I rarely write reviews of repair shops since there are many that either don't know what they are doing or just out to make a quick buck off someone. I want to thank Marc and Josh of A Auto Care who took hands on from the beginning to the end. Marc and his team of mechanics is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our vehicle. We own a 2013 Mercedes GL550 with 87,000 miles on it. This SUV is the family vehicle and I baby the heck out of this SUV so my loved ones are safe when they are riding it. I purchased a brand new water pump assembly kit and the lower radiator hose and brought it to their shop to have them install it. In the process, Marc pointed out the other worn out plastic tubes that needs to be replaced so I don't encounter more issues that's attached to this brand new water pump and it's done right the first time. I was on a tight budget since the holiday's wiped me out and Marc tried to keep the other parts and additional labor as low as possible to help me out which he did. We love this SUV so it's worth every penny spent as long as I know my family is safe ridding in it. My honest opinion.....IF you want your vehicle repaired right the first time, bring it to this shop. Very honest with great customer service hands down. My family and I thank you all.

Been coming here for 14 years. I drive 35 mins passing tons if shops just to come see Mark. He's taken great care of my family. Always honest and fair prices.

Horrible Experience, I called asking how much they charge for a AC Refill and was quoted $120. I head over and drop off the car, 20 minutes later I came back and was told the AC pump wasn t turning on and they had filled the condenser with 3 ounces of Freon but the AC pump wasn t kicking on. They visually inspected my pump and pulled a few fuses. Mark then asked me what I wanted to do next and recommended a diagnostic at $120 an hour. I told mark I d diagnose it myself or just replace the ac compressor. When I went to check out they charged me $150 for their 20 minute uneducated diagnostic and 3 ounces of freon they wouldn t recover and told me to let it out which is definitely illegal but hey these guys make it seem like they know more than you. Also this place reeks and looks like a tornado touched down in their office. No idea how they keep track of parts around that place. Beware of this place and keep your guard up if you unfortunately have to deal with them.

Fantastic shop. Straight shooters. I brought my Porsche here after some "difficulties" with maintenance at another local shop. I could not be happier with my experience at A Auto Care. My car engine ceased back in January, and I had to do a full blown engine swap, oil change, and side view mirror replacement. Marc was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind while explaining the entire process to me, and he spent a LOT of time on the phone with my mother and I. Not only did Marc stay after closing hours to allow me to pick up my vehicle due to traffic, but he also gave me a lot of helpful tips to monitor my car in the future before I left.The customer service was top tier, and my car is running better than it was before. I have had no issues since they completed the job. The side mirror looks great, as well! Oh, and of course, they had the best pricing I could find in the area. I needed an oil leak repaired that my regular garage couldn't do on my Fiat, so I called around for quotes and found A Auto Care had the best price. They were able to do the 5 hour job and finish my car the same day. They found it was leaking in a different spot, and not where originally thought, so it ended up being significantly less expensive than their initial quote. I am very pleased and impressed with A Auto Care and will be using them for all my auto repair and maintenance from now on. Mark and the guys are extremely helpful, honest and kind. I highly recommend this shop!

Marc is cool guy. He runs his business in a very honest manner, which is really important for an automotive repair shop. He doesn't try to sell you repairs you don't need, and he spends time explaining to you the problem with your vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate recommending his shop to anyone.

Always the best around for sure. Super honest, and reliable.They all work superhard to get the parts your car needs, and to get you back on the road as fast as possible. MARC is Awesome, and will always take care of you .Definatly wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!. They're Awesome

Mike and the front desk were more than helpful in helping diagnose my car issue. After multiple attempts locating the issue on my own, Mike was able to identify it immediately and saved me time and money in the process. Yes I brought my car to be serviced and explain what needs to be done and they did they what they did very great and explain to me some extra stuff that may have to be done but yet everything was done right. I'm good I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I will not go to nobody else because of the good service up in here with and I tell people where to come so they can get good service I always recommend people to come to the shop

Hands down the BEST mechanics in all of Sacramento. Knowledgeable, affordable prices, and top notch quality work.I went to 3 different tech shops near where I live (Placerville) and two in Sacramento first. I found out that half of these techs were just clearing the error code on my dashboard but not fixing my issue. And the other shops quoted unreasonable prices. So much BS & dishonesty in this industry. All of that changed when I went to A Auto Care. This team is very upfront and honest. Told me exactly what my hybrids issue was. I did some research and fact checking. Approved the work Problem solved. That was over a month ago. With the other techs, I had to go back every few days coz the error codes kept coming back.I m writing this review for people who are tired of dishonest techs and need their car running asap. This is the place to go to avoid BS & to make sure your car problems are solved. Thank you very much A Auto Care. Its great to be mobile again.

