They handled everything with my insurance company. I didn t have to be a middleman. My van came back cleaner that what my four teenagers left it ;). Sal was amazing gave it to me straight and he definitely went above and beyond. Would high recommend at least go and get an estimate. It s definitely worth it. Thank you again to everyone at B &J five stars all around.

I know Mike and Sal are going to do the best possible job on my car regardless of what needs to be done to get it back to the way it should. I have always trusted them with my cars and will always trust them with my cars in the future. Well done guys!

I brought my car for a fender replacement and Sal worked very hard to get a quality repair done on my car. Sal was very polite and informed me throughout the repair process, he even helped to work with the insurance company which was very difficult to deal with. I am completely satisfied with the service provided by B&J body shop.

Friendly staff and timely service! Staff was accomodating of me needing two separate quotes for a paint job on my front bumper. Estimate was accurate and work was completed in the estimated timeframe! Staff even helped me save costs by identifying an aftermarket bumper to install on my vehicle. Thanks Sal and team for your great work!

I highly recommend using this shop. They were professional and even helped deal with my insurance company who was being difficult. The quality of the work there surpasses any other shop I've used in the past. I didn't have to come back to get anything fixed or touched up. They also kept me up to date with any changes in parts shipments (just due to the current shortages/shipping problems). Everyone was very friendly from drop-off to pick-up. This is a great body shop! I hit a deer and cracked the bumper on our Suburban. The shop not only took care of the bumper, but they also sent the Suburban to the Chevy dealership for an alignment, balance and to have the entire front end checked. They also re-trimmed and cleaned up the bumper and fender liners for my 33" tires to properly clear, making it all look better than before. They even detailed it for us. Our family vehicle now looks better and drives better than ever! I only spoke with the receptionist and Mark while I was there. They were both great. It was awhile ago that B& J did not at fault body work for me, about FOUR years, but I m still satisfied with the results. The whole experience was positive, and I was well-informed through the whole process. When I hit a snag with the insurance company, they were quick to offer support, which worked out the snag, and made the insurance claim process a seamless one. If I have a need for auto body work again, B& J s will be my go-to!Good job on over 60 years guys! You ve earned it!

We had some damage to our front bumper and BNJ auto body fixed it, but a couple of months later a seam opened up where it had been repaired. We took it back to them, and they immediately scheduled us to have it fixed. Which they did and it is fine now. I felt they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and that means a lot. B&J's Body Shop is the shop you want! Don't mess around with insurance company recs! They are straight up with you through the entire process and catch damage other body shops miss! Another visit new accident. Was in a hit and run. Knew where I would take my car to be fixed. Been coming here for many years and they are the best. Happy with our last service as always. Great customer service. Great communication and love how clean my car comes back. Always better than before.I've been using them for our family cars for the past 15+ years. This last visit I was impressed again and reminded why I like them so much. Steve kept me in the loop the entire time and we even got the car back 1-2 days sooner than he thought. The car looks new and they cleaned it inside and out and that impressed me. It's so nice to be driving the car that smells and looks so clean.

Mark was very helpful and friendly. Communication regarding the insurance claim and approvals was top notch. I enjoyed the texts and emails and was never left wondering. Car was finished ahead of schedule and looks perfect. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Completely stoked and special thanks to Sal for helping me!My mechanic suggested only one place for body work on my car after it was rear ended. He said go to B and J.I feel so lost in all if this and Sal walked me through everything--from a quick look over, all the way through picking up the repaired car.Can I just say that my insurance company just sort of threw me to the wolves. Sal was immensely more helpful than my own insurance company in walking me through the process of what to expect and how to get it all done.I did have to wait a few weeks for my appointment, which was totally expected and fine with me. Sal kept me up to date on the car as we went along.Front desk was great and super helpful as well.Oh yeah...also the repair is amazing. Can't tell anything was wrong. In fact I could almost swear it is better than before in places.So happy. Thank you B and J!Service: Body & Trim

B and J did what was expected (fix the damage and make it look new again) but also went WAY above and beyond to make it an easy and comfortable experience no matter how many extra difficulties I threw at them. xcellent body shop. Being so particular with my car I Interviewed a few places before I went with B&J. You aren't just a number or $$$ to meet a quota here. When dropping of my car, Sal gave me a whole tour of the shop (real nice looking). When my car was being worked on, Sal gave me multiple updates every week. He even used his connections to get me a Chevy bumper at the same price as the aftermarket bumper the insurance wanted to use. Attention to detail is on point, if it doesn't look as good as it could, it won't get put on your car. An example of this was my wheel. It was set up by the insurance to be reconditioned. When it got to the shop the wheel didn't look great. As a result, they simply supplemented a stock wheel. The painter here is absolutely amazing! Perfect color match without any noticeable imperfections. Highly recommended. Hopefully won't be back (don't want to get into another accident), but if I do have to get body work done again I will be going here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to 4 different body shops for quotes, and all of them left me unsatisfied EXCEPT B&J. They listened to me and gave me options for my repair unlike other places. I really liked how honest they were throughout the process. They even finished early at half the price they had quoted! I couldn't ask for a better service. B&J is the only Body Shop I will ever go to.

I was rear ended twice in the matter of 5 months and I had all of the damages assessed and fixed at B & J Body Shop. My experience with this shop was hands down the best experience I have had at an auto body shop. Sal was extremely helpful and thoughtful when working through the insurance details and the office staff was always professional and friendly. My car looked beautiful after it was complete, inside and out. I highly recommend this shop!

Highly recommend using B & J Body Collision Repair Shop! I worked with Sal and he had good communication, pride in work, friendly, trustworthy, more than competent experience and professional service which were all appreciated. Their waiting area was very clean, welcoming, and even have coffee and water available. Was well worth the wait for an appointment for the repair. They handle dealing with the insurance company and made sure I had the correct parts for each replacement need. Helped arrange my needed rent-a-car. They even clean and vacuum my vehicle before for my pick up. Stress free experience.

I was recommended this location by a local mechanic after they concluded the damages to our vehicle would need body work. Our _only_ car was hit on the side and damaged our rear-quarter passenger side after returning home from an important interview my wife had attended.We are a family of small means so this was much more than a major inconvenience to us. While trying to tease out options in my mind about next steps for the insurance company, I was treated with a general disdain as I waited. ..and waited for someone to assist me, the only customer. While none of these things are worth going into detail about, suffice to say, I simply felt uncomfortable being there anymore and decided to leave.After explaining to the receptionist that I will seek to work through my insurance company first before making any commitments here and began walking out the door. As I did, the other employee party to our conversation called out as he looked at our car, "Heh, can that _thing_ even drive?"Why am I telling you all of this? Really that last moment when the other employee called our family car, the one that carried us across state lines and sheltered us when we were homeless and helped our family share so many wonderful memories together, that "thing."I'm sure this place does fine work. You can see most of the reviews are 5 stars and that's all very impressive. Not everything in life is disposable; not everything that breaks is trash to be discarded and replaced. This isn't a condemnation of the person who said this to me as I was leaving. How could he know why I was there? Or what our circumstances are? This is a call-out to the general lack of empathy we all seem to be experiencing in our lives right now.The folks at B & J Body Shop never got to hear why I was there or how important this car is to our family and way of life. And they never will because its pretty clear no one there will care. And I'm willing to bet they won't care about you either.
