Absolutely no idea how that one lady gets away with treating people the way she does. I ve been in 4x recently to sort out an issue and after claiming each time to not remember me, each time she has spoken to me in a way I have never been talked to in my adult life. Degrading for no reason.

To the managers and staff at Quincy DMV, thank you for talking to me and chatting with me and joking around. I hope you two are drinking margaritas from Daniel. Sorry I haven't come back. I ended up having to leave that job. You guys are truly very, very nice and awesome and have I ever see you over there. If I see you in Reno I'll be glad to say hi. I am who I am. I don't change drink a margarita for me. You guys are really nice staff. Appreciate you working with me from former delivery driver. Daniel

As soon as you step through the door, one of the ladies says, " Hello. How can I help you?", without missing a beat serving the person in front of her. The 2 ladies who are most often at the Quincy DMV office are helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you, ladies.

Honestly the one lady in here needs an attitude adjustment she's very rude when it's not called for she treats people like dirt.

I personally like this DMV there computer s are like every where else you go you know they go down . But the people here are so much nicer than Truckee s they were scarey there and here they don't yell at you or say things like o they probably won't give you a other pass when you tell the door person what your there for . Much nicer here in Quincy I hope I didn't jinks myself I haven't gone in yet

We drove 2 hours from Paradise to take care of a license renewal and a vehicle registration issue, and we're very glad we did. We are not fond of city people, so heading up in the mountains seemed like a safe bet. If all government agencies were run like this office, we would live in an entirely different world. We messed up one piece of paperwork and the nice lady helping us quickly came up with a workaround. We were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Thank you!

2 trips with 1.5 hr drive with road work. Never gave me all the forms. Showed up a 1115 and was told to come back in 2 hrs. Drove to fallriver got everything done. Very helpful.

The staff is always so friendly and you normally have very short wait times. The one lady [sorry, bad with names] is usually taking care of multiple people at one time to help get us out quicker. We are very lucky.

The office manager, Nikki was friendly and professional.The small office was packed when I got there (apparently it hadn't been like that, according to local people there). Luckily I had an appointment.I traveled all the way to Quincy from the Bay Area to renew my license, but it was worth a long drive. If you can't make an appointment with your local DMV soon enough, plan to travel to bucks lake near Quincy. You would be enjoying a relaxing gateway in the nature and get your thing done at the friendliest DMV office.

My 76 year old mother has spent over two months now going to this office to have a car registration renewed/transferred to her as my father has passed away and the title lists and instead of or . She contacted me today very upset stating that the three women working there were extremely rude and made a snide remark that they looked forward to seeing her in court . Granted she was frustrated after proving my father is dead, etc. and probably not the nicest. Further, they informed her they would not help her, and she was to wait two weeks until another person was back in the office. I am questioning if this delay is purposeful considering they have a data system. 76 in Covid days. SMH.

As soon as I knew the dealer needed a new vin verification I rased to get to dmv to get one only to find they WOULD NOT TAKE ME because they were going to close for lunch. 5 minutes LATE(?) when this closure was not even mentioned on the web page. I live 40 minutes away and after the 40 minute drive I was turned away. At the VERY LEAST the web page should mention the 1 1/2 HOUR closure for lunch.

As someone taking their behind-the-wheel test in an unfamiliar town, I was nervous. Thankfully, the Quincy DMV was incredibly expedient and thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable and I passed my driver's test with ease and confidence. Thank you to everyone there!

Had to stand outside for about 30 minutes. But once inside, it only took 10 minutes and I was done. Thought it would be a big hassle for what I needed to do, but it wasn't. Staff members were very helpful and polite as always

Best DMV ever. There was one employee there and she was the most incredible multi tasker I've ever seen. There were SO many people in front of me and she just whizzed efficiently through them. All the while, being extremely friendly the whole time.

While the DMV is usually synonymous with bureaucracy and inefficiency, our local DMV is great and offers friendly, efficient service. I do recommend that you make an appointment online, but if you can't, your wait will generally not be very long. Just bring a book to read or a game on your phone to play for a bit. The staff is knowledgeable and will try to help you complete whatever tasks you need.

This was by far the best DMV experience I have ever had and I'm 65 and have been driving and owning vehicles since I was 16 years old. The office manager was on top of what was going on in the office and it was clear the other employees were happy to work there. They treated all of us as true customers which is all you can ever hope for.

Nikki is a rockstar!!! I just spent an hour clearing up an issue with my car registration. Nikki was very patient and thorough with explaining the problem and helping me. I was also very impressed with how Nikki AND her two co-workers treated other customers. If all DMVs were like this one then I would look forward to the visits. Thanks again, Quincy, Ca DMV rocks!!!!

We drove an hour to Quincy dmv. Got there at 4pm filled out all the stuff for my son's mc permit at 4:20 a lady that wasn't even helping us said you do know you can't take the test today cuz its 4:30. I said it's 4:20. She said it will be 4:30 when she's done . Got done at 4:31 paid etc. Wouldn't let him take the test.

The ladies that work there are really nice and helpful. I didn't wait at all to do my business and was done in a timely matter. With all the DMVs I've dealt with this is the best one .

Was an enjoyable experience I could say. I didn't find it unsatisfying or bothersome in any way. Everyone was nice and I was in and out in 20 min.

The best DMV service I've ever received. Everyone is so helpful and professional.Far cry from the Bay Area's rude and unprofessional services.Even the bathroom was very clean.Great job everyone!

Automated machine does not work keeps telling you to call back between business hours it's Friday 3:48 they close at 5:00

This is the best DMV office!! Lines aren't usually too bad but the ladies at this office have the best customer service and people skills; knowledgeable, friendly, and truly helpful!!!

Can't believe I was in California. The computers were down but the girl in the office was so competent, she was taking care of business anyway. Very much the best DMV experience ever!!

Fantastic DMV experience. Had to get a new license photo and renew my license. Prompt and knowledgable service. Definitely my favorite DMV in the state.