These guys are great! I was referred by a friend after my window was smashed out in broad daylight. They quoted me a reasonable price that was less than my deductible on Saturday. I called early Monday morning to get my window fixed before the rain came in. They checked for the glass and got back to me within minutes. I drove straight over. Marc and Dan were very kind and welcoming. They had my window fixed in just 1 hour and kept me company while I waited. They gave me recommendations for a good window tinting place as well. They noticed some minor aesthetic issues on my passengers side from a little collision I had with the wall of a parking garage and they patched them up for me no problem. They checked my brakes and fluids to make sure I was safe to get back on the road.I am usually really intimidated going to auto-care places because I know nothing about cars. It can be stressful, costly, and time consuming to deal with, but not this time. They really cared that my car was safe and taken care of. Thank you Marc! I have found my go-to place for vehicle issues! Even with the bad feeling of having my window smashed out I was reminded there are good, honest people in the world!

Marc did a great job replacing my blown out motor. My car is driving smooth and I feel confident that it is dependable and powerful again. In addition to being a knowledgeable and effective mechanic, Marc is also a really nice guy who took the time to show me how to do basic maintenance on my car. His prices are fair, he is honest, and he treated me with respect. I will go back to Marc for future maintenance or repairs.

I contacted Mark after having my vehicle at another shop and they decided to double my cost of labor to install a motor after deciding I'd buy the motor and have the motor shipped to them. Because the other shop couldn't mark up the motor on me I researched some other local shops. After reading some great reviews I decided this was the right shop. I had a motor delivered by LKQ and Mark and his team installed the motor meanwhile contacting me to let me know of some items recommended to change out on the new motor. Mark was very professional and stuck to his quote. The additional items needed were fair in price and labor to install them. I'm glad I chose this shop as my vehicle is back on the road and running great again. I strongly recommend these guys for your repairs and service.

My experience wasn't a good one it was back in January 6 mos ago when my radiator went out in my Honda CrV 2004 what I liked was the reviews and how reasonable the prices we're and friendly the phone conversation was they said all the right things and never did them I since my radiator was being replaced that my hoses would be checked and my thermostat and water pump would be checked they wasn't i was charged for antifreeze and my radiator was dry my car was getting hot again only 1 hour of picking up my car they also dicsidded to replace a oil gasket something that was so small it cost way to much

We saw this place while driving by and we're looking for somewhere to go. We called and then took our Chevy equinox in. Mark was amazing! We felt he was very fair and didn't try to take advance of us. The price was very fair even cheaper than some other places, and they got it done quickly! I would recommend this place, and Mark as he's the one who took care of us. I felt he was very professional as well. We are very satisfied.

What a breath of fresh air..... These guys are great... Honest....Timely....and a genuine pleasure to work with.....Mark did a Safety Review for me....They did it on the same day as I requested it... I am from Southern Calif. so we did it all by telephone and texting...They did a Though Job and went over everything with me and quick as well...... I came there to get the back latch on my trunk replaced and they did a fantastic job and got me an even better part than what was originally on there for less than what anyone else wanted to charge me. They work quickly and do an amazing job, and the pricing is very good. I would go back 100%, also they are all very nice and friendly people.

Mark is truly a fantastic and very honest mechanic. Had my son moving down to S Cal and wanted his Jeep safe and good to go. Mark did a complete review and fixed everything perfectly letting me know all along the way the many discoveries he made.All of us are willing to pay for honest service and you will get that with Mark and A Auto Care.

Marc is straight forward and honest. This was my first visit. He drove my car around the block while I explained what I was having issues with. His mechanics fixed my front brakes and a couple belts for a great price. It didn't take too long and my favorite things were that he gave my car a free look over and pointed out things to take care of in the future and he offered to show me my old parts. Marc is an old skool mechanic who does excellent work and won't waste your time or money. He is my new car guy now!

My F150 had no AC. Driving an hour to get home in over 100 degrees sucked. I walked in to the store and talked to a Marc. He did a quick Analysis of my AC and told me what he thought was wrong. He was booked out a couple days but he shifted things around and took my truck right in. 3 hours later I m driving home in the coolest truck I ve ever been in. Matter of fact I may need a jacket.Thanks Marc. I will bring all my vehicles to your shop for now on. It s hard to find an honest mechanic these days I m so glad I was referred to your shop

I have been taking my cars to A Auto Care since I relocated here from SJ. It s always been a great experience. They are an honest auto shop. The repairs always match the estimate. I have been ripped off by dealer service in the past. That s not going to happen at A Auto Care. The service is great!! They drive me to the light rail which helps me get to work when I drop my car off for servicing. I highly recommend this auto shop for quick and affordable service.

I have used Auto Care Plus for 13 years now, Mark is fantastic, honest, trustworthy, and will let you know what's wrong and what needs to be done. I recommended going to him if you want top notch service. A+ in my book, taking my car to a reputable shop that I can drop it off relaxed and know everything will be taken care of I'd just important as taking my kids to the same pediatrician for 18 yrs.

A Auto Care provided us great service, advice, value and repairs for years. We count on Marc whenever we have auto questions and concerns. When we compare Marc's prices to other service providers, Marc's prices are accurate and lower than other providers. I definitely recommend them.
