Highly not recommended, I went here for a check engine light two times and I was told the ignition coin needs to be replaced but still the sign appears after replacement. The Asian woman at front has a very poor customer service.

I was here today to get my breaks replaced and they told me they didn t have them and in that case they would replace with what was available. But the Indian guy had an attitude and said they couldn t help me. I had to take Uber to San Pablo and they replaced them with no issues. The Indian guy just wanted me to buy new ones. DON T BUY FROM this store in pinole go to a different store.

Excellent customer service. Johnie went above and beyond. Replaced my battery, made sure the cables were clean, tested my alternator. This will be my go to store moving forward.

The staff was polite but only somewhat helpful. One guy recommended a bad solution to a problem I had but I found alternative products at the store which fit my needs well. I have purchased many parts there for my BMW and had no issues with any of them. Everything has been installed and ran through the bay area ringer.

This store has lost my service & respect. I recently bought a new car and forgot I didn t have any face mask coverings once I arrived at the parking lot, since all my face masks were in my other car.So I didn t wanna drive back 5 miles just too get my face mask. So I walked in with my shirt covering my face, noise & mouth just so I can grab items quickly, right as I walk in I have two employees walk up on me rudely telling me to get out the store and I told them I don t have a mask but I would buy one or if they had one to provide & one older Indian/Asian employee was being super unprofessional saying they don t have a mask to give me, but an older African American employee ended up giving me one since it really isn t a big deal.I already had my shirt over my mouth & noise and wasn t going too be in the store for longer than 1 minute and I explained my situation but the rude employee was soo unprofessional.

I must say in a world where customer service is not always the best the staff at this store was so helpful. Sherry was fantastic at helping me find the part I needed. I honestly thought I was going to be stranded. I needed a radiator that had exploded on the freeway 1/2 mile from this store. They did not have this part in their store but others nearby had it in stock. Karma (parts runner) was in the store and offered to get it for me. I was very surprised and extremely pleased at the level of care they put into making my experience the best it could be. End result I replaced the radiator and was able to get back on the road. Thank you guys

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed a new car battery, the person who helped me actually came out to my car that I had to leave running for fear it would stall again. He took out old dying battery and replaced with brand new one and I was on my way! Great service

I've always had a great experience at this O'Reilly's location. More than one employee has gone out of their way to help with my car issues and I've learned really helpful information about my vehicle from Johnny in particular. A great local resource.

I had a long day...I needed new windshield wipers since I had my windshield wipers stolen from my car(who does that?!?!) went in to purchase some new ones. I was pleasantly surprised to find friendly service, Alicia was super helpful and even showed me how to install them myself. Thank you

The employees are really nice and they know what there talking about and if they didn't know the answer to your question they will get you the answer also they do not charge you for bringing up a diagram of your vehicle to help you locate the part on your vehicle so you can fix itI love oReillys automotive thank you for your helpIt is a blessing for having them considering when your a woman with no man right now to help and I have to fix it my selfThey are very knowledgeableThank you

, I have a commercial account which allows you to access the back room and phone orders in have them ready on will call when you get there somebody dropped the ball and didn't pull the order the little girl that works there as new on the job and she just walked around in circles not knowing what to do why do they hire people without proper training the manager was able to find my part

The manager there is very rude and not very helpful. It s an Indian guy I went into the store and I had a return in which I purchased items with cash. The manager refused to give me cash back he said his store did not have any change because they had just opened, or I could come back later. I decided to come back later , and he refused to give me a refund in the same form of purchase. I accepted credit to my credit card account, however I should have been given cash because I paid with cash and was told to come back later. I went back later and the cashier a young lady said the store now has money available, but the manager refuse to give me cash !!! I will not patron this store anymore!!!

The younger staff are not so knowledgeable and they're quite rude to boot...... The older gentleman there knew exactly what I needed and hooked me up fast. He was also very friendly!

Staff was very helpful. Needed a replacement bulb & couldn't find it in the aisle where it was supposed to be. Staff looked & tracked down the last one for me.

This store is always crowded even with two people standing in line for service. They just run around like they are very busy overlooking you as a customer. Twice I just walked away because of inadequate customer service I don't like going there.

This is the 2nd different time I've had this happen at the store and it is with the same worker. I called, asked if they had the part. Was told yes and that they would set it aside. I went to go get the part, the worker I dealt with was not there. No one could find the part and they said they had the cheaper one but not the one I wanted.

I needed to buy some synthetic oil for my ride..The fine people at this store let me price match Walmarts lower price same product. That's customer service folks.

I love their extra tip on things I buy from them. They even help you in some of the replacements. I got help to replace my car battery and also windshield blades

It took forever to get help checking out and i swear i was the only person in there. Then it was a problem doing that. It was very annoying waiting and asking people to check you out then they call another employee to check you out.

Way better than Autozone. Peaple work here instead of BSing in the back while there's a long line.
