of my appointment they called to tell me that the windshield broke on delivery and I d have to wait another 2 weeks. Unacceptable!That s when I looked up Dove Auto Glass I called them on a Thursday they were there Saturday after 2 hours it was like it never broke. I'm not one to leave reviews but Robert and Adrian deserve this , they sent a text 20 minutes before arrived as i requested and they were very patient waiting for me at my work for almost 20 minutes before being able to start working on my truck!! They asked if they wanted them to wear there mask which I didn't care after everything was done they gave my my truck back to me cleaner than it was before they started working on it !! Such a great experience im so happy I called This local company Doves auto glass.Service: Wiper blade installation
