Castner's is awesome, I take our company trucks there whenever something needs repairs, Very honest!!!!! I had taken one of the truck to the dealer and they told me it was the catalytic converter, and it would be 3,000 dollars to fix, I thought wow thats alot, My boss told me to take it to Castners and get a quote from them. well it turned out that the catalytic converter was fine, there was nothing wrong with it. Another place would of taken advantage and said it needed it when it didn't, and charged me alot. just last week, the truck needed brakes, so I took it to a tire place and they were charging me 600$. I took it to Castners and paid 360$ Thanks guys for your professional, honest and awesome service.....

We trust Castners fully!! The quality of service and care is top notch. Been taking our cars there for several years. They ALWAYS exceed our expectations. AND honest. Recently, Ron told us we DIDN'T need what we thought we did that which would have been costly. Peace of mind!!! Also, Katy in the office is very efficient and easy to work with.

I only made a phone call to them to ask a few questions. They were professional and polite. They answered the phone promptly and answered each one of my questions. Thought a couple prices were a bit much but they have been in business for years so that says alot to me. They know what there doing and doing something right. You don't always want the cheapest route because I belive you get what you pay for. I would trust these guys with my truck.

One word, Outstanding!Having multiple negative experiences due to our previous mechanic retiring and selling his business. We were faced with a tough decision to find a new mechanic. The stigma of being taken advantage of, due to lack of automotive mechanics was our biggest fear. Reaching out to our friends, we were recommended to Castners Auto Service.Having one of our immaculately maintained service truck having an overheating problem, had us reaching out for their opinion and expertise. From the initial inquiry, had us in a position feeling vulnerable due to our work truck being down . Ron and team were comforting and precise. They reassured us they would get us up and running ASAP. We coordinated our tow with Veteran Tow and had the truck in their hands at 7:30am the following morning. They got to work immediately and updated us regularly. They completed the repair earlier than anticipated and to top it off, they came in under their initial quote. Fair, competent and reliable. Thank you!Do not hesitate to give them your business!

As Mini Cooper owner (essentially a BMW under wraps), finding affordable service can be a daunting task. So when it was time to get my brakes changed after 56,000 miles, I opted to skip the dealer because they wanted about $1800 for a brand new set of brakes. To be fair, I'm not sure if the dealer's service included the replacement of rotors or if it was just a turning service, but Castner's Auto did a full replacement of everything.So all new rotors, brake pads, brake fluid and even an oil and filter change totaled around $1,000. So I saved money and didn't have to deal with the chaos of the BMW dealer.As far as the service goes, I dropped my car off in the early morning before work (around 7am) and it was completed by 2pm. I figure it only took that long just because they had to secure all the parts needed to complete the job. All in all, the service was great. Most of the paperwork had already been filled out by the time I showed up because of the information I gave over the phone and all I had to do was sign. They did the free diagnosis and called me with the repair estimate within an hour. Once I approved they placed the order for parts and began the work.The oil change itself would have been only $90 which is a nice savings from BMW who charges $140, so if you're looking to save some money without sacrificing quality, check out Castners. It can't hurt just to drive in and get a quote. I should mention that the only reason oil changes for my car cost so much is because it uses a higher quality synthetic oil...oh how I love German-made cars!!

Yes, it's expensive, but you get what you pay for! Look, I don't come here expecting the lowest price in town. I have several reasons I chose to bring my baby to Castners.The biggest and main reason I will trust Castners goes back many years. I can look past things like price when I get:1) not only what I paid for, but service above and beyond;2) Professionals who have been in this business for many years and know what they are talking about.3) Genuinely nice people who will answer my questions directly and not try to cut any corners hoping to "half fix" my car just long enough to keep me coming back.I love that I can bring my ride here, pay a little more, and know I won't come back for the same, or similar, issue ever again; because it was fixed right the first time!

Castners provide made an opportunity at the last minute to get my vehicle in for routine service, oil change and air conditioning assessment.Service was done and vehicle was ready when indicated. Outstanding!Vehicle runs great, a/c is cool and working great.Made for a successful road trip through the desert.Ron and staff did a great job!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Ron Castner is the most honest man I have ever met. His automotive sense is excellent. If he tells you something is needed - it is needed. At times I have thought certain repairs were needed, but after Ron checked, instead of doing the repair, he instead assured me nothing was required - and did this without charging me. Castner's has maintained all my cars for the last 20 years.

I took my car there due to a back wheel well issue. The fix was quick. Other shops would have charged me at least $50. The owner was gracious and did not charge me at all. Everyone in the shop was great. From the front office, the mechanics etc. The shop was very clean.I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

My mechanic retired and I needed someone new. Castner's gave my car a thorough checkup, and gave me a reasonable bill for their service. Everyone was so pleasant-- I have a new mechanic!

THE BEST!!! If you want an HONEST auto repair place then Castner's Auto Service is the one! I had another auto repair place tell me that my 3 year old transmission in my CTS needed to be replaced. I went to Ron Castner for a second opinion. He told me it was most likely my brakes that where causing a mis-communication with my wheel module because of the shaking when I applied the brakes and I needed to replace one gasket spark plug tube seals, spark plug & Ignition coil So instead of $5,000 to replace a perfectly good transmission. It only cost me $1,200 that included turning rotors replacing pads, and other brake stuff. AND then I still had a hard down shift when going downhill and applying my brakes. THIS IS THE BEST PART, I went back to Castner's and Ron said "your brakes still don't feel right, I stand behind my work" so he then replaced my rotors, pads, caliper.pad hardware reline front and rear brakes, and other stuff AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!!! YES CASTNER'S STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK. I HIGHLY recommend them.
