Had a very wonderful experience at unique auto center. Everybody was very polite and all had great customer service skills and lots of experience in the business. I especially want to thank Steve for going above and beyond to make sure me and my wife drove home in our new vehicle that day. If you were looking to purchase a vehicle, I definitely recommend Unique Auto Center.

Steve is hands down the most professional person I've come across in a long time. He is very business minded and will definitely go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of. They sell bad vehicles, I bought a truck last month from the start it had cooling issues, the sales guy Steve keeps telling me to drive it to get more miles and see if the issues go away, do not buy cars from here, I am hoping the owner Steve will take responsibility for this and make it right... UPDATE... I am not out over 6k in repairs made to this truck, my mechanic told me that it was impossible for them to miss the issue that it had, they knew what was wrong with the truck and still sold it. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I WAS

I was gona go in I was interested in a carSo I called before going in spoke to some guy named Steve told me I'll need 4k down to get a car with them 6 or 7 months went by so I tried calling again this time spoke to some lady about the same car right off the back same thing told me I'll need 4k or more to get a car with them that's ridiculous

Abel Sanchez was great ...from walking me through the contract and explaining everything to the T...I fully recommend this auto sales place the owner Steve was also very helpful and worked with me to make sure I left in my dream vehicle..thank you Unique auto sales.

Unique Auto Center of Oxnard was amazing to work with and quick, the staff was courteous and professional throughout the entire process of helping me get out of my old vehicle and into my new vehicle. Shopped the market for about a month until I landed on U.A.C. of Oxnard and without prior calling I showed up to their doorstep on a late evening and within 24 hours I was in a new vehicle. Chepe helped me look at the vehicle I wanted and Abel got all my paperwork done within two hours. I thank Steve the owner of U.A.C. for everything and I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased.

Horrible customer service . They are liars . They sell trash . Don t come here to buy anything . Abel lies to sell you the car at what ever means possible . They did not comply with what they promised in the contract . I feel robbed . Please people of Oxnard save yourself the headache and don t buy anything from here . You will regret it.

I worked with Abel and Eddy through the process of buying a passenger van from their Oxnard location. I am based in Oakland, over 400 miles away so this was not an easy process. Both Abel and Eddy were super easy to work with and helpful. They helped coordinate an inspection with a mechanic I chose and were forthcoming the whole way through. I now have the van I needed without issue.

OMG.... horrible... I bought a Ford Focus and started having problems right away... they refused to do anything. I have now spent alot of money on it and still not working right. The car will not start and dies in the middle of a drive, not safe. do not buy from these guys

These people are liars and crooks. Like others are saying do not buy a car from them. One week after buying our van it started pouring oil and the transmission began slipping. THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR OT FOR NO CHARGE. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. I also paid 1500 for tax, title and REGISTRATION I BOUGHT VAN IN SEPTEMBER OF 2016 AND AS OF MARCH 2017 I STILL DONT HAVE MY TAGS AND AM FORCED TO DRIVE ON EXPIRED TAGS. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS ARE MET WITH EXCUSES AND STALL TACTICS. YOU FOOLS WILL SEE ME IN COURT!
